I came to New Zealand with my wife on honeymoon
It is hard to log all the caches, I found here in New Zealand, so excuse my mass log for caches around Orewa, please
At first i started with caches around Estuary Cycleway, then to Red Beach, Hatfield´s Beach, Millwater and Silverdale. Some of the caches are now disabled as i can see, and some of them were disabled, but were on place.
After consulting with owner I made maintanance on some of disabled and missing caches.
I found many really nice caches...it was awesome, but i think, that some of them (for example Bison caches) have too low D/T combos...but owners are really helpful, so I managed to find each of them. I usually borrowed bike from my brother in law and then in the early morning, or in evening went geocaching. I really liked that routine. So I´m really thankful for all the caches on/near Estuary
I need to write here, that I really like nature in NZ...its a big difference between Europe :/
So – TFTC, guys, and especially The Wonder Stuff for placing and G-2 for placing and hints...and sry for mistakes in my poor English...have a nice day(s) there and u should come to find some caches here in Slovak Republic

The path to this one was wet and muddy, and then there was a tree blown over the path but this did not stop getting to gz. A quick find here and returned cache as found. TFTC

I've not been to this part of town before, some nice houses and views to be had around here

I've been away on holiday with my Mum and two youngest kids. We toured the North Island and finished up spending a few days in Auckland with my kids and Grandkids before the Mega.

I'm trying to get a 50 day streak going for one of the GIO licence challenges. As I've previously lived in the Far North this required lots of travel. We now live in Whangarei and I'm hoping it'll be easier and cheaper. With a holiday to get me started I'm at 17 days so this is day 18. I'm on my way home so planned a quick park and grab for on the way.

This was indeed nice a quick and I did like the view from the seat. Thanks for this hide and smile for me Smile

The elder future finder and I are out and about for a spot of cache detection. The good weather from earlier in the day is over and some gentle intermittent showers have started. But we are still able to collect a few more finds. I parked up and made the short walk to GZ were I spotted the hide straight away. Nice to execute a super quick find from time to time. Cheers for the cache placement!

This was my 100th TWS cache, thanks for that Cam. Nice spot here to relax, left cache better concealed with piece of bark to hide.

My original intentions for this area was to try and find as many as possible of the peninsula this afternoon but time and fatigue from 50kms of walking this weekend meant I just did 7 new ones then made my way home. All TWS caches were easy finds and get me to, and beyond, my century of finds by this CO's caches.

Another weekend day and I have a plan to go and find some caches out at Te Rau Puriri Regional Park up the top of South Head (North of South Head then!). I originally put down a couple of new ones in this empty (of caches, at the time) park and Tramyard and Pax duly obliged to fill in some of the walking tracks with caches, which also had good views and interesting things to see. I was fairly early off from home and arrived at the trail start at 0900, arrived back at 1145-ish so under 3 hours for the loop, including finds. After this I headed to cowpops for a couple then finished at Silverdale for a few more.
