**20,909**Lovely views here unfortunately slightly dampened by the light drizzle that had begun to fall as we arrived. A quick find and then back to the van to continue our travels. TFTC

I came to New Zealand with my wife on honeymoon
It is hard to log all the caches, I found here in New Zealand, so excuse my mass log for caches around Orewa, please
At first i started with caches around Estuary Cycleway, then to Red Beach, Hatfield´s Beach, Millwater and Silverdale. Some of the caches are now disabled as i can see, and some of them were disabled, but were on place.
After consulting with owner I made maintanance on some of disabled and missing caches.
I found many really nice caches...it was awesome, but i think, that some of them (for example Bison caches) have too low D/T combos...but owners are really helpful, so I managed to find each of them. I usually borrowed bike from my brother in law and then in the early morning, or in evening went geocaching. I really liked that routine. So I´m really thankful for all the caches on/near Estuary
I need to write here, that I really like nature in NZ...its a big difference between Europe :/
So – TFTC, guys, and especially The Wonder Stuff for placing and G-2 for placing and hints...and sry for mistakes in my poor English...have a nice day(s) there and u should come to find some caches here in Slovak Republic

Go past this nearly every week and had no idea this walkway wash we. Yes definitely a very cool view. Was focused on finding the cache so when I turned round and looked up the view was quite a surprise. Great place for a cache. Thanks ThWonderStuff.

After finishing the nearby lab cache series in Silverdale, I decided to take a drive out this way to get some more caches. Have not stopped here for a while, but vaguely remember doing another cache along this track a long time ago. All good here, TFTC

The sun came out after a very wet morning and MrsJAG joined up with Merlot and Supernannny for a trip to The Hibiscus Coast. MrsJAG was the only one in the group that hadn’t found this one, so ran up to gz and soon spotted the cache. Unfortunately the seat was too wet to sit on today. Stopped to admire the views before running back down the hill to the car. TFTC

Found with HappyTakahe we didn’t have a pen unfortunately as we came up here to bag the trig point and thought of geocaching afterwards. Very good view from a random spot in suburbia. Tftc

Came to find the trig at the top of this hill while on the walk, I thought to myself what a great spot for a geocache what do you know there’s one here and in good condition too! Only a photo because I didn’t bring a pen on this mission. Thanks

Great view from here and the cache was quickly found where the hint said it was

The elder future finder and I are out and about for a spot of cache detection. The good weather from earlier in the day is over and some gentle intermittent showers have started. But we are still able to collect a few more finds. I parked up on the side street and took the path up to GZ. I nearly walked past GZ as I thought GZ would be at the top of the rise. However, I realised this before I did walk on too far. The clear hint made for a super quick find. I took a moment to admire the view before heading back down the track. Cheers for the cache placement!

Definitely a cool view here, will add a pic soon. All good and time to start back for home.

My original intentions for this area was to try and find as many as possible of the peninsula this afternoon but time and fatigue from 50kms of walking this weekend meant I just did 7 new ones then made my way home. All TWS caches were easy finds and get me to, and beyond, my century of finds by this CO's caches.

Another weekend day and I have a plan to go and find some caches out at Te Rau Puriri Regional Park up the top of South Head (North of South Head then!). I originally put down a couple of new ones in this empty (of caches, at the time) park and Tramyard and Pax duly obliged to fill in some of the walking tracks with caches, which also had good views and interesting things to see. I was fairly early off from home and arrived at the trail start at 0900, arrived back at 1145-ish so under 3 hours for the loop, including finds. After this I headed to cowpops for a couple then finished at Silverdale for a few more.
