The situation here has been reviewed again.Sufficient time has elapsed since the issues were highlighted, and nothing has been done to restore it. Circumstances that prevent timely maintenance can arise, and ample opportunity for the Cache Owner to get in touch to request a time extension has been provided. No request has been received from the Cache Owner, TeamTremma, for further time to restore the cache.** It appears to have been abandoned by the Owner and, therefore, will be Archived.****Caches lost in this manner will not be Unarchived.**This area is now available for other interested players to utilise for cache placement if viable locations can be found. ### Cache Maintenance Visit Required please.###This geocache has been brought to my attention as needing an Owner Maintenance visit, as the logs indicate that it is most likely missing, or else some other problem exists with the cache. See the [GCHQ Health Score](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=713) process. It certainly needs to be checked by the Cache Owner. The cache owner needs to:* Take action to restore the cache or address issues such as correcting the D/T rating, or the posted coordinates.* Re-enable the cache by posting an Enable log* Post an Owner Maintenance log to advise what has been done and to clear any Needs Maintenance attribute that is present. Otherwise :* Post a Note Log to request more time if necessary or provide other information. **Do not use an Owner Maintenance log for this. That is for use only **when you actually do something to repair the cache**. Alternatively:* Archive the cache and remove any remaining geo-litter from the site.In the meantime, I've temporarily disabled the cache page to await owner action by TeamTremma and to take it off the playing board to prevent further inconvenience to our Geocaching Community.[Please see the maintenance section of the Geocache Hiding Guidelines.](https://www.geocaching.com/play/guidelines?expand=1#cachemaintenance)**I will check back in 30 days** to see that action has been taken by the CO.If nothing has happened, I will conclude that the cache has been abandoned, and, unfortunately, I will need to Archive this cache. *Caches archived because of lack of maintenance/abandonment will not be unarchived.*The Geocaching Community needs to have a degree of certainty that a cache is in good condition and waiting to be found, and the CO has a responsibility to maintain their caches. Please see [my profile page](https://www.geocaching.com/p/default.aspx?u=Balayang) for additional information.Thank youBalayang -GeoffCommunity Reviewer
Regrettably, my search for the cache yielded no success today. It's now on my checklist, and I'm determined to give it another shot in the near future.Hopefully, next time, I'll uncover the elusive prize waiting to be claimed. Until then, the hunt continues!
Out and about with the MICS crew (monkeywand, I C Nothing, Cirrus_WA and SirFancy plus geokids) for a roadtrip down south. No luck. Pretty sure was both on private property as well as now gone.
Unfortunately despite our best efforts today we were unable to locate your your cache. We will be back.
Gz pointing at a stump in someone's garden, searched the stumps in the park first then gave up... not searching in someone's garden though so will leave this for another time.
Great to be able to put a smiley here.
Catching up on logging a few geocaches with a few minutes on the computer.

After attending a wedding at Maranup Ford, we came to Donnybrook for an overnight stay before heading home. Thanks for the hide.
Day 3 of WAGB22 week, travelled down to Bunbury with muggle geo-son, didn’t stop for any caches along the way as we had a later departure than anticipated.
Hit Burekup, Roelands, Dardanup and Donnybrook areas before heading back to Bunbury in the dark.
Messages popped up FTF were up for grabs. Managed 38 finds, 5 FTF’s and 2 DNF’s.
Thanks to the CO for their hides. Sorry about the generic log.

With a week away from work we decided to head off on a road trip for a few of those days. We were heading for Donnybrook, Yallingup and Margaret River to soak in the sights and grab a few caches along the way. This cache was one that we found on day 1 of our break away! Cheers and TFTC.
G’day there opted-out user, I was in this area today and found your cache DBK Dozen - Walter Trigwell Park GC98R4P. Our name was added to the log book at 12:58 pm on 6 March 2022. A huge thanks to you for placing this cache here for us (and others) to find!
We took up Geocaching on 3 March 2013 and this cache brings our total find count to - 13128.

This morning I was looking to find some caches out of town. I recalled there were several caches in this area for which I had DNFs, and that all those caches have been found since.
The drive in was pleasant. On arrival I managed to find a shaded place for the car, it was only just getting comfortable after sitting in the sun all morning. I walked over to GZ expecting a bit of a search. I picked up a random stick to use as a prod, that when I noticed other sticks suspiciously lying where a cache might be hidden. I’d found the cache ever so fast, it makes me wonder about where my observation skills were last time. One down, one to go.

Lovely little park for a quiet play. School holiday fun for karenmello & the grandies TFTC
My next target was this cache. When I got here the coast was clear.
I bore in mind the hint but could not find a cache. I read previous log that said it was placed not in accordance with the hint. I checked there and all I found was dirt.

Had to drop some things of at Mr dimor's Uncle and Aunt's house so grabbed Rach2 for the drive and a cache while we were here.

###Cache Owner Action Needed###
This cache has been brought to my attention as likely to be missing.
After a string of successful Finds, it has now had a string of DNFs. I agree that this certainly suggests that something has happened at the cache location which requires investigation by the CO, TeamTremma.
The cache will be disabled and I'll check back in 30 days to see if either
- the CO has checked or rectified the apparent problem
- the CO has communicated in a Note log here, when action will be taken
**If the CO has not taken either of these actions, then we can only assume that the cache has been abandoned and, regrettably, it will be archived.**
The Geocaching Community needs to have a degree of certainty that a cache is out there to be found, and the CO has a responsibility to maintain their caches.
Thank you

Rach2 was suffering from lack of caching so we came down for a few finds. We had a good look but couldn't find.
May need CO to check just to let us know if it's there or not. Thanks

Didn't spend too much time here as felt a bit conspicuous with the neighbours at home.
Notice we had missed logging a couple of caches so sorry for late log. We were unsuccessful on our first search for this cache when were trying for FTF. Returned with some extra information from another finder and this time was able to quickly locate the cache.
play grounds are not our thing no one was here and the clue made for a kwik find TFTC
Detoured through Donnybrook to grab this new series while on our way to Busselton. No luck here after a very quick poke around. Neighbour was out on their back verandah and we didn't want to be challenged about how close this cache is placed to the boundary.
A bit of cross country and another hill from the last but unfortunately this is a DNF. spent about 20 minutes searching but nothing was found
We’d completed our trip to Albany but we decided to take a huge detour on the way home to pickup some more isolated caches and come home via Muir highway, frankland, perup, Bridgetown, Donnybrook and Bunbury.
Took a touch under 7 hours, but we got a fair few caches that have been in the too hard basket for too long, so was well worth it. The weather made visibility and driving a bit of a challenge but we kept the speed down and enjoyed the ride. Love caching the backroads of WA and seeing odd roads we haven’t travelled before.
Thanks for the cache.

Thanks opted-out user for placing and maintaining this cache. Out and about with Barnzy12 getting a few smily faces.
1st FTF in 5 years. I'm surprised it wasn't found before today. Very happy. TFTC
On our way home from a grand tour. Spotted these 6(so another half dozen on the way then?) as we were approaching Donnybrook. As is often the case for us 2TF! Just following a different FTF. TFTC
