The church was being renovated and was covered in scaffolding, plus there were muggles living in a caravan right at GZ. Also, the driveway was gated so we decided to leave it

Pleasant location. Thanks for the fun!

26-Dec-23
After our Christmas brekkie we headed out for a drive to take in the countryside and pick up a few caches. Husband really enjoyed looking at all the pivots around and about and seeing what the farmers were doing here (farmer back home). The river looked glorious today. We are again grateful to Angus for his travels. TFTC

07-Dec-23
Today was set aside for a caching expedition, so we have planned one around Railton, Merseylea, Stoodley, Kimberley and Lovett's Flats. Got a "baker's dozen" in mind ! #9 on our trail this morning. Good co-ords put us close to the post, and after pretending to be a building inspector, spotted the little blighter ready to pluck. All good at GZ. Thanks for another Angus Visits in the series Angus88.

Lovely little church and cemetery with a nice view. I do like the old small town churches. Thanks for putting a cache here Angus88.
No travel bug in this micro, maybe it's been mislogged, hope it turns up.

I couldn’t help but peek in the window and was amazed at the beauty within. The colours are so warm and inviting. I do love a little country house of prayer.

14-Mar-22
Thanks for the cache Angas88.
Nice and quiet here today, nice hide too.
Left Launceston this morning for a leisurely drive to Forth to collect KingSmev from "Roventure" before returning to Hobart.
With my bung knee, I just grabbed a couple of drive-by/park-and-grabs along the way.
Cheers, EPs.

Catching up on some very late logs, now that I have time, while travelling.Out and about picking blackberries. Found and had a new log sheet. Thanks for placing this cache and doing the maintenance, so we can enjoy finding it.

27-Feb-22
Replaced.

26-Feb-22
I also couldn’t find this one. If it is/was behind post on the ground, a rabbit has been digging a hole. It would be funny (but probably annoying for CO) if the cache had fallen down the rabbit hole . Anyway, geodogs enjoyed the wander around while I looked. Thanks for placing this cache in this secluded little spot .

26-Feb-22
This cache will be checked/replaced 27th February.

20-Feb-22
This was a DNF for us, we searched thoroughly but came up empty handed.

We are spending the day in the North West exploring and collecting as many outstanding and previous dnf caches as practical. It’s a beautiful winters day a full blanket of frost everywhere this morning and as the sun rises the mist does too. Wonderfully crisp and sunny .

This is out first cache of the day and we over shot the gz so parked on the side of the road and walked back to it. The church looked stunning this morning with the light and the mist good for photographs Cold fingers meant signing was more difficult than it should have been. TFTC

01-Jul-21
I actually knew Angus. He was a wonderful boy. It is my aim in life now to find all of Angus. Thank you for placing this series in memory of our buddy Angus.

14-Jun-21
First cache for the day as we head south to tackle the 44 caches in the Ready Aim Fire GCA series.
A quick stop and grab and the only cache we will be getting on the way to Avoca to start the series.

A day out with Oldsaint. The main target of the day was some GCA caches for the Blitz event. The day was a real mix with snow covered caches with more snow falling to blue sky caching. Great day out!

Found this cache while in the area looking for a GCA cache. TFTC

Thank you for the cache from GeoMaggie and her sidekick Bonnie. Yes it is a little run down. Windy. Easy find.

08-Apr-21
Reasonably accurate coordinates and the hint led to a quick find. The cache and contents were in good condition. It was interesting to note in today's paper that this church is going to be put up for sale by the Anglican Church. However wheels will turn slowly and it will be some time, if ever, that the ownership of the church changes. Thanks Angus88 for the cache.

05-Apr-21
Keep meaning to stop and take a look at this church tftc

02-Apr-21
We needed a find today to fill a gap on our caching calendar so decided to visit Kimberley on our way home from Launceston, appropriate as we had been to visit daughter Kimberley on her birthday! A quick find in a quiet location. TFTC
