Today is the fourth and last day of our extra long weekend for Taurus Six and I . We have been staying in the Serpentine / Jarrahdale area . The geocaching plan today was to just clear up as many straggler caches around Serpentine as practical , especially some of the SWH series. We then headed north including finding caches in Mardella and Mundijong , before hitting Byford for lunch . After that we switched across to the Kwinana Freeway / Forrest Highway before making it home to Bunbury at a decent hour to get caught up on life before work tomorrow . We collected a few more stragglers along the way. It was an overcast and showery day , with everything wet from the heavy rains over the past two nights , not complaining though everything looks and smells great after the rain .This was our twelfth cache find of the day . After a nice lunch in Byford we headed in the direction of joining the Kwinana Freeway and we found this cache along the way . Good hint meant we soon had cache in hand . Thanks for the cache find .

Had a fairly good idea where the cache would be when we arrived at GZ but it was when we lowered our gaze that we found it laying exposed on the ground, placed back closer to the suspected host with a little cover and headed on our way. Upon a balmy and crystal-clear eve, the intrepid crew of I C Nothing, monkeywand and myself embarked on a whimsical escapade into the wilderness, in pursuit of elusive caches.Fortunate were we to commence our journey with a serendipitous discovery of a new offering in Cockburn, a mere prelude to the grand odyssey awaiting us in Byfords heartland.Amidst our homeward trek, Piara Waters beckoned with its hidden treasures, concluding our expedition with triumphant success. As the night waned, I reveled in the spoils of our adventure, boasting an impressive haul of 15 discoveries, with nary a disappointment to mar our quest. Thus concludes our tale, a testament to the indomitable spirit of exploration and camaraderie that guides our every step. Thanks go to NancyBludgeon for placing and maintaining the Traditional cache BBJ04 WE'RE GHOSTS for me and others to find.I added my name to the log at 21:21 on 16/4/2024.This is find number 8850 for me.

We have now moved to Bonneys Water Ski Park for 3 days
We cached towards Wellard Railway Station as we wanted to get some information on catching trains into Perth
We then travelled back to the park via the star signs & a few other caches we happen to pass. It was a good way to visit the area.
Thankyou to the CO's for hiding this cache

Decided to head out to tackle some AdLabs in Armadale, before heading down the SWH series. lots of roadworks and Easter traffic made this a challenging day. Once our target of caches between Armadale and Whitby was achieved we looked for some nearby caches and came across the Zodiac series before then dropping into Jandakot airport (and spudshed) before making our way to the "Dönerstag" event in Kardinya.

A fun filled long day and managed to get 'home' just at sunset. Happy Easter!

An easy cache to find but the log book took some work to get it out. It was pushed into the very bottom of the container so I needed a too to extract it. After logging it I placed the log back with less force.

Found myself driving past this one today and noticed a suitable spot to park up the geotruck for 5 minutes. So jumped out for quick look-see and spotted the container on arrival at GZ. Don't get to make a park 'n grab during work that much but glad this one was doable. Big Grin

NancyBludgeon I found your cache at 8:41am, this was the 1st of 1 finds for me today and brings my total find count to 7450. The cache was in good order and I replaced it as found.

Catching up on my online logs.

The Bertter Half and I were outside doing backyard work when we decided we would take a break.

I checked my computer and out jumped 3 new caches. This was just as good as a break so off we went.
This was our 3rd for the morning. OOH YEH followed us to ground zero. Sighted by the Better Half so joint *FTF* with the Better Half and OOH YEH. Log signed and cache replaced as found.

Thanks for the series NancyBludgeon
