On our 2nd day of a five day caching trip to Colorado and six neighboring states with Clint5566, Petroypa70 and I. Today we headed north to Wyoming. Our Garmin etrex 30 read 4 feet off. Thank you for placing this Virtual cache and for a great day filled with adventure, discovery and laughter.
Thank you for the cache!

Found with skibug9 and clint5566 on our second day out west and in our second state - signed logs as "Buckeye Brats". Had an amazing journey filled with adventures as we went through 7 states before time forced us back east - thanks for this one - I took surveying in college so this had a special meaning for me - was not as close as I wanted to be but was surprisingly close on elevation - giving a favorite point

Skibug9, Petroypa70 and I headed west to add states and smileys to our collections. We came away with some incredible memories or our adventure as the "Buckeye Brats". The batteries in my eXploristGC decided they were finished on the way to GZ, but my phone which I almost always use as my #1 caching device was within 5 ft distance and 17 ft elevation. Thanks for placing this cache to add to our fun!AC

I have been meaning to stop on my way by several times but I needed a break from the drive today. I headed to GZ through the snow. I was using the iPhone 5 and it was only about 10 feet off. Not bad! Thanks for the diversion on my drive!

Came down here from the Emerald City with team "Where's Tony?" My Magellan eXplorist 710 was showing 5 feet off. Thanks.

In Denver for two days of business meetings and had some extra time, so I drove up to Cheyenne for some more interesting caches. Thanks for bringing me here. My GPS is an Oregon 450t and it puts me within 10 feet. I'm quite impressed it is that close. TFTC.

Neat site glad I pick this as my First Wyoming Cache I used a Garmin Montana 650T and it was 6ft off to the NW. TFTC

I was using my Garmin Oregon 450 which seemed to be 5-7 feet off. Of interest to me was that my new Verizon Android phone was just as accurate. (I know that it doesn't work in wooded areas, though.)
I wish I could have spent more time here this morning, but it was bitterly cold. There were wind gale warnings on the highway as I drove in from Denver.

tftc. I don't have altitude on my Samsung phone gpsr which I use, but read only 5ft off easterly from marker.

Our GPS, a Garmin 62STC, was definitely off. I think it was because of the overcast sky, not necessarily the unit. We trust in the technology of the unit, so the coordinate calibration wasn't helpful for us due to the weather. However, we did take the opportunity to calibrate the altimeter feature which was only 5 feet off! We also brought our funtional Mariner's Astrolabe Geocoin (TB4820V) to go old school as well.

Despite that we did not meet the full intent of the cache, the point is that the CO was very creative in placing this cache and making it 'functional.' We can't say we came geocaching to Cheyenne just for this cache, but it definitely was a factor in bringing us here. A well earned favorite point from the K trackers. TFTC!

We are passing through while on vacation. We are from the Seattle, WA area.

I use a Garmin GPSMap 62s, and I came within four feet of being right on. Interesting memorial. Never would of know this was here.

Found @ 10:54:00 AM. Thanks for the hunt.

A handy spot to check your machine. I use a Garmin 60CSx, it showed 3 feet when sitting on the target. I guess that would be helpful since I had no idea what the accuracy of the unit was. Thanks for setting up this nice checkpoint.

On our way back to Denver. A few caches along the way. I was 1 meter off with a garmin. TFTH.

US12. After the short walk up the hill, my Garmin Montana showed I was 1 meter away. I did not think to look at the satellite accuracy. Thanks.
