Had to admit defeat here even with the very detailed hint there is only so much face planting into trees you can do without looking suss. After my third foray around the tree a van pulled up to the curb and the driver was giving me the what on earth look so thought Id better move on. This is a very bushy thick tree and maybe needs an owner check?TFTH Angus

A nice find on this lovely day with a nice view too!
Hopefully when houses get built here this cache doesn’t get ruined. Bisons in trees certainly aren’t my favourite haha but this one was made easier by that white cable tie.
Cache is in all good condition. The description said eye level but it’s more bellybutton high well maybe that’s closer to eye hight for Angus!
Thanks for the find

Out and about with Tassie Trekkers collecting new caches that have appeared since our last visit to this area. A great day to be out and about. Happy Easter. This area has certainly gone ahead since we were here early last year. TFTC

Thanks for the cache Angus88.
RLD4963, the two GeoGSP's and I were visiting Port Sorell for a few days r&r. This morning, after recharging with a coffee, we searched for a few new ones that have popped since our last visit. It's all go in this area, lots of new houses popping up, but yes, the view is magic. A quick find at GZ.

Mrs Beetle's brother lives nearby and brought us up here last year on a bike ride to check out the views.
No doubt the view will be lost once the area is built out.
Thanks for another quick find.

BOM site says rain later, but bright and sunny enough at present. So we're off to grab a few more, plus coffees around the Port Sorell area. Can't believe the amount of building activity around the area ............. little boxes (no BIG boxes) all made of tcky tacky !
At least someone has planted a few street trees, which as it happens serve a number of purposes. TFTC Angus88. All good here.

22-May-21
Spending the day geocaching in the North and North West collecting as many yet to be found caches along the ways practical.

Definitely a nice view and good to enjoy before the rest of the houses are built up here. TFTC

We needed a find today to fill a gap on our caching calendar so we made a quick trip to this area today to try to find some caches between showers. This one was a quick find with the aid of good coordinates and the hint. Thanks for the cache

I agree Angus88, the view is magnificent. The cache was a quick find.

With Easter off from work, it was a good opportunity to try and close the gap on my target for the year. 500 finds for the year is the target, and this run brought me up to 230 odd, so only 3 months in I am on track for this target.

The highlight (and hardest part of this day) was the walk out to the cache Lieu-Pine-Ner at Point Sorell. The walk was challenging due to the number of rocks being very uneven. I was hoping 2 hours, but in the end it took 3 hours. Geo Kid O was still going strong at the end, but it had taxed me.

Thank you for placing this cache and maintaining it.

Quick stop and grab while in the area
