A group of geocaching friends consisting of Val (cybergran V), Ian (half of the team Riddell) Ian (icybeetas) Pam (weirdobiker) Evelyn (SciFiRulz), Ronice (Ronice88) and Sylvia (half of team Riddell) are touring Norfolk Island with the aim of finding every cache here. This was a quick find of a cache in good condition and the log signed as Viipers to save space. Thank you endeavour3 for placing and maintaining it as this cache enhanced our visit to this beautiful island.
A bit of a stretch but found it. Loved the lookouts. So much scenery wherever you go. Tftc

And theres caches of course! Beautiful place, thank youendeavour3 for placing this game piece here, showcasing this lovely area and contributing to this great game for myself and others to enjoy. Happy trails!

#6105Great to find this bonus cache as I march toward the completion of all the caches on the island. Thanks for your work endevour3.
#7536- Our last for the day on our wander around, and the last physical cache before we head home tomorrow. It was lovely seeing the views from the lookouts and this was an easy find also Thanks
I have absolutely loved all the lookouts and didn't need this AL to make me visit them. I started my caching expedition here on Norfolk Island at a lookout, Mt George, for my 6000th find. And what a great spot that was!Having been to all the lookouts, some a couple of times it was time to collect this bonus today as we completed all the caches in the northern half of the island. Watching the coloured spots gradually turn into yellow smileys has been fun and now I can see a possibility that I will actually complete all the cache hides on the island. I won't be disappointed if it doesn't happen though. At this one the hint had me worried having met the CO and knowing the vast difference in our heights! I was able to reach it though. If you do no other caching on this island, do this one.TFTC and the AL
My buddies: bella at waggyNorfolk is gorgeous! Too short for this cache!!!! I had to get my buddy out of the car to get the cih ??Thank you endeavour3, for creating, placing and maintaining this cache. I have enjoyed finding it and visiting this spot.Follow my story on Instagram @AlphaDeltaIndigo

Found during a week of geocaching on Norfolk Island with GeoMates. It was a successful week and an adventurous one. Thanks go to endeavour3 for placing this cache.
We were wondering how to turn the scenery off for a while today - it was distracting us from geocaching. There is certainly no shortage of scenic lookouts. Found the cache with MummyPenny today. Thanks endeavour3.
Found after a long hard caching day. Thanks Endeavour3 for this hide Im a bit shorter than the average bear so it was above my head height
#7594 NI Day 4With no organised events until late this afternoon, we headed out after breakfast to focus on the north eastern part of the island. Enjoyed visiting all the scenic lookouts in the AL and nice to get a bunus too.TFTC endeavour3
Another enjoyable Adventure Lab series, and a Bonus cache to boot. FP from me for both the AL's and the Bonus. ?? TFTC endeavour3

I finally finished this AL on the top of Mt Pitt this morning so I was able to come and find the cache. As the rain had now stopped, I was now not getting wet. Good hide in a lovely area of the island.
Day 5 of my Norfolk Island adventure. I can understand why people want to live here . Its a little bit of paradise. Wow so much history on the island, Im enjoying my wandering seeing the sites . Some logs signed as N2OThis is my 12101find.Thankyou endeavour3 for placing and maintaining this cache
Having done the Lab cache a couple of days ago, now it was time to go and get the bonus cache.
Over with IolantheK from Brisbane celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary [^]Todays cache collection is brought to you from the east side!!After getting all the WPs sorted in for the AL we plotted the final [^]At GZ we didn't have to search for long before I made the find. IolantheK was a bit amused by the Hint's, at head height reference as she could just reach it The cache in good condition [^]TFTC endeavour3
T-Tech and I are visiting Norfolk Island for our 40th anniversary. We arrived from Brisbane and are staying for 2 weeks at Endeavour Lodge, and plan to get some R&R, see all of the sites, learn the history, and gather every cache here so we can claim the Se Dun Challenge Today's plan is to visit the Cascade area. With the AL done and dusted we made for GZ. I kept an eye on an unfenced bull nearby but he didn't seem to care abut us. The hint made me giggle as the cache was just about beyond my reach! TFTC and AL, endeavour3.
Find # 10485Day 4 in Norfolk, here for a week of caching fun with geofriends Joolay, barb2e, StrangeTrousers, and iPlod. Zoom zoom zooming around in Kermit (green not red) ?? Logging as DEMCBR.Wild and wooly weather here again today ?????????This was a quick and easy find and ?? here at Norfolk Island Scenic Lookouts - AL Bonus today. ??Thanks so much for the many caches endeavour3 and of course for giving me a reason and incentive to get out here, and to experience this part of the world in a different light ????
# 8966 Norfolk Day 4, team "Dem CBR" myself, iPlod65, Joolay, barb2e and contesta had another fantastic day of caching and exploration. Another day of hard climbs starting with a trip to Bird Rock. It's a steep walk down there and even harder back up. The rewards were there withe great views and some whales to watch. Then we headed over to Cascade Bay to grab the caches over there. It's a rough path to cascades along the cliffs but well worth the trip. Barb tried to get this one but couldn't reach, so I had to assist. Logs signed collectively "Dem CBR", which in local parlance is "them from Canberra".Thanks endeavour3 for the Mystery Cache
On holiday in Norfolk Island with StrangeTrousers. Beautiful Island. TFTC signed as DEM CBR
Found with the Canberra group on the 5th day of our Norfolk Island geocaching adventure. Day dawned wet but clear day now though still windy. Enjoyed all the scenic views. Log signed as Dem CBR. Tftc
Nice to get this. Some beautiful scenic lookouts indeed. Fav from me.How exciting to be at Norfolk finally. This has been the plan for so long. Lovely to be here with Contesta, barb2e, Strangetrousers and IPlod65, signing as DEM CBRThanks for getting me out and about endeavour3
We had difficulty with a couple of the AL bonuses but this one we did find and we chose to leave 2 trackables here that we flew from home. We are thrilled with the beauty of Norfolk Island and it’s magnificent scenery. Thanks for the Adventure Lab and bonus.
Cheers and happy caching

Having gradually worked through the labs and visited many great lookouts, I swung by here this afternoon to finish with the bonus cache. [^]
GZ was obvious on approach and the cache was found in a likely spot. I stayed nicely tucked down low to conduct business, then returned the container as found.
I couldn't give a favourite point to the lab series, so I'm adding one to this for the great spots we were taken to as part of the series. Thanks for all the effort endeavour3, it's very much appreciated.

Found this cache on our day of exploring NI via geocaching. You have taken us to some wonderful places to see the best views. Husband was able to retrieve this one. Favourite point and thanks for the bonus cache on this AL.
Had to stretch a bit to reach it but all ok. Added to the log sheet and replaced. Tftc.
Hoiked the kids up in the tree for this one. Really like the tour of the scenic lookouts. Such a stunning vista wherever you look. Thanks for adding an extra layer of wonder to our viewing.
Thanks for the bonus cache. There’s lots of trees to explore at the cache spot. Out and about on Norfolk Island with the Bruce’s.
We don’t usually find ourselves heading much further east than cockpit waterfall. Today was an exception so took the opportunity to grab this cache while out and about. Thanks for the cache
Thank you Endeavour3 for adding this bonus. The view from the lookouts is magnificent in this great weather. Greetings from the Blue Mountains in NSW.
Day 4 on Norfolk Island, quick find, stamped log and replaced, left a trackable to travel. Thanks to endeavour3. A great Adventure Lab taking us to some great views.
TFTC,
What an amazing day. With the road to the Monument closed, we decided to undertake a walk along the Bridle track from the entrance to get 4 finds and an Adventure Lab WP as well as the Bonus.
This trip has covered 4 days and included so many great location in both pouring rain and brilliant sun.
Added a favourite and visited trackables.

Having visited all the lookouts mentioned in this AL, I was able to record and then drive to the coordinates.
At first I thought that I must have made an error. I was about to walk away but decided to have one more attempt at discovering the cache. My fingers could just touch it and with great strenuous activity I eventually managed to retrieve the container.
I should have remembered how tall the CO is and that would have saved a lot of confusion. The zip lock bag was damp but the log is in good condition.
Thanks for taking me to such beautiful places endeavour3. TNLN SL

On 15 October 2022 a new batch of prisoners were shipped out of Brisbane to spend 7 days incarcerated on Norfolk Island. It has now been 4 nights and and countless days into their sentence at Ocean Breeze Cottages.
The prisoner was out on day release for the entire day and was able to fully enjoy hatching possible escape plan at all of the lookouts. Unfortunately, the prisoner was a couple of hundred years too late to catch a ride with Captain James Cook. However, a boat needing a little attention was sighed down near Kingston.
Now the best chance of an escape was observed very nearby. A powered motor vessel was observed being lowered into the water. The prisoner though if he rushed down the cliff face he might be a chance of commandeering this vessel. The prisoner could also have fell to his death.
The prisoner also thought about the consequences of any escape. How could one event consider missing the Convict Dinner tour tomorrow night.

TFTC Thank you for hiding this cache. You have shown us a new place and have helped make geocaching an enjoyable activity. Thank you for the AL. we suspect there could be a view from the end of this road.
Find Number 2521 found at 10:52. Today we found 10 caches. We had 0 DNF's.
The final full day of our trip to Norfolk Island was even quieter than planned. We held an event in the morning, had the afternoon free and our "Sound and Light" show in the evening was cancelled. After the event I went after some of the solved puzzles and bonus caches.
We really enjoyed visiting these lookouts, with the possible exception of slogging our way up to the top of Flagstaff Hill .
We completed the adventure yesterday but didn't have time to attempt this cache then. Once at GZ it was a quick and easy find. For the whole thing, adventure and bonus, please have a favourite point.
Thanks endeavour3 for the cache.

Time to head to Norfolk Island to celabrate our 70th birthdays. When we were here before we were not geocachers, this visit will be spent gathering geocaches and revisiting our favourite places. Our appologies for the generic logs it does not take away the enjoyment we have found in the fantastic places they have been placed and all the different styles of caches that we are enjoying,

Found while out on a little cache drive with my Dad, had an amazing time picking up solved puzzles around the area. All these caches have taken us to every nook and cranny around the island and I’m really enjoying it so far!
After we finished this AL after lunch today, we zipped over here to grab this in the dark. Used the car headlights to illuminate the cache GZ and had the cache in hand quite quickly. Amazing adventure lab which took us all around the island…
TFTC endeavour3, FP for the amazing AL

With fading light in the late afternoon, we headed out again to grab some newly solved puzzles, finishing in the dark up an 'impassable when wet' track - that's a fun afternoon!
We chipped away at the AL locations over the past two days, and made it over here in the dark this afternoon, so found this by headlight/torch, lots of fun.... TFTC and the AL...

On our way into town this morning for a cuppa and we took a detour to find this cache after completing the very scenic lookout tour! Think we might even revisit the lookouts if we have a sunny day before leaving! Mt Pitt was the best as it gave the overall view of the island. Thanks E3 and a FP given.
Ventured out this morning to do a couple of caches. Found the cache and signed the log. TFTC endeavour3 and a Favourite Point for the AL.
Over the last couple of days we’ve collected our answers while completing the AL. Some fantastic lookouts visited.
Today we visited this cache. So nice to complete this one.
Thank you. A favourite point from us.

Aquilus1 and myself were on a mission: Go to Norfolk Island and clear the place out in 48 hours! This we achieved as we arrived well prepared, having ground out the puzzles (some with assistance) so that we had coords for nearly all hides before leaving Australia.
Brain tickler test & vaccination certificates in hand, we were shocked on arrival that our Australian mobiles had no roaming coverage....NONE! But, thankfully it seems most accommodation not only comes with a car, but comes with a phone as well.
I swear we did at least 5 laps of the island, I knew my way around very well by the end. NI is such a beautiful place, I am coming back with the family in a month and I already know exactly where I will take them.
On our first day we hosted an event and thankfully the local legend cacher, endeavour3, graced us with his presence. Some sage advice on the trickiest of NI hides was gladly received
And, it has to be said......OMG THE HUMIDITY!!! Canberra has none at all, it was a major shock to the system!

Loved all the lookouts....so many great views everywhere

Thank you GreyHams for having the taller head! Love the chickens here, a whole family... they can move fast too.
Trip log: Norfolk Island... Not something we had been planning to do but with GreyHams noticing travel here was starting up again, a good deal on flights and that this would count as a new caching 'country' this was indeed a very tempting location to visit.
Puzzles were solved, our double vaccinations certificates ready to go. A last minute change in the entry requirements added our PCR tests... but we arrived.
We had a challenge to collect as many of the caches as we could in the 48 hours we would be on the Island... A caching trip, but one that guided us around into every hidden gem the Island had to offer. All its beauty, history, scenic and quirky... and moisture! Humidity that sucked the energy out of every pore as we sweated our way about, but it was awesome!
An event the first evening was fantastic to meet with endeavour3, a wealth of local knowledge and assistance... both caching and the local area. It was great to confirm details, amend as needed and with a few DNFs help us back on track.
An honourable mention to the cows, especially the one that licked all over the car, the feral chickens (but not the roosters that wake up far to early and noisily) and the very friendly waving people everywhere we went!
Thanks for your cache that helped guide us about, and can all the caches be found within 48 hours... I'm very pleased to say that yes we could!

Drawp took me to collect this cache as it was in an area that would be easy for me to access since twisting my knee earlier in the trip.
I loved the scenic lookouts for the AL. Haha, I was surprised the final isn't at a scenic lookout like I was expecting... one last spectacular view! Tftc.
Thoroughly enjoyed visiting the waypoints for this adventure lab. Good spot for the final and glad I could reach! I guess this is about head height for you, endeavour3! Cache in great order.
Found on the Norfolk Island Geotrip 2021.

A quick stop at the final as Judith and I had worked out the coordinates. An interesting Adv Lab thank you - I especially enjoyed the views from the waypoints. T4tc
Having completed the lab cache yesterday we wanted to find the final today. However, we forgot to update the coords in the GPS or online. Fortunately mrs1978 had them on her phone. Nice straight forward find in the end. Thanks
Gathered all the AL data and collected cache today. A lot of great photo opportunities at the various points appreciated TFTC.
Norfolk Island certainly has some wonderful Scenic Lookouts. Our favourites would probably be Anson Bay and Queen Elizabeth Lookout.
Today we stopped by to pick up this Ad Lab Bonus cache in the company of Team Welsh and mrandmrschosen. We parked nearby and wandered along to GZ where we made a quick find. Thanks, adding a Favourite point.

Have done the hard yards, and completed this AdLab; time to find the bonus. Signed and returned. Tftc
My 8th trip to Norfolk Island had me work on this lab that led me to some of my favourite spots. It appears this will be my only new find on this trip. I remain Norfolk's top geocache finder with 64 finds. I hope to reach 100 finds here someday.
Cheers Duncan for making this one so much fun!

Now on the way back to the ranch for some evening review work, I really wanted to pick this one up given that I'd done all the magnificent preliminaries. Once at GZ, a squiz at the hint focussed my search activities and I soon had our 93rd STF (our first in 975 days(!) ) in hand at 16:45.
And on top of all that, this was our 7200th find.
I reckon all that sounds pretty much worthy of a fave point.
TNLNSL, although a couple of our geocoins had a visit to mark the occasion. Thanks endeavour3.

Wow, completed my first Adventure Lab and a FTF as well. An incredible experience to do this on Norfolk Island. The points of interest take you on a very scenic and history filled journey of the Island. Thank you endeavour3 for showing me how it is done.
