Day 1 on the hunt for Magic Mushrooms with StealthSeeker.A lot of effort in this creation

TftcToday, I hit the Mushie Trail. I found more than I had originally intended to find. If my phone hadn't gone completely flat, I may have tried the last 14 on this road. It was probably a good thing it did as I think I may have pushed it a bit by the end of the day due to the heat and health. The hints made easy quick finds.18 of 45

While camping at Emerald Beach for a few days with my geodog Scruffy , We had to get out and look for a few caches ...All Good .. TFTC ..

This morning we had some time on our hands to go out and do some mass caching! We decided to come up to the MMT and WoopiBucca trails to get some numbers up for the may challenge. Had a great day out here!

We hit the local powertrails today in search of a good bag of finds for the monthly challenge, hoping for a few favourites among them….
Now we’re back amongst the fungi! always fun….
My favourite sort…. Multiple containers and a crisp dry log…. And a purple mushroom right at GZ…

An unexpected trip to northern NSW allowed me time to grab a few caches along the way. Opted to have a day dedicated just for caching on my way home so I took to the P/T’s around Coffs. Thanks to the CO’s for your hides.

A glorious day for caching with Anne of Green Gables. Today I’m the navigator, watch out.

I wandered around here looking at all the rocks

We set out from Woolgoolga up into the hills today with the Magic Mushroom and WoopiBucca trails in our sites. The roads were good despite all the recent rain and we enjoyed the forest drive.
There were quite a variety of hides, in both size and design. Many of the Magic Mushroom caches had lots of time put into the containers which was both entertaining and appreciated. Quite a number of logs were wet as you would expect with all the rain but others were pristine. It never ceases to surprise us how some containers work well while others don't. The country was at times tough, particularly where the lantana is taking hold
We awarded quite a number of favourites on the Mushroom trail and probably should have given more, but we were on a mission.
Our thanks to the CO/s for a great effort to establish a trail with a difference.

We had a phone call from pprass about the event being held at Whoopi, so after some discussion we decided to travel up together.
At the same time some of the much awaited mushroom trails were published so they gave added insentive to head north. This also gave us an opportunity to give our new car its first run.

We've been expecting this trail for a while so it's great to see it finally up and running, the first part at least
We managed to find all 12 currently published without too much trouble, as well as one that isn't with a combination of logic and a bit of luck thrown in the mix.
Great to see such a variety of designs, thanks to all the cachers who contributed to the trail.

We found this one to be about 14 metres out, which is odd as there is not much overhead tree cover.

Love it! This was my favourite of the day . Now the geodog and I will go for a walk since he has been so patient with all the stop /start bumpy roads. Then we will go back to have another go at the only one we couldn't sign yet.
Thanks for the series and can't wait til the rest are published. Never have a problem coming back to such a beautiful area. Fav awarded of course.
