I am archiving this cache since there's been no response from nor action by the cache owner within the time frame requested in a prior reviewer note.
Hi avocadobaconThis geocache was brought to my attention as being in need of an owner maintenance visit and after my previous reviewer note, there has been no owner response. The cache owner needs to check on this cache ASAP and either replace it or archive it, after picking up any geo-litter. See the [maintenance section of the Geocache Listing Requirements/Guidelines](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#listingmaintenance).I've added this cache to my watchlist, and I will check back in four weeks to be sure that the maintenance has been done. In the meantime, I have temporarily disabled this listing. When the maintenance is completed, the owner can enable the listing by clicking on the link below the cache name to return it to active status.Whatever your intentions, please **post a note** here on the cache page (not email) to let us know that you are still active and maintaining the cache. If a month passes without seeing a response, then I'll assume that this listing should be archived. Please note, that if a cache is archived due to lack of owner maintenance, the cache is unable to be unarchived.RegardsTheCoddiwompler
Despite the recent DNFs mainly being newbies I suspect this one is gone. The hint is pretty specific and I had two good hunts (the dogs like this spot as well) and no cache could be located.Might be worth a check by the CO.TFTC anyway avocadobacon
In the area for 2-3 days over Christmas. This one was the first of a couple of finds. No dog walkers around before 7.30am on Boxing Day morning! After discarding an empty drink can, I located this hide without much difficulty. #5653. TFTC.
Found it in a small contniner
Under a rock looked like a Granada but i was wrong anyway good luck everyone!

I initially walked straight past as I was distracted by a couple of dog walkers. Back tracked and quickly found. TFTC.
This was the first cache I have actually found. It was really exciting to find it. Thanks
(# 7006) On a new years trip to see my brother in Tauranga. Grabbing a few caches while out and about. A quick find. Thanks for bringing me here.
Heading up to the Coromandel for a few days. Good to have a few new caches along the way since we last passed. Quick detour here to take the dog for a walk along this trail. Cache/log all fine. Thanks the smiley.
We are having a chill day finding some walkways and parks in the area that we haven’t had a chance or excuse to visit before. This cache was close by so I thought it was worth a visit while we are in the area
Thank you avocadobacon for this cache placement ... a nice hide at the start of a very nice walkway.
Thanks for making this cache. Was the 25th person to sign the log. All in good condition.
Came over from Rotorua for the afternoon with Squirrel Nutcase and meet up with Philip.Perry and Fap from FapandGap do grab a few caches and clear out maps. Thanks for your placements caches all in good condition.

Arranged to cache the afternoon away in Tauranga with (Mr) Davidson clan. Then the phone calls started coming in, and we were joined by Gap (of Fap and Gap), and Phillip.Perry. This will be fun…
We anticipated a fast find here - with a couple of former finders, this should have been a sure thing… If took a few sweeps to find. Then we had to wait for passersby to move on. Thanks avocadobacon and TFTC.

Taking a weather risk today just to get out of the house and onto this trail. Showery and windy, but still fun. Cache is all good. However the rain started again in earnest so will have to finish the trail on another day. TFTC
All quiet here today..allowed for a nice easy untroubled find .
Cache all good many thanks avocadobacon

We were away when this cache was published. We don't come over this way much anymore but used to run these trails regularly. The houses have sprouted up all around and the trees are now well established. Today we happened to be in the area and were keen to find this cache. The table became quite obvious when we arrived and cache was retrieved to the some of someone close by chopping what I presume was firewood. Thanks for the placement avocadobacon.
This is a nice walk and a good place to bring people to Nice for a brisk walk on a cold day like today Cache all good. TFTC
Nice to be back in the North Island after six weeks away completing the pwgt series. Many new caches whilst I was away. Nice to have new ones close to home. Nice quick find here. Thanks.

Last find of the night and now time to head back home, this ticks off all 3 of the Birthday caches, thank you very much, and hope T had a really good day.
checked out the hint prior to arrival and were thinking what it meant, that soon clicked when we arrived, super quick find, can't say I have seen many micro ones of that shape, usually thinner than that!
Awesome hide thanks.

This was another cache that would have been easier to find in the daytime! Having said that, we looked past the right place a few times with our torches, until a slight change in angle revealed a glint of metal, and boy were we glad to see that! I bet the birthday boy had a lot of fun finding this! TFTC
Thank you for the fun morning hunt, we live just down the rd .
Was a great fast find on may 2 GPS 21yrs of geo caching anniversary.
So cool what you did for your 8yr old boy awesome fun.

Thank you for the find. We hunted for one close to home that we hadn’t discovered yet and we found your recent hides.
1 - we didn’t know this walkway existed and it is beautiful!
2 - you were our Blue Switch Day souvenir, celebrating 21 years of geocaching.

Finished work today at 3pm so with a couple of hours until dinner I figured I'd get a little geocaching done. This was my third stop and another straight forward one. Cache found quickly and in good condition thanks the accurate coords and an obvious placement.
Congratulations on your first 3 placements - it's neat to see all these new names on the map. Cheers avocadobacon & TFTC

Not had a lot of time or energy for geocaching recently so a few new local caches were a good excuse for an afternoon's fun. TFTC.
Found by the birthday boy and his friends today! T K E A J. Happy 8th birthday son
Saw this notification about half an hour after I had biked past two of these caches on the way to work.On the way home I called past T802 but muggles were lying under the tree so I moved on quickly. This one is only 400m from my home, so I swapped my road bike for my mountainbike and headed out for my usual loop ride.Stopped at this one and the cache was easy to find and I was rewarded with an empty log for a {FTF}.Thanks for placing a cache here.Tftc
I was on the bus to work heading towards this cache when I got the notice. I might go for a good walk to find it soon
