This cache went missing a little while ago and has been temporarily unavailable. As I haven’t had time to replace it and want to look into other containers, I have decided to archive it incase someone else wants to use the spot. If, after I’ve sourced a new container, the spot is still available I will replace it; if not, that’s fine, and I look forward to finding the new cache. ??
Hi all, sorry for the recent DNFs. I am temporality disabiling this cache until I can replace it which will be soon. Special thanks to JohnoMawbs for pointing this out as I sadly missed it - sorry all! Please check out John’s caches; he has a lot suited for children and young people and a lot well thought out caches. His rest stop caches are great to find and break up a trip perfectly. Thanks John.
God bless and take care, happy cacheing. Hope to see you back at the museum soon.

Headed away for a bit of a post lockdown trip to central west NSW. My main goal for the trip was to find GC2F6F (2001 cache), but as always I couldn't drive past as if it wasn't there. This was one of the many caches I found on my road trip.
Thanks to the CO's for hiding your cache and contributing in a small way to the fun I had.

Temora . Travelling with pprass
We stayed for 2 nights at the train station. A great area to base yourself for a couple of days of caching.
We did a variety of caches in Temora including 2 AL. Travelled along some very wet roads, which we decided to abandon because of the condition & a big snake at the 1st cache.
The fields in the area looked spectacular with the golden canola & the green wheat crops.
Thankyou moonshadow98 for placing this cache.

Found at 10:43 AM GAFF1 in the company of DiMorgan.
The cache was found in a very exposed spot stuck to the metal fence. When we opened the container we found the log sheet had dried out into a piece of solid cardboard! So we placed a piece of paper as a new log sheet and replaced the container in accordance with the hint - but it is not magnetically attached.
A very modern looking rural museum - usually they are re-used old buildings.
Thanks moonshadow98.

Alas no joy with this one. Looked as per the hint but it wasn't to be for us.
Thanks anyway....

We noticed this one was found since we registered a DNF on it the other day. We hate to leave a sad blue face, so back we came today for another look, and walked straight up and found it. Unbelievable, don’t know how we missed it! Guess we were put off by the public location and being able to be seen by staff from inside.
We can hear the word ‘amateurs ringing in our ears from some of our geocaching friends.
At least we have rectified our mistake!
Our first day in Temora started with a bit of nostalgia for Mrs Ski. When she was a child her granddad used to have horses. Some were for the kids, pony club, showing and eventing, a few were racehorses and a few were trotters. As her grandad did most of the training, seeing the blokes out this morning in the jinkers and putting the pacers thru their laps brought back many memories. Temora is a lovely little town, and after finding as many caches as we could we enjoyed a stroll around town looking at all the grand old buildings, and then had lunch in one of the many little cafes. The locals were happy to yarn and share some stories with us.
We’ve had an enjoyable stay here and would like to say thank# to the CO’s who’ve put out a variety of cache types for us to find, and shown us some of the highlights of the area. We intend to come back and revisit.

So headed back home from a successful weekend at the Weddins. Took a totally different route to break up the drive and find a few caches.
This is the one I chose in Temora and a sneaky hide it is. Searched both ends and middle and was at the last location on the first sweep that all was revealed. Log is impossible to sign as very wet. Hope the staff know about this one!

Tftc! Clever hide. Liked the spot. Take the time to check out the museum. The log is very wet.
Well that is quite a good sneaky little hide! I did like the structure here that you have incorporated into the cache hide, pretty neat!
The hint was very useful as was the description. I thought it said it included craft beers though, before I read it again I was wondering how you could fit a beer in a micro!
TFTC, great spot

Couldn't miss a CCE by JohnoMawbs as he makes such an effort to come to the Canberra regoin on a regular basis. So fitzy_1965 & I teamed up with albida33 and kittykatch for a great day of caching.
Time to start heading home....but caching on the way...of course!
Quick find here today.

The Anzac weekend consisted of two day trips for caching. Yesterday was CHALLENGE caches near Marulan. Today was a day trip to Temora for JohnoMawbs Community Celebration Event. I was joined by Kitty Katch, Fitzy_1965 and MinnieK. There were several other Canberra teams at the event and the other caches around town. We completed the series of DIFFERENT caches before the event and then set about the LAB caches around town. A hight of the afternoon after a fantastic CCE event was the journey to the two islands via kayak by AYKAYEM who made it all look so easy. We then headed home and did the LABS in Cootamundra before a dark arrival at home. What a great day.
Thanks for the cache moonshadow98

24,555. Found with minniek, albida33 and Kittykatch during our ANZAC Day trip up to the Temora region for a Community Celebration Event plus many other caches.
After packing up from a night at the Chateau Albida, kittykatch arrived and we headed off on today's adventure. After managing to survive the Different series and it's guardian killer mosquitoes, we grabbed a few other caches before heading off to the event itself. Once the wonderful event was finished and all the lake area caches found, we headed back to Temora to 'clean it out' (again). One of the nice areas here in Temora and nice to see a cache here. With our group looking it was a nice quick find by mwa. Signed the log (usually as MK KK A33 and F65), replaced the cache as found, then headed off to the next one.
Thanks moonshadow98 and DatFaz !! Nicely hidden !

What an adventure. Found it, and had a great time.
The spot was perfect for camouflage. At least that's what I’d thought when you picked the spot. I couldn't imagine that anyone would ever be able to see it in these surroundings. So there it sat, confident that it was hidden from the world and safe from danger. Unfortunately, you had not anticipated that others may be looking upon it from other angles, and now they were stealthily descending towards it’s hiding spot.
It's always good to bring a slower friend with you on a hike. If you happen to come across zombies, the whole group doesn't have to worry. Only the slowest in the group do. That was the lesson we will all learn one day.
"Explain to me again why I shouldn't cheat?" he asked. "All the others do and nobody ever gets punished for doing so. I should go about being happy losing to cheaters because I know that I don't? That's what you're telling me?"
Thanks

All caches found quickly and in good condition.

Out and about with baby &Mrs gopher for a day of caching. Inside is a great history of the area, the open days a great to visit. The last one our family visited they had people there doing all kinds of historic crafts / work. Blacksmiths, rope makers and people actually using their hands instead of machines to make things.
Found it, signed it, replaced it, in the rain, made a donation for their up and coming open day then on our way.
Thanks guys for the placement at this special place..... LilDonna_
