Too dangerous . Had just enough time to hop off the city hopper, look for cache then back on next CityCat , but site is closed with orange tape for a reason. Cache owner should check it out before someone gets in trouble for crossing the line
Site is definitely currently inaccessible. I'd have bypassed the barrier but it's zip tied in place, it's the middle of the day and it's right in front of a camera
As mentioned in earlier logs... a section of the structure is fenced off.. unsure if this results in cache being out of bounds. For cacher safety, would CO confirm if cache is accessible or out of bounds.. cheers
TFTC!Found with my three little helpers after a clue from another log and a stretch.A large eight legged friend dropped in on Mr 6 while we were searching and added some excitement.
Decided to enter the part that is closed off! Could barely reach to retrieve but easier to return. Placeda new piece of paper for log. TFTC
Wasn't able to find this one unfortunately, as I was looking forward to finding a cache in such a great spot. Though it is possible I just didn't find it, there is maintenance on a large part of the terminal so it might just be inaccessible.
After coming back for the second time we found it hidden away make sure to reach up high!
Out and about on the ferries this morning, we jumped off here to make the find. We didnt start our search in the right spot but as soon as we got close, the cache was spotted. We signed the log, returned the cache then jumped on the next ferry to continue or quest. Thanks Dfc_jlk2019
Started searching around expanding the search a little until I finally spotted it tucked away. TFTC
In Brisbane for work so with a few hours to spare it was caching time. Nice hide here. Well done. The ferries are just magical. Thanks for the cache.
We were having lunch at IL MOLO for my daughters birthday. It is usually me saying there is a cache nearby. However this time it was my daughter. Lucky for me both my daughters are tall and cache was eventually found. Lunch was excellent also. TFTC
While I am cat/apartment sitting in the area, I thought I would take advantage of my free CityCat travel to grab some caches. Finally had some luck with this cache!TNLNSL. TFTC.
No scribble with me, but a key left by my side lick supports the find. Will leave my John Hancock next time I'm in the area.
I found this cache on an evening walk . Took a while before I spotted it.
Thanks for the cache!

Found today while in town seeing my family, was there with the Cache Owner doing a maintenance run.
TFTC! Quick grab with 9fay127 after having dinner in the area, co-ord is spot on and cache is in good condition:)
TFTC. Renovations on the ferry terminal are complete so a nice easy find. Awesome location at Bulimba worth a visit by ferry to see Brisbane at its best
Dfc_jlk2019 I found your cache Brisbane Ferries Series - Bulimba on 6/6/2023, 3:40 pm. This is my find 5543 and find # 9 today. No one around for a good search. Found it pretty quickly. Thanks for the cache, mate! TNSLLN
Surprisingly quick find given the location and my track record. Such a pleasant spot. Would loved to have embarked on the ferry which arrived. Tftc
Had me looking around for a while before something caught my eye. Bingo found it. TFTC
Love these little ferry terminals, blast from the past but still functional. We headed to GZ and as I started to look up, Gunnie had reached and retrieved this one. TFTC
I was wandering around this area last weekend with Mrs Gunnie, knowing full well there was a container within 30m of me... Sadly, Mrs G doesn't understand our passion for the game, so I kept walking and ignore the twitch in my right eye...
Out today with NurseyJulie who suffers the same affliction with Mr NJ, we made a beeline for GZ where I soon spotted the cache and retrieved it for business. A handful of muggles coming and going, but a handy cache placement means that was no bother at all. Our names were quickly etched in the log and everything returned as found.
Cheers Dfc_jlk2019.

Found this one with my Mum. Thanks for this, such a lovely little area and have now introduced her to the world of Geocaching! One of us. One of us.
I was on the Southside delivery parcels. I was having a short break. Is there any caches around, of course yes.
I quickly found the cache.

Managed to grab it, sign and replace in between passing muggles. What a great place for a hide. Tftc
Found on an after work caching outing, warming up for our trip to tassie tomorrow. Last state of Australia to find a cache in.
Thanks for the cache

Last nights announcement said this terminal will be open soon. So this cache will be back in play once it’s opened:
River City Ferries cleaner has confirmed this container is still in place. Once the pontoon is open we will enable.
Once the rain event is over, the river goes down and we have sorted our house once we finally get home. We will get some containers sorted then we will head out and do a maintenance run right throughout our Brisbane Ferries Series in Brisbane City.
We have disabled this listing until then

Needing to be at our favourite Vegan restaurant by 5pm we found we had almost 9 hours to fill in so a-caching we will go!
I think we nailed over 30 smilies to our map today.
Nice quick find ... right under the watchful gaze of the security camera!
Lovely sunny day today and a great little spot down by the water.
Made our mark & replaced AS FOUND!

Had a mate with me today who loved the idea and hated some of the spots. He found his first here, and he is notably taller than I am
Over in the area this morning completing a couple of ALs, I knew there'd have to be a cache here to find.
A quick look around, I spotted the cache and made the grab in between passing muggles.
Log signed, cache replaced as found.
Thanks Dfc_jlk2019 for the cache.

Wandered around trying to not look too suspicious... Knew to look up high and finally spotted it. TFTC
Joined RoddyC, Hatsoff and GrannySmith1947 to find a few caches around the area. Firstly we checked on a couple of RoddyC 's caches that needed some attention, then off to Mobray Park as the was a band playing there so that was time for lunch and a couple of caches around here before we headed off to Bulimba and surrounding areas. We eventually found the cache and retrieved it. Log signed before replacing as found. TFTC

Being a lazy Sunday, we decided upon a plan to check on a couple of my caches at Kangaroo Point then head to Mobray Park for a relaxing lunch while listening to the Band in the Park, then spend the afternoon caching around the Bulimba area for a few green dots placed since our last endeavours in that area.
Goodness, what a very busy spot for mid Sunday afternoon!
Log signed and cache replaced as found at 2:32 PM on October 10, 2021. TFTC, Dfc_jlk2019

Found nicely in its clever hiding spot. Nice old style wharf building. TFTC.
Decided on a spot of caching before work.
Was worried walking down to this one as I’m not the tallest person but I was luckily enough to just be able to reach the cache on tippy toes.

after work i decided to find this cache on my way home. i have been here before but did not even get out of my car as there were so many muggles. I read about that being short might be a problem so i had my bike with me and parked down the road and rode my bike to GZ where there were muggles sitting not far away so i just pretended to enjoy the view (which is nice) and after a few minutes they moved on. Then a ferry full of people pulled up. I continued to enjoy the views and also spotted the cache. once the coast was clear i was able to use my bike to add the extra height needed to retrieve the cache . i would not have reached it without my trusty bike. Thankyou for all the fun
After not being able to reach on my last visit ( I’m vertically challenged) I outlayed $7.80 on a collapsible foot stool. Yeah today I could reach. Happy dance TFTC
I was at a meeting all day at St John’s down the road, so happy to come for a walk down here at lunchtime. I’m really surprised how many new cafes and coffee spots have sprung up along here since my last visit.
The terminal was nice and deserted for me, and the coords were good. I’m tall enough to have no problems with these.
The camera is a little distracting but reminds me of some great caches in Brisbane and Adelaide which were in the form of fake cameras. I hope nobody tries to grab this one!
TFTC where all is fine.

With a few errands to run and a couple of appointments booked in, I found I had a couple of hours to kill.
I thought I had cleaned up this area only to find a couple of new ones had popped up recently. So a detour around and I found myself at this one.
Had an idea as to where this one was and looking high for it and glancing around I found nothing, hmm have to look harder but those cameras are very concerning, who’s watching me. With a firmer look around I soon spied the hide and yes people with duck’s disease may have issues even spying the hide.
Thanks for placing this one here and with the log signed and cache replaced even in the views of big brother I was off to my next appointment, good timing.

Cache was found without issue, but as the description suggests, I’m now having the opportunity to take in the river views as a couple of muggles have decided to stop and enjoy their coffee right HERE...
I would agree with Karicka, the cache is exposed... and I imagine somewhere in the city, deep underground, behind blast doors, there is a BCC employee chuckling at our antics... tftc...
It only took twenty minutes and a group of grown men on custom cycles to distract the muggles so I could make my escape... phew...

Out and about on a gorgeous Saturday morning . Our main goal for today was the French patisserie , coffee ️ and the Adventure Lab. but given I had tall Muggle Hubby with me, we stopped here as well for quick easy find. Cute swag ️. TFTC
