Heading to Franklin's Bridge after working at daughters house in Cape Clear, it would be remiss of me to drive through this area and not find these few caches on the way. Took a while to find this one, almost gave it away thinking it was gone as there was a bit of rubbish dumped here. But finally spotted it when viewed at a shallow angle. Tricky hide, TFTC McAdies.

After attending the Union Jack Creek CITO, I headed further south to grab a few more caches before returning home. Another nice and quick find on my tour of the forest.
Many thanks to McAdies for the cache.
Many thanks to McAdies for the cache.
Thanks found it. It has been a nice day exploring the Enfield State park. 3rd geocache found so far today.
Out for a walk and a drive with Shumba7 around Enfield State park. Thanks for bringing us here for your cache.
A bit of a divert on our way home this afternoon. Thanks for bringing us here McAdies. Dropped TB.
We have headed to Ballarat to attend doctor appointments and in our spare time head out to areas that we have not cached in to find the many geocaches that have popped up in the forest and other areas around town. Most of the roads were acceptable, some geocaches were on walking/bike riding section which hubby hiked on and I drove the car and would pick him up along the way. All geocaches were found and were in good condition. SL TFTC
It’s time for a weekend road trip. After speaking to the bank and remortgaging my house I managed to scrape enough together for half a tank of fuel. So I buddied up with OzHockeyChick who took out a loan for the other half a tank so we could get home again. Definitely won’t be leaving the engine running this weekend .
Said hello to old leany today. Seems to be doing well in its old age. The cache was found safe and well with old leany keeping a close eye on it.
Thanks McAdies for placing this gamepiece in the wild for us to find.

A weekend road trip to the Ballarat area, incorporating an event, a cito, a couple of solved puzzles and exploring Enfield Forest.
Nature always finds a way. Mother nature is pretty amazing, hey.

It was great to be back in the area caching and catching up with my buddy Rebel Acts.
I had planned on being here for a few days but unfortunately, work got in the way again, so made the most of a sunny Sunday.
So many new caches online around Ballarat and Creswick since the last time I was up this way, and it's awesome to see some lab caches here as well.
This is one of the caches that I found on the day, cheers for the cache and the opportunity for a smile on the map.

Some good friends had decided to head to Ballarat for a few weeks so I decided I needed a break and joined them, we had a great time out caching as well as sharing stories and laughs around a meal or two. I really love the area of Ballarat there is so much history and I am sure it has the largest population of Oak trees in the Country.
This is one of the caches found today.
Some caches logged as RASP rebel acts &Ski pair.
Thanks McAdies for the cache.

With work encouraging us to take some holidays and Mr SKI having quite a few weeks up his sleeve it was time to take another short break and do some sightseeing and caching in parts of Victoria we seldom visit.
This time we decided it would be Ballarat. There is a wide variety of cache types and quite a number of Adventure Labs to do, so the area is quite attractive. And that doesn't include the historical and interest aspects as well.
We organized to meet up with some friends while there so we would have the opportunity to do some joint as well as solo caching.
We have already had some great adventures on a few challenging caches that generated a lot of fun and as usual always good to find some pre-solved puzzles.
All logs signed as SKI Pair, RASP (Rebel Acts & SKI Pair or SP depending on size of logs and availability of space.
Thank you for your efforts in creating and maintaining the cache McAdies.

Found it this afternoon with Sunsong! Easy find, lots of trees and branches are down after the storm last week. The tracks have been cleared so there are no problems getting through. The cache is in good order. Thanks for placing this cache McAdies.
I decided to head out to Enfield and surrounding areas to find as many caches as possible in a 2WD.
The recent windy weather has caused a lot of limbs to drop and trees to fall which made some locations a little more interesting.
With the sun coming through the trees, I took a few minutes to enjoy the location.
Log signed and replaced as found.
Thanks for the Cache

Another quick drive by whilst passing through. Quiet out here compared to last weekend.
Absolutely no reason to stop here and look at a tree except GEOCACHING! TFTC! this is why we do this, because otherwise we would just drive on by!
Visited today with Glanville Girls. We were so confident we would find the cache we after pulling up we left the devices in the car. )
It certainly was leany. We spotted the likely hide location from the car. Thanks for placing.
Well the Misery Creek track was left behind and now on to the Misery Creek Berringa road.
The sun was shining a little more and the day was milder than when we arrived at Linton.
The wind was still strong and getting stronger we suspect.
Thanks to the McAdies for this look into the world of leany things, certainly was!!!!!!!

Heading home after the first of the youngest team members sporting activities since the latest lockdown eased, we decided to take the scenic route and some back roads to add a few smiles., The youngest team member was quick to grab this one, TFTC and the fun
With some forced annual leave from work to keep our outstanding leave days low I ended up extending the Easter break and coming to stay in the Ballarat area for a few days mainly to complete the Geo Tour since I missed doing the last one at Lake Eildon. I also had some solved puzzles, and plenty of adventure labs for times when it was raining. I also targeted a couple of virtuals and some whereIGo's as well. Even my buddy Fleabag- popped up for a visit one of the days. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable few days and managed to complete almost everything I wanted to.
I had to head home today so only had the morning. Weather was terrible with rain coming in sideways so I concentrated on a few lab caches down south and some 4WD tracks as well.
This was a random stop going from lab waypoint to waypoint through the bush.
Thanks McAdies for the cache, the adventure, the hunt and the fun.

Another nice find in this lovely area of bushland. Thanks for the cache and for bringing us here.
After the morning CITO and lunchtime Celebration event in Napoleons, Chook joined forces with Geoturtle37 and Papi4506 to find some more caches in the Enfield State Forest. This is certainly a well-named cache. TFTC McAdies.
I just had time for this last cache be fgore my presence was required over at the cito.
Dusty drive up.
Cache alive and well next to old leany who is a very laid back character.

Found by Mary and David at 15:55. We weren't sure what we would find when we approached. A perfectly suited name, and we did wonder who in your family had decided that. Not far from where we parked, and another wonderful area of bush, which is always a treat for those of us who live in the suburbs. All snug and dry, and we dropped off the Labyrintti trackable. Our thanks to McAdies.
Out with bogonghazy today to what we thought would be a cooler place to cache. NO!!!! Just as hot here as in the Marsh.
3rd to find on this cache. Thanks McAdies

Out for the day with Sorceysal, and we thought it would be cooler near Ballarat today. We couldn't have been more wrong, as the temp steadily climbed to 37 degrees by 530pm.
This was another quick find with the accurate coords, thanks again McAdies

Golden Plains shire offered us four seasons in one day - wind, rain, sunshine and hail as we enjoyed a change of scenery and the opportunity to add a few more smiley tokens to our collection.
Thanks McAdies for placing geo-treasure in Enfield State Park for us to find!

Having just completed a multi in Rokewood when these 6 new trads were published we would have been crazy not to continue north to Enfield and complete the 'Enfield' series.
15 minutes was all it took to reach 'Old Leany' from our previous cache so we were very happy to claim the {FTF} after traveling on a now familiar road and over an impressive bridge.
Thanks McAdies for this cache and the excitement of the ftf adventure.
