We are on our way back over to the West for a friends memorial service but this trip we are taking our time , enjoying the drive and picking up a few caches and taking in the scenery. We are mainly concentrating on Ad Labs, Earth caches and Virtual's as these don't give you any muggle problems. Of course there will be others in between. We had already seen some good sights at Port Lincoln so we weren't going to leave town without looking at what the CO thought was the best.We pulled up here and headed off to wpt1 and while collecting the info three other cars pulled in.Fortunately for us they were content to look at the view from the car park and we were able to head off to gz and found the cache right where the GPSr was pointing. We quickly added our name to the log and returned everything as it was and then headed back to take it what was the best view of Port Lincoln. Many thanks for bringing us here
My partner and I are on a road trip from the NSW/Vic border to WA for a wedding. We are collecting caches as we go and seeing lots of interesting places we have never visited.OMG, the wind nearly blew us off the hill. We work out the numbers and quickly found GZ and there appears to be a new log contained in the cache container.
Making our way towards home over the next few weeks travelling with 2 dogs and a cat we have found caching a great way to give the fur babies a break. Thanks to the COs for placing and maintaining.
We are travelling with Pprass and have now set up at Lincoln NP for a couple of days. So much to see and do here and the weather has been sunny and conducive to getting out and about. Today we headed around town and country shopping and collecting some caches and AdLabs. After haircuts and shopping we headed up here for lunch. Despite our best efforts we couldn't locate the cache but with the owner's permission we have replaced it with a preform container. Great views indeed. Thanks for the tour around the area Brad&Janet
Found at 1:28 PM in the company of The Morris.A fantastic view of the whole town and even where we are camped at present! Had lunch here sitting on the wall and then went looking and kept looking even on hands and knees and found nothing - nothing like a mint tin in black tape in any case as we were told it was.So after having a conversation with the CO we were given permission to replace it which we did in a crude sort of way, so let's hope the muggles who drink here (by the evidence of strewn bottles around GZ) don't notice the new container. Thanks to Brad&Janet
Found what I'm pretty sure is the lid but nothing else. Beautiful views for the lookout
While a mint tin lid has been found near GZ it is unclear whether this is from the original container or not. That container may still be there. Or it may be gone. So we will disable it until we can check.
OCW PelDroedGwin and geodog Peppa Wow! Thats windy but we managed to collect the required numbers and enjoy the views. Tftc
Ocw the Bebes as we visit Pl. amazing views as you would expect but well worth a visit. Tftc
TFTC. Finally knocked this one off! Great start to 2024!Forgot stamp so signed WWS!Happy caching and safe travels!
Finally got it, muggles were hanging around each time we went to get it. Great view. TfTC!
Find#5984Nice hiding place What a epic road trip exploring Australia Thanks for the cache
From 16 December 2023 to 19 December 2023, I and J plus the little one visited Coffin Bay National Park and Lincoln National Park, together with countless cities and towns on the way. We also found over 40 caches during the trip, including traditional cache, mystery cache, multi cache, virtual cache, EarthCache, and Adventure Lab cache.18 December 2023, Day 3, we found 11 caches. This was our tenth find for the day, also 33rd cache we found for the whole trip. It's the best view in Port Lincoln. Even in a raining day.Got the information required, and calculated the final location. At final location, cache has been found.Signed the log, then placed the cache back. Thanks for the multi cache, Brad&Janet.PS: I took a photo there. See attachment.---- **South Australia will host a Leap Day Mega Event on 29th February 2024. GCA1DNA: The Great Leap Forward. Count down: 72 days.**
#5308 The title of the cache had a lot to live up to and happy to say it did not disappoint. Had to linger for a little while waiting for the muggles to clear out before pouncing on the cache. Stunning views from here, if not the best! TFTC Brad&janet.
Found while visiting Port Lincoln for the week. Thanks for the cache Brad&Janet!
Found while having a look around town and grabbing some caches as we go. We agree that this is the best view of Lincoln that we have seen. A nice simple multi up here too to top it off. All good here.
Find #6028 on 29 Jun 2023.

After arriving in Adelaide we are tripping across to Perth. Stopped here for a break and completed this multi cache. Found cache and signed log. TFTC
Over here for work
Nice spot to view the town and bay, even at night. The lights are brilliant.
Did the calcs and soon had cache container in hand.

Another cache found with richlink.
This indeed a not to be missed view.
We have enjoyed travelling The Eyre Peninsula with richlink using Geocahing as our guide. We have seen many interesting towns and locations along the way. Thank you so much to the CO’s who have placed and maintained caches for the enjoyment of all.

With rain expected tomorrow, we headed out with iluvtrekking to do dry weather caching. Definitely the best view of town. Thanks Brad & Janet for enticing us up the hill.
Hanging out in PL today and managed to find a few caches.
With that wind it’s definitely the coldest place in PL.
Sandyofthesea and I took off from Perth at the start of April to travel more of Australia using geocaching as a guide to see the sights. How good is this country!!
Brad&Janet, I found The Best View in Port Lincoln today. Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache.

Hard to do the maths in the wind, but that wasnt going to beat us. Great spot up here, thanks for bring us up here.
Veni. Vidi. Vici. Scripsi.
Staying in Port Lincoln for a few nights with muggle friends so very few opportunities for caching. However decided to head to Winter Hill as this was one of my workplaces and wanted to show everyone the amazing views from this special spot. Quickly gathered the information and did some calculations. Wandered where the coords wanted me and quickly realised that I had made a mistake in the calcs. Knowing the CO, I then just knew where he would hide a cache, and bingo, there it was. Signed the log and replaced all as found. Later in the evening I rechecked the calcs and worked out my mistake.

Certainly is best view. My Pt Lincoln has grown. Caravanning around Eyre Peninsula. Tftc
Dropped in here after a busy day exploring the area. It was cold and windy, but the night time view was awesome. Took a photo of the required information so the calculations could be done in the shelter of the car and eventually got a location that made sense. Back out in the cold to make the find and enjoy the view one more time...well actually, we came back the following morning to see the view in daylight as well. Definely worth the drive up. TFTC
Very cold up here today! I’m in town for work and figured some post-conference caching would be perfect. Did the maths and got the coords. Cache in hand soon after! TFTC
Only one of the three goals from last year achieved. So once again trying and fill my calendar with multi-caches and complete loop 11 again this year. [^] For my third goal I will try and get my DNF numbers to single digits. That should keep me busy again this year! [:o)]
Off to the west coast for a Holiday. [^] Holiday Sal Style that is. We are sightseeing - if there happens to be a cache there - great - get it. Luckily caches are in really interesting spots anyway.
Day 9: Port Lincoln.
It certainly is a great view of Port Lincoln. [^] Numbers obtained in a howling wind. [^] Oh no maths. I certainly haven't been getting things around here to add up lately. - Neither has anybody yet apparently. But that's another story. As one of the four out of three people who can't do maths I was lucky tat Sal was with me to help. [^] No need for any fire watchers today so I wandered over for a quick find in a logical spot.
***Thanks Brad&Janet for putting out this cache and maintaining it for our enjoyment. ***

Out for a drive around Port Lincoln, [@trodectus](http://coord.info/PR8JTE0) and I stopped here for the view and cache. Obtained info and headed for GZ. Quickly had CIH and was then joined by rest of muggle family. Log signed and returned. TFTC
Solved and found with [@coybear2000](http://coord.info/PR9547H). We decided to head here first while doing a short tour of Pt Lincoln. We arrived at the listed co-ords and obtained the needed info, then headed for GZ. C soon had CIH. Log signed and all replaced and we met up with family who'd arrived at the lookout. We spent some time admiring the view and taking some photos. TFTC.
Found by Team GeoCoopers.
Quite cold and brisk up here in the wind today, getting our obligatory photo of the view back down to Port Lincoln.
Thanks Brad & Janet.

In lincoln to visit an ill relative with a newish multi at this lookout. With the info gathered the final co ordinates entered into the GPSr, GZ seemed to be in the middle of a paddock. Re check the math, correct. Recheck the info needed, correct. PAF, co ordinates correct hmm? Check the co ordinates entered in the GPSr, der it is a 9 not a 6. Correct coordinates entered, that looks more appropriate. Search started, cache found. Thank you for the placement of this cache Brad&Janet find number 7334 at 14 February 2021 2:14 pm
We worked out co-ords easily enough but couldn't find the cache. Will try next time we get to Port Lincoln
Well it’s 2021 and I have finally said good bye to a not so great 2020 and it was great to finally be able to have a reasonable holiday as I have not had a decent break since 2019.
Made to South Australia and finally crossing the boarder and then being greeted by a couple of very friendly SA police offices for which i had the official paper work to allow me to enter.
After making my way west along the Eyre Hwy I went as far as Penong and the Eyre Hwy which I have not travelled along since the late 70’s when I was on a holiday with my folks and this was the last holiday before I started full time work as a sparkie and finding a few caches as I go.
Geocaching when towing a van is not always easy and I have to be a bit selective on which ones I decide to try and find for safe parking purposes especially along busy highways.
So after leaving Coffin Bay my next destination is Port Lincoln which is down the bottom of Eyre Peninsular off the Flinders Hwy.
I’m hoping for better weather soon I don’t mind it being cool just not rain showers when you are out and about.
I left Coffin Bay early so I could get set up and then go out looking for little green dots on my map.
I was up here the other day and you could not see 2 feet in front of you due to the rain.
What a difference a couple of days make to the weather.
You do get great views from up here when the weather is right.
A nice easy multi to workout and I soon had a good set of coords.
A quick find and now back down the hill into town.
Thanks Brad&Janet TFTC.

On a road trip around the Mid North and Eyre Peninsula, geocaching as I go. Predominantly targeting old caches, solved mysteries and grabbing some interesting looking traditionals.
As I retrieved the cache I noticed a Munzee QR code - I scanned it while I was there.
This cache is not that old - I’m surprised there was not already a cache up here. Anyway a quick and simple multi with a great view- nice one!
Thanks for the cache Brad&Janet.

Multi tasking as the view was taken in and the numbers were found. Not long after the cache was in hand. TFTC
Today we had brilliant views from up here. H423L was on a mission for this multi. No sooner had we stopped but she was out and crunching the numbers. I was sucking in those magnificent views.
The cache was cached and signed. But it was hard to take your gaze away from that view to find the prize. But we did! Pic attached
Thanks to Brad&Janet and **clear skies** from TeamAstro. [^] Cache the planet! [^]
Quick find after working out the coordinates, which I surprisingly got right the first time! Great views today as always. TFTC.
*TTF* Third to Find joint with [@jesswrigley](http://coord.info/PRNW59T) at 15:43 hr.
During our new years break, [@jesswrigley](http://coord.info/PRNW59T) and I headed to the Eyre Peninsula to travel around the various coastal towns. We started the trip with Jeep trouble, but then continued in our alternative vehicle without 4WD to stick to the main tourist roads where possible. We travelled south-west to Tumby Bay and Port Lincoln via Whyalla, Cowell, Cleve, Arno Bay; west across to Coffin Bay; and then north-west to Streaky Bay and Ceduna via Elliston, and Venus Bay. We then headed back east staying in Kimba via Poochera, Wudinna, Lock, and Darke Peak.
Today, [@jesswrigley](http://coord.info/PRNW59T) and I spent the day around Port Lincoln. We spent the morning seeing the town and marina, and then headed south travelling past Port Lincoln National Park to check out Whalers Way. It was still a little cold and nippy with the wind about, but otherwise a sunny day.
Nice views indeed! I had visited here with gridge98 on an earlier trip to Port Lincoln about six months ago, and we did enjoy this spot. However, we also noted a cache missing from the top of this lookout, so it was nice to see something here. We easily obtained the numbers, and then made the short walk to GZ. We were glad the final was only S 34° not S 35° haha . Once at GZ, we made the cache find reasonably quickly. The cache container and logbook were in good shape. Thanks [@Brad&Janet](http://coord.info/PR8T99X) for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.
Note that this geocache was logged with the *Team Warren* Davidwazza/jesswrigley stamp.

Ps1: fix final coordinates, not S35 but S34!
Ps2: Difficulty is not 3, only 2 stages, easy math for 8 years old kid, I would say 1,5
No trade

Took a couple of goes to get the right numbers and then the GPSr was moving all over the place but took a guess at GZ and got the FTF soon after
