Originally my wife and I had this massive day of caching planned. We didn't have any target in mind but definitely wanted to know our wrists were sore from singing a few log sheets. This awesome stretch of caches changed our minds as soon as we started. Don't plan on doing much more if you want quality over quantity. It's a bit like one of your kids cleaning their bedroom. Once in a blue moon you see them in their room cleaning every nook and cranny, throwing things out and actually using cleaning products. It's amazing to walk into a room (in your own house) after they have cleaned it because you know it won't be like it for long. This is quality! However, when they come home every day, you hope and prey they will just kick their shoes off into their cupboard. Putting their shoes away each day sounds great, but it is offset by the socks they have left in the lounge room, the water bottles and food wrappers left all over the place and the incessant need to use a different glass or cup every time they have a drink. This is quantity! tftc
Kaimkillenbun to Nanango camping near the peanut vanSome of the best hides we have see for a long time,We went to mnany interesting location & found some very good caches. Great hide . FP givenThanks MeanduMob for hiding this cache.
I am headed south again from a week away in Biggenden. The geocaches along this road are well worth stopping for. Time to find a few more. This guy watched me approached. I swear his eyes follow you. Eventually, I just got my nerve up and approached him and asked him for the geocache log book. He refused to answer me , so, using a technique I learnt just up the road, I 'obtained' to geocache. Name added. Thanks for the geocache.
TFTC Love the cactus Found with my geo-munchkins MissCharlieBear & AmazingGracieGrace. SL & RAF.
While camping in Nanango for a few days with my geodog Scruffy , We just had to get out and find a few caches ...All Good .. TFTC ..
After a lovely dinner at the blackbutt pub last night and a peaceful nights sleep it was an early morning start today to score a few caches before work begins. My target to day is to get to 100 caches in the south Burnett LGA to get one step closer to a challenge cache Im focusing on in Brisbane.Upon arriving at ground zero I found a safe place to park the geowagon and made my way to ground zero. It didnt take long until I had located ground zero and I soon had the log out and was making my mark for prosperity. Safely returning the cache to its hiding place I was soon back in the van and off to the next adventure.A big thanks to the cache owner for making this cache available to be found.Cheers
Looks like it would have been a cool cache when first created, shame it's falling apart now but still a nice hide.
Out caching with the Tough Mothers (Bennyboppers and Lisylou). Sadly it fallen apart. TFTC!
Found with bennyboppers and mnance101 today, sadly not the cache it maybe once was. Tftc
Stayed in Nanango overnight and so time to cache today. Nice hide thanks missed it on the first way round. Fav
Spending the weekend in Nanango visiting family and caching. Im sure this would have been wonderful when it was originally placed. Sadly, it has been affected by time. Still a wonderful hide. Thanks MeanduMob
Sadly it is falling apart now but it once would have been a great looking cache .TFTC
Regrettably, we found many of the key elements of this lying on the ground nearby, time having taken a toll on the construction work of this clever, interesting hide. I’m afraid the camouflage for the cache itself crumbled in my hand as I touched it, and although the cache hide is still safe and secure, it no longer has its eponymous covering. TFTC, MeanduMob. =^.^=
Ooh ... Oooh .. I said, I thought your nose was higher (but then again I didn't read the d/t rating).Sadly your facial features are due for a complete make over and literally a face lift.A great find.TftcFp for him (I assume it's a him?)
Some caches are thorny. This one should be horny

Hi there MeanduMob, we found your cache Scopophobe today.
Day four in Nanango. Yesterday was a great day geocaching, and today is looking to be the same if not better. we must have had our hand on this thing at least three times yesterday, however because it was so crumbly, we were reluctant to explore any further. Today we finally logged the geocache, but note that the whole edifice is crumbling away and needs some owner, TLC.
We thoroughly enjoyed our tour around the area and ended up finding quite a variety of container types, sizes and ratings.
Coordinate Accuracy: We found this cache near where our GPS said we should be looking.
Cache Condition: Very fragile.
Regards
Ian & Penny

Way too time poor to have started this journey. Caches are all a little more challenging than the DT rating suggest.
Arrived at GZ and keeping a wary eye on that cactus, making sure it didn't move. Have encountered many a jumping cactus in our caching travels, and they are a bugger and painful to pull out of your clothing or skin.
Not sighted initially but located in the end and signed the log.
Fav point again.

Our final full day in Nanango. We wont have completed half the caching to be done, but it will be time to move on tomorrow as we need to be home in Victoria.
The day began with fog and showers so we were not optimistic, bit it gradually cleared into a lovely warm, if humid, day.
More great caching with good-sizes and some really cool containers and field puzzles. We really enjoyed it. Lunch in Yarraman before caching our way back to camp.
Thank you for your efforts in creating and maintaining the cache MeanduMob.

Up from Brisbane for the weekend and i dropped my husband at the races today while i found some caches . What an amazing day i had. Who has not got a fear of scopophobe these days. I did not know what to expect and then found the cache on the ground. I soon saw where it belonged and popped it back in its hidey hole. Another fun cache. Thanks for all the fun
Tftc MeanduMob, staying in the RV park in town for a few nights. Out today to do a loop and collect some smilies.

Now this was cute. Just had to google the title to see what it meant. No. 13 for the day. Chikinlittle spotted this one. Super hungry now as we had breakfast at 6 am so we stopped here to munch down our salad rolls. Having a super fun day so far. Loving your caches. TFTC.
A fav point for the hide!

We were slightly flummoxed here as we didn’t understand what we were to look for. We also missed seeing the likely hide as we approached from the wrong direction. After not spotting anything we used the help of Mr Google and searched again. This time walked in a different direction and discovered where we needed to be to begin our search. Cache was another good surprise which we again enjoyed so we give many thanks and a favourite point to the CO MeanduMob for the fun we are having.
Cheers and happy caching!

Out caching today while visiting the area. Decided to change some caches to yellow smiley faces. Thoroughly enjoyed doing these caches along the Nanago Tarong Road. Many varied types of caches. Signed log and placed cache back where found. TFTC MeanduMob Giving a FP for the cache itself.
Heading back to Brissie today but after a good night's sleep at Nanango Showground (in our rooftop tent) we might just be able to squeeze a few more smilies out of the local area.

TFTC. Day 2 and for the afternoon session we decided to head out via Nanango-Tarong Rd and circle back vi Nanango Brooklands Road. A great afternoon of caching. 21 finds and one that I (Hans) could not work out the field puzzle. Even scored a first to find on a cache that was published yesterday. All caches in pretty good nick unless noted. Good Co-ordinates made finds a little easier.
Well this was totally unexpected {FTF}. Luckily we were using the phone for the map and spotted this as the next cache when GPS had something further up the road. A quick find. Loved the hide
FP for the hide and because we got a first.
