Quite a popular little walking path.Thankfully no muggles passing as I made the quick grab here.TFTC!
We've had a Japanese student staying with us this week, and how can you visit Queensland without going to the beach? After going for a nice walk, we drove to the other side of Bribie and got fish and chips. This was a nice quick find as the kids went to play in the park.Thanks!!#3687

Danke frs Herfhren. Hat Spa gemacht. Liebe Gre von den deutschen Caradoosgoogle-translate:Thanks for bringing us here. Was fun. Kind regards from the German Caradoos
Thankfully this was a quick find on a disgustingly hot day. Remind me not to go caching in the middle of the day, at the height of summer. Now to find some aircon
Out for a morning walk and wanting to find a few caches, I went out for this one and a couple of others. Heading towards GZ I had a quick read and knew what to look for. It didn't take long to find and was in a great spot, TFTC.
Found at 10:19 AM GAFF3.A nice stroll to the cache passing a couple of hippie types feeding the ducks and other sundry birds. Thanks to 1MinnieMoo
Quick little walk into this lovely wetlands area and enjoyed some of the neighbours lovely gardens too.Tftc
I was on a day trip to Bribie for a bit of geocaching. Signs of the hide were quickly noted. Log signed & cache returned as found TFTC
What a beautiful, serene place to find! Clever cache owner! I had the place all to myself - apart from butterflies, wood ducks, magpie geese, rainbow lorikeets damsel flies and moorhens galore! A lovely way to enjoy Bribie. TFTC - all in good order.
Wow this is a cool little area which I'm sure the oldies love. I was here in the afternoon when they were all out for a stroll. I could see the camo from the path, so I quickly grabbed it and continued walking. Signed in, doubled back and replaced inbetween walkers.
Beautiful spot, thanks again
Beautiful spot, thanks again
What a lovely way to spend the morning walking through this beautiful reserve to GZ. Cache safe and dry. Plenty of birdlife on the lake here today. TFTC
A pretty little walk today, accompanied by birdsong. I found the least grassy access point to GZ and went straight to the cache. Thanks 1MinnieMoo
Decided to get out of Brisbane this morning to let my wife recover from her cold in peace and quiet.
A quick dash up the highway early in the morning before traffic picked up sees me on Bribie island picking up a a few labs and an assortment of old and new hides
Love this hobbie
Cheers

The 4th of 5 large, well maintained caches by the same CO on the island. This one is well concealed not far off the path in a nice quiet park with ponds & water birds - not at all where the TB I left should be hanging out! Thanks for another great effort & TFTC!️0
The log is mouldy and damp, was able to sign it on the last page. Apart from that it is all good. Thanks for this one
Another wonderful park. Unfortunately the spiral log is saturated and very mouldy. Signed log and replaced as found. GnS
1MinnieMoo I found your cache Defender - Bibimulya on 6/10/2022, 2:55 pm. This is my find 4351 and find # 10 today. A quick and easy find with the help of the hint. Thanks for the cache, mate! TNSLLN

Mr SKI had visited Bribie some 50 years ago when you still had to pay a toll to cross the bridge. He didn't recognize much apart from the caravan park as the place has certainly gone ahead.
Time to move on to the Caboolture area where we have solved puzzles and there are a number of Adventure Labs and plenty of trads to find.
The weather is improving further although there seems to be plenty more muggles about.
A good variety of hides and some interesting places to visit.
Thank you for your efforts in creating and maintaining the cache 1MinnieMoo.

This was our second visit to this beautiful location to look for this cache. Today we parked and enjoyed the walk along the concrete paths to the GZ, where after a brief search we located the cache and added our names to the log.
Thanks 1MinnieMoo for placing and maintaining this cache.

On a long weekend on Bribie Island and in between yabbying and fishing, coaxed Greatjustgreat to find a few caches with me this afternoon. This was the second find of the day. Parked car and headed down the easement to the walking paths. Noticed the birds congregating on the little Island. Hey an island on an island. Upon approach we worked out the likely hiding spot. When the coast was clear we ducked off path and had the container in hand. The lid was on tightly but the log book was a little damp, though easily marked. Our names were added and the cache was rescaled and replaced. A great little spot here that we would not have noticed otherwise. Thanks very much for the cache Wingaap, and thanks very much for adopting and maintaining 1MinnieMoo. Cheers
Quick find but the log was absolutely soaked. I left the lid off and covered the container with paperbark to let it dry out. It couldn’t possibly get any wetter than it is.
Lucky I have a pen that works even on wet paper
TFTC, and would the CO or next finder put the lid back on please.

On my way from Canberra to North Queensland with a few detours for shires. TFTC.
Nice park wetlands. Quick find. Log is wet.

Completed the nearby Parkrun and grabbed a few geo too. Lovely park I didn’t know existed. Thanks for bringing me here. TFTC
Found it! Had a spider on it and we got scared and accidentally stepped on it . TFTC
On Bribie to collect some lab caches, and for the fun of a walk along the beach.
Enjoyed the wall in this park, realise now that I might have mixed up the logs for this one and Clayton.
It was wet here
Thank you for this cache

While on our way to the Paddling event on Pumicestone Passage, we have time to grab a few caches before the meet up.
Stealth was definitely required today as many walkers pop up from nowhere. Log saturated but did our best to sign. Lovely location.

Having arrived stupidly early for our Paddle event we had plenty of time to collect some caches…
Thanks to the hint and the nice sized container this was another quick find… however the log is saturated… after etching our names into the log I replaced the snap lock bag, but not having my normal bag, I had no silica on me… although I would doubt the restorative properties of silica here…
Tftc…
Hard to look inconspicuous here as the muggles just come from every direction…

An early start so we can grab a few caches before the great paddle event of Pumicestone Passage. TFTC
We really enjoyed the lovely past the lake with water lillies .
Cache found but log is saturated to the point of wrecking it if we sign:(
I think this may be the last of the 'Defender' caches. Very enjoyable.
Thanks winggaap for placing and 1MinnieMoo for adopting to keep it alive.

Huge moving, living rocks of humanoid shape, with intelligence and personality: in other words, trolls are sentient beings. Trolls have interesting seams of valuable minerals as their blood vessels and nervous system. This phenomenon has at least two repercussions. One: a troll's brain, silicon-based, will overheat and slow down in Ankh-Morpork (where everyone wants to live), and the troll will become sadly stupid; the brain will also overheat in strong sun, causing trolls to stop moving in daylight. Two: when a troll has stopped moving while their brain has overheated in daylight, this troll will look just like a lump of rock, with interesting seams of valuable minerals, and may be (and have been) attacked by mining dwarfs.
The container was full of water and the log was marinating well. I dried it out as best I could. Thanks for the cache
Another nice quick post kayak find. also a nice walk and lots of birds
Thanks again both

At Bribie for the afternoon. After a previous DNF here it was a quick find. TFTC
I Have never met Bob, but I do see some logs from time.to.time. I love this type of cache. A.nice early Morning with walk geopup and master T and a detour to a place we've never been before for a.quick grocache. Thanks for maintaining these!
Was hoping to end my day of caching in what was a lovely little area of bush land, but no luck for me this time. I found a rock and searched around at many trees, but no cache to be found.
Out and about caching around Bribie Island. Doing as many caches, as I can, while here. While some caches were easy to find there were others that took a little longer to find. Had fun. TFTC
Another adorable cache. And such a peaceful place. Far from the racing cars on the main road. TFTC
This one was our last one for the afternoon and was for control of the music on the way home. The kids were on it quicker blowflies on the bin the dog poo had been put in
Nyssaflutterby and I had escaped to Bribie for a while, a nice lunch, some munzees, some caches and some added bird spotting.
We saw lots of bin chickens here and also a young black faced cuckoo shrike.
TFTC wingaap.

We enjoyed our stroll to GZ and it didn’t take long to uncover the hidden container.
Thanks for the cache and for bringing me to this great location wingaap

After attending the Christmas in July event, I met up with Triple Turmoil, NayFee and chamad to collect some Bribie caches.
This cache was quickly found at gz, all is well with it.
Thanks wingaap for bringing us here.
