On the way down to Mackay with BlackPearl26 to pick up some finds for the Reach the Peak souvenir.

So simple, but we’re sad to say this one nearly beat us. About to walk away thinking it had been muggled, when:- there it was! A well hidden cache, the simplicity was almost our downfall.
Once more we are on the road today continuing our journey north. Today we are leaving Bowen and making our way towards Town#ville, stopping as we are able to grab any accessible caches that pop up on our way.
Thanks go to all the local, and the few not so local, CO’S for placing the caches for us to find. Without you we would have no pursuit to take part in. We appreciate your efforts, and thank you for your time.

Hint is good, hide is good, report of slither stick not good but eventually found the hide
On the third leg of a GC trip with Drennostar, on our way to a wedding. Today we are heading to Townsville.
Well, we had to hang around for a few minutes until a muggle vacated this spot. Just as we got to GZ, we spotted the tail end of a danger noodle ssssssssslithering into a hole at the base!

A nice little hide in a lovely part of Ayr. Came down to hopefully pick up a job as well as this cache. Very well hidden. Thanks Surferskye for bringing me to this relaxing spot
Was wondering how you would stop the bark from pealing off. Good hide.
What beautiful old trees and the cache was well hidden. Thanks for sharing this park with us.
Seeing a cache pop up so close to home was an unexpected surprise and as I have walked the path many a time I knew exactly where we were heading. The cache was quickly in hand and the next unexpected surprise was finding the log book blank as it's been ages since we have claimed a FTF. We used the bench to sit and sign the log and take in the view while as we had to wait for a number of walkers to go by. Unfortunately they aren't in flower at the moment but ne of my favourite part about this walking down this path would definitely have to be the leichhardt trees and over the years I have stopped there to take numerous photos of the flowers. Thanks for taking the time to place a cache here.
Wow we have a cache so close to home. We had seen this published this during the day, but thought we would give others the chance to have an opportunity of getting an FTF. Later that evening on our way home from shopping. We dropped by for a short walk and look and located the cache. We were pleasantly surprised to see that Burdair had beaten us to the log. Thank you Surferskye for placing a cache in the Burdekin region. TFTC.
