The area is fenced off and the nearest gate is locked with a padlock and chain, and the next nearest gate 62m away and also locked has a No entry authorised persons only sign and an asbestos warning sign. Such a shame as I was looking forward to this.
Out on a duck hunt with friends and the geodogs. Friends were amused how high I jumped. Evil Mr Duck.
Decided to go on a Duck hunt today! All about quality not quantity!
later in the day iluvtrekking came to join us on the Duck hunt. Managed to attempt a couple of others although we found the higher D/T caches easier than the supposed 1.5/1.5 caches today [B)] [:o)]
Lots of fave points going out the door today.
No fave points here!

Find 10 of 16 on a sunny bike ride from Applecross to Rossmoyne and back through Brentwood and Mount Pleasant.
Yes, that might cause some conniptions for some cachers I can think of. Quick find and only triple checked it was the cache before reaching in.
TFTC duck 43!

Over this way doing a few mystery caches we have solve and saw this one close by. I laughed so much at this one as kenare was none to happy with the cache lol I loved it tftc
After finding another nearby we got back into the car only to realise that this one was here. A quick find that kenare didn’t like. Lol. Tftc
Of course I was the one that saw the bloody thing and almost shat my pants!! Jenno3 picked it up once she stopped laughing. Clever hide. tftc
Evil indeed..cache and log in excellent and somewhat sinister condition tftc I think
Cache in good condition.
This is my 3039 find.
Thank you duck 43 for placing and maintaining this cache.
Geology rocks but Geography is where it’s at!
(I’m not a geologist I just like puns)
Arranged to meet up near this cache not realising that I was the only one out tonight who needed the find.
With the assistance provided I uncovered the cache in short order and then took a couple of minutes convincing myself everything was safe.
Log signed we replaced everything and headed in our way.

Tuesday night was a little different with my usual partner in crime sidelined for the week.
However the rest of team MICK (Meme28, I C Nothing, Kapelula & myself) were up for the hunt.
After such a good night last week we decided to head back to the same areas, Rossmoyne, Willeton & Parkwood.
We mainly focused on puzzles but picked up some traditionals that were along our path too, looking at the map as I head home we’ve barely made a dent into the number of caches available around here and can see returning again soon.
Tonight I finished up with 20 finds and 1 DNF.

I added my name to the log at 20:01 on 12/7/2022.
This is find number 5387 for me.

I was expecting something nasty and I wasn’t disappointed. It was raining so my umbrella provided the necessary tool for making doubly sure I was safe. The container was guarded by two massive centipedes which had to be moved on before I could do the signing duties. The nearby playground was deserted thanks to the rain so my search was uninterrupted. Thanks for the cache duck43. A fav, not because it was difficult but manly because of the scare factor.
Always a pleasure - but happy especially to do this as my first find today on 22.2.22
This one made me smile

A morning caching session with Kapelula, Meme28 and the geokids. All caches were found in good condition. Logged as MIK
Master ICN made the find here. A quicker than usual find for a Duck cache. Loved it! TFTH!
Found whilst out on a days caching with Meme28 and I C Nothing. Some logs signed as MIK.

Team MIK is at it again. ICNothing and Kapelula catch up. ICNothing hated this one but Kap and I were just fine. Cache found in good condition
Just travelling down Leach Highway we follow a vehicle with the Number Plate starting : “EEE”. This cache could easily drop an “E” and add a “K”. Thanks Duck43, all’s in great shape here.
Day out with the Spatial One Caching South of the River - mainly in Duck country - Another quality hide - have a fav point . TFTC
It's been some time since our last trip to Duck country, so The Machman and I set out very early this morning for another trip to see how many we could find.
Mixed results today with several DNFs but luckily mostly finds. Most were a good 5-10min hunt as expected.
Quickly found the host, interesting cache holder! TFTC

Oh my goodness. I definitely wasn't wearing the correct footwear for bush walking, so I was on high alert particularly since the weather's heating up.
I still needed to PAF despite finding it on first attempt, as I wanted to check for safety purposes. Thanks Duck, you evil person!

The good thing about a 3 week trip to the Pilbara & Kimberley is that you come home to a lot of new caches. Thanks for this one. duck 43
Well Mr duck43 this is definitely a heart starter considering that the weather is warmer . TFTC duck43
Out with mommy Ooh Yeh today picking up a few caches, happy to make quick finds due to the horrible weather. TFTC
Thanks duck 43 for placing again! Been a while between publications so it was a race down to GZ. I was the last of a small group to arrive so didn’t get the full experience however glad I didn’t . TFTH
Out with redlipsandunicorns grabbing a few caches. Got pretty wet finding a few of them but happy that they were all found. TFTC Duck 43
Was making a coffee when this was published. Boots on and off with Chwiliwr. Love duck caches.
This one was pure evil. Surprised the homes didn't hear me when I found the cache.
Blank log at 10.05 am so joint *FTF* with Chwiliwr. Cache replaced as found by Chwiliwr.
Was sitting in car when 3 other caching teams turned up. Fratra, b12 and baby and cravo and kate. We waited to see the reaction from the finder. We then had a chat and all went our different ways.
Thanks duck 43 for placing this evil cache for us to find.

Arrived and saw the object that didn’t look right, investigated and took a few quick steps back.
I had only been saying to C10 the other day that we hadn’t had a new Duck for a while.
You’ve still got it, mr Duck.
