Replaced cache with a smaller container today. In a slightly different spot, so updated the hint.
A nice quick find. A fav point for the ad lab and the bonus cache. Thanks for placing your cache. Ms_KR and I are off on our annual pilgrimage to Auckland to visit family. Time to head a little further north to Paihia for a couple of nights, before heading home. Thanks to all CO's for publishing and maintaining their caches. .
We did this lab over two days ..probably not the best time of the year to do it as per the popularity the car parks were full hence some patience & creative parking for a motorhome was required but luckily we managed to get the results for the bonus after calculating the results and seeing the location…Oh bother…I decided to walked up which was a tad testing in the heat but the supreme vista was worth it…..the bonus fitted in well with the lab themethanks for the lab and enticing me to this area
We were at a family Christmas gathering at Matapouri yesterday and saw this Ad Lab. We were a bit late, so we didn't do any stages until later in the day when we walked to Whale Bay to walk off lunch. We stayed at Ngunguru and back tracked today to complete it. The road was busy, but we managed to find parks for our motor home. When we sorted where the final was, we chose to walk rather than risk the unknown, and we need space to turn. It was a good decision. What spectacular views, though!
I am also having difficulty logging on the Ad Lab app so it will be a brief log. Thanks for the Ad Lab and Bonus vistra

Such a useful AdLab for a car trip up the section of coast, and a nice final location. Thank you!
We were travelling N–S so doing the Ad Lab in reverse order. To save doubling back any further we guessed some of the info, and got lucky at the 2nd spot we checked! Thanks vistra, Ⓑarefootguru Ⓑruzie Ⓘnfoferret ⒸrystalFairy.
Day 2 of our three day Geocaching trip to Whangarei. This stage included a large loop to the East of Whangarei picking up solved puzzles and some Old School Caches. We signed the log as BBIC for Bruzie, BFG, Infoferret and CrystalFairy.
Great Ad Lab.. Managed to solve this after having most of the information so didn't have to backtrack too far. Great views from here. T4TC

15:36 Day 2 of a 3 day expedition to the areas north of Auckland with Crystal Fairy and Barefootguru, (joined today by Bruzie) most logs signed as BBIC to save space and time. The focus of the trip was to find a number of puzzle caches solved over the last couple of years, plus other caches of interest we passed.
We were travelling in the wrong direction around 'the loop' for the intended direction of the Adventure Lab, so decided to think about where you could possibly have placed this bonus cache, headed where we guessed, and got lucky! Many, many thanks for not making this one sequential, and a very good hint. Have a well deserved FP. BFG made the find.
TFTC vistra for placing this cache, number 11933 for me.

I'm on a road trip to the far north, attempting to complete the PWGT Tahi Geotour.
This is day four, touring around Whangarei. In the company of barefootguru, InfoFerret, and CrystalFairy. Signed logs as "BBIC" for brevity.
Will expand on my logs, post photos, qualifying caches for challenges, etc. When I get home. TFTC
Quick find at the second spot searched.

Once again I've gotten lucky with the weather and managed to get a bit of a walk in before the rain starts again.
Some muggles came out of the house near gz just after I arrived, and were watching me, so I walked further on, waited a while then walked back when the coast was clear.
The co ords were spot on, as was the hint.
I left a pet rock - a tropical fish.
Thanks for setting up this bonus and the lab cache series.

I'm back in Whangarei for 3 days. I’ve met up with rustynz and eventually Rebel98, for some caching fun in and around this city. Staying 2 nights at Stonehaven motel, we have a bucket full of caches to do, we have plans! Plans must go ahead.
Me and rusty (or is that rusty and I) have completed the C.O's ad lab in this area. I for one have loved coming back up this coast. We have kayaked to Spitting Distance and started the ad lab there at Ngunguru and have meandered up the coast. Matapouri Bay, Wooley's Bay, Tutukaka are all amazing beaches, so glad I live in NZ.
Once me and rusty punched in the co-ords to this bonus, it was a matter of a small drive in my van to get here. Lovely views from here too. Rusty found the hide here, while I was taking photos, then a bumpy ride back down in a van that has hard suspension.
Not long after this adventure, we had another big adventure. My van overheated and we had to pull over on the side of the road to fill up with oil and water (I always carry these in my van seeing as it's old). The van had being making a funny noise, rusty smelt something and checked the temperature gauge as I was driving, and I never spotted that it was high as it could go! Luckily the engine cooled down a little and rusty made a suggestion that we pull over in Ngunguru, she had googled a fish n' chip shop there, and we could have dinner there while letting the van cool down further, (brilliant idea) and we would top up the water/coolant before we headed back to our motel, all good after that, the gauge never went past half-way and we were fine and quite relieved I didn't have to get the AA to come and tow us somewhere.

Driving around tbe coast with gorby from our base in Whangarei.
With a bit of maths we were some making our way to the final location. What an amazing spot. This whole area has been amazing.
Thanks for the adkab and the hide, dinner is calling us: fish n chips in Ngunguru!

Beautiful view over the beach on this blustery winter afternoon. Dropped a trackable in the cache. TFTC
Queen's birthday weekend in Northland.
I had small issue here with my network provider (VF).
Both ... Last stage of Adventure Lab and to obtain bonus hide information at Sandy Beach.
Anyway. Managed it somehow.
Nice bonus location at the end.\

I have moved my snail shell a bit further south and after parking it up at a friends house I decided to have a look at some nearby beautiful beaches.
Cheers for the cache.
Cheers for the cache.
My favourite Nothland Beach. Stunning spot and a great end to the Adv Lab. Thank Vistra
Have taken on board the feedback about access to this bonus cache and have moved it up hill to a more accessible spot! Still has great views.
So much fun completing the Adventure Lab to get to find this great bonus. The view is spectacular.
It's been a while since I have been out so I took the opportunity for a quick road trip. After a great little ad lab adventure it was time to collect the bonus. Cache was an easy find once at GZ. The track to GZ however was a little taxing and is not for the faint hearted. My poor knee did not like it one little bit. TFTC.
Out in the area doing a little Kayaking. Had some spare time so heading off to do the Adventure Lab cache. Soon had the required answers, then off the collect this final. What a beautiful spot. TFTC
1125. 2:18 pm. I think that the terrain rating should be 3.5. We enjoyed the lab cache adventure. TFT(bonus)C.
A day of diving cancelled due to wind, but the weather was great so we travelled around the Tutukaka coast and did this AL on the way.
Cool to see all the different beaches and such a fantastic spot for the final!
Thanks for the adventure!

Today's plan was to meet up with a friend and pick up some caches in Tutakaka. We're keen to work on our natural Wonders of the World souvenir challenge.
The forecast wasn't great but we figured we'd get enough caches by dodging showers for it to be a nice day out. I got 13 in the end and the afternoon was hot and sunny. Definitely a beautiful area and a lovely day out. Lucky we were out here today and not the next day with the tsunami warning.
As expected it was showery this morning so after a few caches we moved onto this AdLab as we could do it with minimal dashing out in the rain. We quickly found all the AdLabs and calculated the final GZ. It was fine when we got there but I was worried about the slippy decent. That first bit is a steep one all right. After a bit of a recky I decided on a safe route and quickly found the cache. I've just been solving smurf puzzles so decided to take the smurf trackables with me. Thanks for the cache

Very Steep and tad slippery with the rainso Lis"s Crew made the decent to Gz overlooking another beauti bay to do the honours of signing it off. thx for such an adventure and smilie here.
A quick find with accurate co-ords, thanks. Enjoying our motorhome adventure in the North Island and especially along this East Coast, beautiful bays to stop in. Tftc

The hint was all we needed for this one. So while out here headed to the location. GZ was located quickly and familiar - didnt make it onto the beach, maybe next time. Cache found, Signed and replaced. TFTC.
After completing the great lab adventure around all the stunning locations it was off to this one... left mr tikitour to negotiate the last bit to GZ !! Thanks for the fun and lovely views ...
I had a hunch and was tempted to " brute force" find this one, as previously did not have the tech for adventure labs.... I do now, but still have not taken the adventure proper ️( But will do!) But couldn't resist grabbing the bonus to console myself, as I wasn't able to get a surf in before it turned sloppy onshore... TFTC!
Found with Riser5 after a lovely day touring the coast and attending the Matapouri Gala.
This seems familiar! Great look around the beaches of the wonderful Tutukaka Coast!
An early morning departure from the bach before our Boxing Day hordes descend, this was the one I chose for the cache. After gathering all the required details I headed to indicated GZ, parked up and headed down. A little slippery up top after the morning dew but soon had the cache in hand and in second placed. Heading north for Christmas, we're off to Ngunguru for 6 days along the Tutukaka coast and accompanied by our youngest daughter, middle daughter and family, and will meet up with one of our sons and his family too, so a busy time. Had a great time away and ate well, watered well and a bit of fishing and kayaking, awesome weather mostly too in Northland.

Hi Vistra! Do you, or anyone else on here know if there is a way to view lab caches without having to download another app?? I see you have 15 lab caches under your profile, so clicked on them but am disappointed not to be able to at least view them. I'm sure they're great & I've no issue with you !! Just slightly miffed with Groundspeak, straying so far from the original game & that I can't access these caches with GPS or my other outdated devices. ️ Due to your great hint, I can probably manage a brute force find on this bonus cache Just curious what the ' lab' is about & how it works! Happy Holidays! ️️
