A Cooks Tour of parts of L'ton we are not familiar with has allowed us to find a number of caches as well. So all good. Give the ghastly weather conditions, its actually a bit calmer up here on the edge of the bush. TFTC Keechox.

A quick find on the first of a two day caching trip to the Launceston area.

Our first ever find! The hint helped us greatly, we have swapped two of the items for new ones!
Muggle parked right next to GZ… fortunately the hiding spot was hidden from them.

Unfortunately someone has swiped the original cache... I have replaced with a new cache, new log, mini pen and plenty of swaps.
Attempted this one after getting reaching duck but unfortunately was unable to find this one. I looked in all the likely spots but time was getting away from my and dehydration feom my bike ride was starting to kick in so i had to abort this cache.
Walking from Trevallyn reserve to Youngtown and i decided to take what i thought was a small detour. It turns out it was a bit longer than i thought.

A visit to Launceston for an unrelated matter gave us the opportunity to look in the area fir our daily cache find. Accurate coordinates and the hint led to a quick find. The cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks Keechox for the cache and congratulations on your first hide.

Collecting a few geocache around Launceston today in between meetings to finish off improving our stats for May.
This one took longer than it should because there were a couple of local dog walking muggles around who didn’t seem to want to move on too quickly. After killing time for five minutes all was clear to retrieve the cache. TFTC

A trip to Launceston was on the cards today with an old and sainted mate. Had an enjoyable day even so. Met icybeetas (A highlight of the day) after completing a few of his caches in the rocherlea trail series which were very enjoyable. Also enjoyed a night cache pod cache by Tassie Trekers.
Thank you for this cache, for placing and maintaining for everyones enjoyment

Hi Keechox
A very early start to today
Met up with Budge and headed toward Launceston
Our main objective for the day was Rocherlea Trail
But on the way we would get those that were accessable
Half way through the walk we contacted the CO who met up with us and then our plans changed and we had anjoyable afternoon in the good company of Icybeetas
Really good to meet you today Ian - Thanks for sharing you arvo with us
For the day I netted 33 caches and a heap of moveables to boot
That effort saw me walk 10.40 kilometres
This cache was found quickly as my 18th for the day - it was Sainted at 1400 hours
Thanks for another great caching day Budge
TFTC and cheers

Congratulations on your first geocache. I was visiting friends not far away so went looking. A blank log so I claim a FTF. Cache and contents are in good condition.
