Find#2173Down in Wollongong for the long weekend trying to score some caches to help with a challenge nearer to home and this one fit the bill. Cache and log in great condition TFTC
Trees your so cool, and with my branches were gonna rule branches branches branches br br br l love branches
I forgot to bring my telescopic ladder! Damn! I could see it, but the chair I picked up off the side of the road earlier just didn't cut, oh well
Found it but we were too old and too short to reach it so couldnt write our log!
A small ladder helped us heaps this time around!Found it fairly quickly but struggled a little trying to put things back together with one hand.Didn't have the dogs barking at us today which is a good thing when you don't want to draw attention to yourself.Special thanks to Roo_and_tribe for hiding, posting and maintaining this GeocacheFP given
Spotted fairly quickly and went into action, sometimes you forget you have had a shoulder reconstruction and shouldn't be doing a jump and grab to climb, will see how it turns out tomorrow.

Thought it would be a bit higher but I was incorrect. For me this is a 3 but that’s personal opinion. TFTC Great climb!
Came with the geokids and despite our efforts we were just not tall enough to get it. My 6 spotted it straight away.
Our friends house is right next to this cache so it was a 30 second walk down. At first we were confused if we really found it but then we opened it up and were very happy. We had found the bull ants nest and not in a good way…??

A nice walk up this path, except for some barking dogs. Sighted the cache fairly quickly thanks to good coords. Now, the first step. Lucky that I'm tall. An enjoyable climb with sturdy branches to hold on to. Now, accessing the log whilst holding on. Then SL whilst holding on, then replacing the logsheet. Made it. Often wish that I was an octopus. Thank you Roo_and_tribe for the challenge and excitement. Makes me think that I am about 50 years younger.
Checked on our cache today. Cache in good order and condition.
However I note a colony of big nasty bull ants have set up in the area. Watch your step and get into the tree quickly and you should be fine!

Wow so good. I got bit by a bull ant on the way to the up but that did not stop me. Tftf
Very fun one! Definitely need special equipment or someone to lift you into the tree! TFTC
Thank you to the geohider for this thrilling caching experience this was a challenge but with the help and dedication of my cachemate agp_on_toast we were able to celebrate the end to an extremely successful day of caching. We even found and returned TWO lost geopups on the way back to get our pen! TFTC! ️️
Dogs barking nearby and even some BBQing people on a balcony nearby but spotted the cache and after a couppe of attempts soon had it in hand. A fun challenge, so TFTC and an FP from me!
Had to abandon as too many dogs barking and mozzies everywhere. Will be back soon
After a long day travelling in the car, both the geodog and geokids needed a run around. Perfect spot for some tree climbing exercise too!
We came unequiped this time around so a return trip will be necessary to complete the task safely
**This Cache:**
After finding a fun T4 nearby, I had some time up my sleeve before I wanted to head to tonight's accomodation. Noticed one of these caches was a T3.5 which looked very inviting, and then picked up one of the others nearby! Didn't get around to the last one however, which I now regret as I see it is the only cache of yours I haven't found! With only 20 finds this weekend that is quite incredible and means that your hides were all on my "must-do" list for standing out amongst the rest in Wollongong!
Thanks, a pretty tough first step for this tree climb, but easy after that!

**This Trip:**
An awesome weekend getaway to the Illawarra-Shellharbour region! When I saw a Community Celebration planned, it provided a good excuse for another getaway out of Canberra. Booked a night in the Wollongong CBD to make the most of it!
I managed to snag 20 of the highest quality finds in two days, with eight of them being T5, two T4's, including a bunch of Wherigo's and even a virtual!
Lots of great paddling and waterways on offer, you are truly spoilt down here and the possibilities for more water-based caches are never-ending!
Thanks to all the CO's for the caches, and Muppet95 for providing excellent company on Day 1!

Spotted it with Miss 4 but was not quite ready for the difficulty level this afternoon
The cache owner knows I like a good tree climb, so this one deserves a fav point! (All tree climbs do tbh!) TFTC!
While OCW Mizcupcake tonight we went gung ho for this one just to realise at gz we weren't ready for this one. We found it... but didn’t get to SL unfortunately. We are terrible and neither of us check attributes and descriptions which puts us into these predicaments. Well we will be back again to complete this one in the day.
I never realized how hilly it was around this part of town. Anyway, the hint was a good help, and I had the easy job as I watched Muppet95 put his hands on the cache. TFTC
I spent Clean Up Australia Day caching with 154Crows. We attended a CITO, made a handful of finds and started planning a new Adventure Lab. A successful and well-needed day outdoors!
We spent a few minutes searching down low before checking the Terrain/Attributes. We spotted the cache quickly after and had our names in the log in no time. Thanks For The Cache!

Quick and easy find on a lunchtime run around. Didn't expect to climb a tree in my work clothes!
Cheers

I hate when work priorities and other commitments get in the way of caching, so when an opportunity arose this morning to grab a cache I was quickly out to this one.
A slippery to get to after the recent rain but once at GZ it was a quick scramble to the container and the log signed.
Thanks

Initially I was going to leave this one for next weekend, but then I saw the previous log and couldn't be more intrigued! Went there and yes d/t was justified and no TOTT needed although I have one or two .that would have made the job easier Woohoo another {FTF}

Easy to find but not possible for me to retrieve. Good luck to first to arrive with the necessary skills or equipment. TFTC anyway, another neck of the woods I wouldn’t have visited without a cache on offer.
