After a long time, and a lot of hints, found!! Interesting hide

Wow, that is both nasty and cleaver, had me this reserve for about 90mins before my first of 3 finds, no PAF help, FP

I had a couple of hours to spare before I had to go back to work so thought I’d check out the caches in this area.

Followed a geo-trail towards GZ. Keeping the hint in mind, I checked a few things before stumbling on the right one. Felt it before I saw it.

After ages, we couldn’t find it and had to give up. Maybe we will come back another time

A nice walk along Western Sydney Parklands, and a short walk through long grass to find a tricky hide. TFTC Rainbow Spirit.

Starting to get dark already, so was glad to make a quick find in a very unusual spot! Like the creativity in finding different hides!

Having time for longer searches, I certainly took my time.

I had the right idea first time but my GPS had me too far up the slope and I didn’t come back to the right idea.

After a phone-a-friend laughed at how close I was I put my hand on the container.

Love it. After a systematic search we almost gave up on this one but in the end a systematic search was not needed, we just had to open our eyes and put on the thinking hat. A very tricky and cever hide indeed. FP awarded.

Streak Day #2740 - After visiting Rocky raccoon and getting a ftf on that one we wandered down to this one and attempted a find. We searched high and low [with no hint at the time] low and high and so i called upon the CO to attempt to gain some intel, however he was not willing to give anything away in regards to a hint but something he said made me think so we searched and searched and almost gave up until Dave8153 had noticed something peculiar and i had said could it be there and sure enough there it was, something had been keeping me right near GZ but it took a little bit to discover so we unravelled the log to reveal its blankness and so we shared a joint [FTF] and sat in the shade discussing how evil this cache was haha. TFTC
