Spending a day caching with Mum, SethRaven for her birthday (22.11) a little detour on our way, cache all good here, TFTC
Out for a drive around today, really heading to Huntly for a day of caching . . . . . . . drive past here lots, time to collect this one today. Found Piggy in his camo clothing with his bison intact. TFTC.
TFTC, fun hide. Co-ordinates seemed slightly off, but the description and hint made it an easy find.
Quick find with Blue Jay after picking up our 'hire' car from airport and before heading off on a few day tour of the North island.Nice container. All good at gz.TFTC. Toffee Man.
Funny. Love the free roaming chickens nearby too. We also acknowledge the traditional custodians of New Zealand / Aoteroa, as we geocache throughout their land while on holiday. Thanks for showing us this place, & for placing and maintaining this cache. The is our playground
Accio 18:08:14A quick weekend trip to NZ for a special hike - landed and straight across the island to our base of operations. But first .... a coffee, and a couple of caches here. Nice one. Thanks G-2 for entertaining me at this location. *{Overall find #12299}*
This might be the first piggy cache where we've actually spotted piggy! A nice easy find here, last one for the day as we're heading North. TFTC!
4-week family trip through NZ - Find #23!Another find on the drive from Whangarei to Coromandel, but not a super quick one. At GZ, we couldn't find anything, not even a proper hiding place. Then we reconsidered the hint, went about 15 m south, and after a bit of browsing through the high grass, found Piggy .TFTC!
Am in need of some walking time to prepare for an upcoming tramp around Stewart Island. Was suggested to attempt the Mt Williamson walk just after the Bombay Hills. This walk would be a good starter and as there were several caches on the walk it all made sense. So headed out with Mr HeMaLuDy for an attempt. Having completed this relatively easily and with most of the afternoon free we decided to attempt a few more caches. Eventually ending up as far south as Morrinsville... Mad cachers... NAH!Overshot GZ and had to head back and made the quick appropriate find! Fav point added for cache container!A quick stop for a bite to eat and onwards! TFTC
Local muggle was suspicious until I brought them into the 21st century..Easily found....TFTC
This little piggy was lonely so I gave it a cuddle and put it back in it's home . TFTC
On our way home after a fantastic night out thanks to Mr Ed Shereen.
A nice quick easy find, grab, sign and flee.

Quick stop on our return home from a day visit to Auckland. Another piggy to add to our collection, no problem with the find TFTC.
Hmm...when I found it, it diddn't smell, not that I go around smelling pigs.....seemed ok to me and no problem
My sister jazzmo lives down this road, and after having a day of doing absolutely nothing, I was up for a wander after dinner. Came down here to collect this cache, which wasnt published the last time I visited her. Unfortunately I think the poor piggy has seen better days. Its still in tact but smells like its been the unfortunate recipient of a rogue bush wee from a desperate truckie. The log was full and sticky, so I attempted a scribble and gave up. Thanks for the smiley. Not the fault of the CO, but sorry to report that it wasnt the most pleasant caching experience Ive had.
Sorry for the delay in logging - Mr HeMaLuDy was back in the area today and discovered all of the caches he was looking at we had already found but somehow forgotten to log online. I blame the very early start we had that day, dropping the teens in Ngatea by 6 am (from South Auckland). We then cached our way home again. Clever hide here
Good to see that piggy has found a home over here. I just to stop for a visit and say, "Hello". TFTC.
Very cute, deserves an FP.
We are just collecting some SH2 remaining caches.
Weather is very good today.

I was along for the ride with Boges. He had already cleared out the north Waikato [which I had previously done] so he let me find and sign this one. My 1st for the day and his 31st including Lab Caches. Nice quick find and cache in good condition.
Today I was on a mission with KGD (Hairy) to clear the north Waikato caches and Adventure lab cashes. A big thanks for placing this cache
Out geocaching on World Record day - exploring some more of our local region. Another quick park and grab. Piggy looks like they have been having fun in the mud .
It was a blustery wet day and it took me a while to find piggy and try to stay dry (fail). Finally found piggy exactly where he was hiding and his bison mate in tow. TFTC.
Another park and grab along the way, piggy certainly gets around, but soon spotted, nice one here, TFTC
Awesome themed cache! Have left Auckland for a night in Rotorua before heading home to hawkes bay tomorrow.
Thanks for placing the cache G-2.
Find number 4601.
Log signed b&p.

Day one of our family holiday and had picked out a few specific caches to collect along the way as I’m heading for a big milestone one.
Stopped across the road and waited until the muggle who was changing her babies nappy at the side of the road finished and drove off before diving in for a quick find.
Thanks for the cache. Found with NZIceman, cragger and laval.

This little piggy gave us no problem, once parked in the right spot. We were pleased it was after hours and there were no prying eyes to wonder what we were up to. TFTC

Very cute quick find. On our way home from a weekend of geocaching. Fav point for a cute cache, although a little grubby but that's probably normal for this guy. Tftc
A nice quick find on the way back home after a busy weekend caching. Loved this cache, so cute. Worth a favourite from me.
First find of the day as we head to the Coromandel to do a recce for a tramping trip. TFTC
Heading south to Tauranga, a quick stop and sign just as it started to rain . Oink .
Piggy was home for this one. Nice spot for placement here. we have one of these piggies at home as well
Team BOP is back on the road this time heading to Auckland with our sights set on some Labs, puzzle solves and the NZ Mega 2020…errr 2021.... I mean 2022
Our current incarnation includes Davidson Clan, McJandals and myself and we’ve signed the cache logs as ‘Team BOP’ to save time and log space. We’ve thoroughly enjoyed the journey as most caches have been found quickly & without fuss thanks to accurate coords and a straight forward placements. Just a quick stop here on the way home - another nicely recycled cache.
I appreciate there’s a stigma attached to cut’n’paste logs like these so I’ll try to provide cache specific notes retrospectively when I get home. We do genuinely respect the work put into these caches, particularly some of the puzzles, but with a numbers mission like this - the hides start to blur together unfortunately. So Cheers COs, TFTC and most importantly - thanks for bringing us here

Up in Auckland for the mega with Philip.Perry and McJandals. Left home at 0300 over the hill to Tauranga to pick up the others in Auckland by 6am. Only plans today are to attend Mega sign log there then follow the map to get as many caches as possible. Signed logs TeamBOP. On our way home now getting dark. Great camouflage FP added
FINALLY we get to attend the MEGA. Attending as part of Team BoP. We have a load of solved puzzles and whilst we are concentrating on those, won’t pass up on trads either. This is day two of our great weekend. We are now heading home and can’t resist JUST ONE MORE.
I am logging using the Cachly app template so please excuse generic logging along the way. It’s just my way of keeping track, but I do genuinely thank each and every one of you cache owners for taking the time and energy to place these caches. Many Thanks for bringing me here. Cheers.

we tried to get this cache last year but had to abandon because of muggles parked near gz today was very quiet so no problem to retrieve it. Nice little piggy TFTC
Passing here on the way to mangatangi trig and decided to pick this one up. Loved the container- a favourite from me, TFTC
Heading past on the way for a hike in the Hunua's. GPS was pointing me a few more metres away but trusted the hint and the most likely spot it'll be and found the piggy. Thanks for the neat hide.
had to visit maxwell road for work today
with squirrel nutcase along for a ride.
it didn't take to long to find this one

On the job with Gap (of Fap and Gap)…
Remarkably, the job was on Maxwell Road, so as Aunty Mabel says on the old ‘ Four Square Ad, “How convenient!” It didn’t take too long to round up this piggy… “Mmm, bacon…” Thanks G-2 and TFTC.

My first cache of the day on my road trip to the Coromandel Peninsula. My phone had me at a post which was obviously not the right one so I looked around and headed to another one where I found Piggy tucked in nice and dry trying to avoid the predicted rain.
I was off out of Auckland to do the old cache 101 (August 2001) at the back of Mnt Te Aroha today. Going to be hard yakka for me that walk, over 2km in each direction of bush. I also have in mind a few of the Tauranga -Auckland - Tauranga caches as well.
Thought I might pull in here along the way and do a Piggy cache. I searched in an obvious spot, but no bacon was seen. Rechecked my phone, read the description this time and soon realised I was in the wrong spot - close though - but not close enough. Piggy soon released his bison to me after a big wrestle and I was able to sign in. Paper all good here today, nowhere near full and I moved on. Thanks G.

Having come across Piggy in a multitude of locations over the years we were heading back to Auckland after a day of geocaching in Waihi and became very excited to discover we were passing his home. We of course couldn't resist paying him a visit.
It was a pleasure to meet him in all his glory although we found him to be a lot less talkative than expected. The reason for this was soon discovered when we saw that he was in the middle of dinner and his mouth was rather full, although we did think his choice of cuisine was a little unorthodox...but who are we to judge.
After passing on our best wishes we left Piggy to his dinner knowing our paths were destined to cross again

Heading home from Auckland after visiting family. Quick stop to find this new cache and let the geo hound have a run around. Enjoyed the cache which was all fine. Thanks for the smiley.
I'm finally heading for home and today I'm on my way from Auckland to Turangi, with a bit of a detour along the way to catch up with some old friends. Time to find a few caches along the way. This was the first one I came to. I did smile where I got my hands on it. TFTC, Biggles.
Out and about with the elder Future Finder for a start of the school holidays day trip around the country side. This was our first stop. We parked up in the car park, nice and close to GZ. I got to searching and quickly hand the nicely themed hide in hide. Formalities completed it was off and on the road again. Cheers for the cache placement!
Roadtrip time, day 5.
I have used the Easter weekend combined with taking 4 days leave this week to get in a 9-day driving tour, hoping to get as far north as 90 mile beach in order to seek the recently published PWGT caches throughout Northland, as well as catch up with 4 different sets of friends.
Today marks the start of the proper Geocaching side to this road trip. I am traveling from Auckland over to the Coromandel before heading back up north again over the next few days.
This was a straightforward find at GZ, thanks to the accurate co-ords and the Hint. No issues to report with either the cache or the log, so after signing I replaced the whole lot back exactly as found.
Thanks for placing this cache.

Well since I live on this road I’ve been a bit slow on the grabbing of this one. Had to walk up for milk today lol
Was heading down State Highway 2 today on a day trip and saw there were two newish G-2 caches!
Nice easy find here....Hilarious about the Cafe name!
Thanks for the laugh Glyn!

We were heading down to the Wings and Wheels show in Thames and stopped for a couple of caches to break up the trip. This one was a cute hide and a nice park and grab. TFTC
Early run to the city so stopped here for breakfast of Bacon and eggs. no cars in the carpark so easy job sorting out the cache. TFTC
Saw the publication arrive last night and noticed it was near where I was working today....so kept an eye out for any found it logs, and awoke this morning to nothing.....sweet.... checked in at work and headed towards GZ in a spritely fashion, fingers crossed a found it log didn't arrive before I did.... parked up besides GZ and all was quiet.
Made the find, and was signing in when the roading crew pulled up in no less than 3 trucks with the big warning light arrangements on the back, and a cleaning crew in a van.... so I had to wait a little before returning the cache to it's hide....
