Will be checking on this cache within the next week when I replace #2 of the series.Seems a lot of skilled finders are not finding this somewhat very simple little guy.
Our guess is that this one is gone. We looked back though the old logs and don't a photo of the item and the was nothing that fitted the bill.
Being a local to this road, I finally cycled my way to these caches on a warm winter's morning. I've always enjoyed driving this road over years, a midnight run will always be a favourite. TFTC!
Out for the day doing some suburban caching with 26 finds and a new record of 8 DNFs.
Weather was overcast and threatening more rain after bucketing down early this morning so threw the raincoats in the car and set off towards Byford to hopefully clean up the map some more. We got very lucky with only a few sprinkles during the day but not so lucky with too many DNFs.
Nice quick find in the obvious spot.
Loved the drive here... very Lord of the Ring - ish!
Thanks for placing and maintaining Oakford Sleepy Hollow #1 NancyBludgeon!

Out for our weekly Sunday explorations and wandered our way onto this stretch of road - noting the run of caches, I convinced the muggle man to stop and let me collect them up and he obliged. A simple find here in the likely spot, and we moved on quickly. Thanks for the hide NancyBludgeon
Running some errands out Byford way today and thought I'd have a go at a few smilies on the way home. Nice quick find here thanks to the hint.
NancyBludgeon I found your cache at 5:23pm, this was the 1st of 5 finds for me today and brings my total find count to 7218. The cache was in good order and I replaced it as found.

After spending a few hours on the Dark Energy series we thought we would clear these one out on the way home. We stopped at this one first and after a brief search Leega had the cache in hand. We signed your log and returned your cache back to where it resides. TFTC NancyBludgeon.
On our way home from getting some more of the Languages Series with room for a few more smilies, we headed towards these ones. A short search and we had this one sorted. Thanks for the hide here.
what better way to spend a weekend then to have a geocaching day with the fam, signed the log and returned.

Today I took the opportunity to test the new shocks on the Jeep, and where better than through the Jarrahdale Forest.
Weather was kind, nice warm day, no real rain, and the chance to grab some caches, and also climb the peak to the next souvenirs.
I do really like this road, the only time I get to see it is when new caches are hidden. Nice spot to start he trail here.
The log paper was very wet, so I replaced with a sheet of my notepad.

Thank you NancyBludgeon for placing and maintaining this cache.
Geology rocks but Geography is where it’s at!
I mentioned to SirFancy as we were getting close to GZ that I think this is the first time I’ve ever been on this road.
Could have parked a bit closer to GZ but it was an easy walk over to a straightforward find.

A bit of a mixed bag tonight with SirFancy for our regular Tuesday night caching expedition.
We started off working on a couple of series in the Oakford area before the ping of new caches had us rushing up to the city, not quite the first to find but we did enjoy grabbing most of the available caches around Heirisson Island.
An enjoyable night out with 8 finds & 0 DNF’s

A lovely stretch of road. I can imagine wedding photos getting taken out here since the trees provide such a lovely frame. Thanks for the series.
Stopped for food at the lunch bar up the way, came through here to get this set of four that surrounds my tree tunnel gateway hide. Love this spot TFTC
I grabbed a roast beef and gravy roll from Festers lunch bar half way back to the freeway and smashed it while finding a few caches. Another great series NancyB. Thank you!
With a spare hour i decided to come and pick up these new caches. These were great park and grabs and with great hints i didnt even need the GPS to find them. TFTC NancyBludgeon

We didn't actually get any notifications for these caches but I noticed them on the PC so we went for a drive and arrived at this one first.
