Thanks Porkchop6977 for hiding this cache. Now that my calendar and streak are completed, I can just cache for the fun of it. Your Traditional cache, On the way to Mortimer Bay, was just what I needed to get me out of the house and exercising. This is my find #2022 at 16:24 on 27/9/2024. One of several caches found today whilst enjoying a day out in the area. TFTC!Cheers,The Hancock Clan
Today we headed out for a day of quality over quantity caching. I did however have quite a big list which as usual we didnt complete. Never enough time in the day!! We did some nice walks and found some lovely caches. Our thanks as usual to all the hiders for this wonderful work, there were some really creative caches today. My first hollow was empty but once I actually followed the arrow the cache was found TFTC
Izzy was no help with this one due to the GPS bouncing around everywhere. But after a bit of bush bashing, Scoot was able to make a find
We were out on an impromptu caching outing, and decided to tackle this area. How many Tangara Trails are there????A nice easy find, cache and contents are in good order. Thanks Porkchop6977
Im not sure I approached from the best direction, following animal pads through the tea tree, but I got there.
Second-last find of a nine-cache trip, and placed in a really great area. TFTC!
Nice find! Large container not small, had to go through lots of bushes. 2 find of the day!
We enjoyed this cache and the stroll around this area on a very pleasant winter's day. TFTC
One of twenty-one caches found today with Zozetta. We began the day at Honeywood Drive where we found a cache which we had previously had a DNF on, we then drove towards Sandford collecting caches along the way. Most of the caches we found were traditionals, but we found two excellent multis as well. A fun day out with many quality caches found.
A quick find here.
Thanks for the cache Porkchop6977!

Very quick find, TFTC! Quick drive and grab, trying to get a few points for this month’s challenge (1000pts in May). Fantastic day caching with dencoxclan. This is about Find #17 for today I think. Great park, must come back with a horse.
It was good and tricky because we had to get off the main track. Lots of goodies there.

Having a few hours up my sleeve this afternoon, I'd mentioned to AlbyDangles a few days ago that I might call in on him. But after 10 minutes sitting in the lounge room chatting, we'd decided to head out for some caching, and after getting some petrol, we decided on the Sandford area.
After finding a re-purposed cache over the road, we walked to this one, en route to Mortimers Bay. A quick find and we were soon on our way.
Thanks Porkchop6697, for the short stop, the cache and adding to our adventures today.
And thanks AlbyDangles for a most pleasant afternoon out.
Cheers, EPs.

Thought I would go down to the South arm area today and find a few caches. Walked 20 kilometers for the day. Nice quick find.
After a short walk along the track and a short walk through light scrub accurate coordinates and the hint led to a quick find. The cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks porkchop6977 for the cache.
With a short day today as the Goose had to a Christmas show for one of his godlings to attend, we made a quick trip down this way to collect a few caches that had come out since we were last down this way.
thanks for placing this one for me to find.

With only a few hours available today due to a dance performance this afternoon (no not mine, but I'm told I do scrub up alright in a tutu [:o)] ) we chose to find a few caches not to far from home. We had to leave out one cache as we needed SSRs vehicle, but we had mine (I was a good goose last night [:o)] )
We saw a couple of horses and riders deked out with Christmas decorations near the entrance, which we found entertaining. An easy walk to GZ and found in the second hollow we checked.
Thanks Porkchop6977, I hope the knee is coming along well.

Took a while to work out which spot was it. Eventually realised we had to move a little and also found a pad to go out on.
The Tangara Trail is truly amazing and loved all the t-tree here. Needed a good bushy cache to leave Harry Huntsman TB so this spot was perfect. I’m sure he’ll be right at home nestled in this spot. Hope it makes it to its destination. Thanks for a great cache Porkchops6977.
After two beautiful days caching on the peninsula we woke this morning to drizzle, which looked like turning in to serious rain very soon.
So the decision was made to head up Gellibrand Rd and grab any cache not too far from the van.
Initially missed the side trail to this one so bush bashed my way through knee high scrub to GZ.
The cache was an easy find as it was laying out in the open. Suspect it was an animal as there were a few gnaw marks in the bottom of the container.
Replaced it in the obvious spot nearby and added a bit more cover.
Think I destroyed about a hundred spiderwebs getting to this one.
Thanks.

Today was a rare family free day in the south of the state so we thought we'd have a go at some of the caches in the South Arm area. This one was a quick find with the aid of accurate coordinates and the hint. Thanks for the cache
Accurate coordinates made this cache a quick find . All's good at gz Thanks Porkchop6977
A great summers day encouraged us to try and complete the rest of the caches in this Peninsula. We have covered many different walks and tracks in the area which have been scenic and spectacular as we did your cache along the way.
Cache and contents were in good condition.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment.

This was #2 of the 'Missed' ones yesterday so it was quickly found this morning, but it's contents were all out in the open {Aliens visit South Arm lol } so post log sign at 10:23 on Thursday 18 February 2021, i loaded it all back into the cache container and replaced it in the tree hidey spot [^]

Mr W went for a wander from home to locate two newly published caches that had appeared while we were up north. It was a great day to be out and about. We were glad you had been inspired to add another two caches to the area. TFTC
On the way home from a South Arm walk and decided to clean up the map. Was really surprised as the area was approached that the 2 caches were actually on an Orienteering map. This cache is located very close to some control locations we used last year for an Orienteering event.

Too a little while to find this cache as we walked the wrong way, came back and found the path in. TFTC
Thanks for the cache Porkchop6977.
The GeoGSP and I are quite familiar with this area and love a walk along the tracks here, and love a reason to visit the beach. After a very hot day today, I was glad to see the temperature drop as knock-off time approached, so I grabbed the GeoGSP and headed out for a walk to find this cache and it's nearby neighbour.
As you mentioned, we saw no-one on this track, but we did see a few bears! Once we reached the beach there were lots of people, some walking dogs.
This one was found without any trouble. Thanks for adding to the caches in the area.
