8:13am.Found the log draped around the branch. The container is indeed missing, thankfully had a spare on my person.Unfortunately, I had just used my last available plastic log bag whilst maintaining another nearby cache of mine, so will need to return in due course with a fresh bag.Otherwise, all good to go and have covered the container with copious amounts of natural camouflage.Cache on!Much Obliged, - Alephroom.
Found it was not in container though I also couldn't find the container left the paper on a stick so owner could find it
#10. Would have been looking for hours the first time round if I hadn't stopped! Super unique! TFTC
Very well camouflaged! Signed and returned as found, with a generous sprinkle of natural camo. TFTC!
Came for a walk with goingplaces2 and made a successful find here. Log was signed and replaced. Then it was on to the next one. TFTC.
Found while in the area with ilook4geo. No problem in finding it and addding both names to the log. Thanks go to Alephroom for this cache placement.
Today I headed out to Dural for the Amateur Radio NSW (HAM Radio) bi-monthly Trash & Treasure sale at the Quarry Road HQ site (VK2WI) and, after a fun filled morning of HAM radio junk scrounging and lots of friendly chit chat, stopped off for a few caches at Carlingford before heading off for an afternoon shift at Mascot airport. This was the 2nd of 3 finds for the day. After finding a pre-solved Mystery/puzzle cache this Traditional cache was next. Parked the geomobile in Parma Place, then walked around to the park and over to GZ for a nice quick find. TNLNSL, and then replaced as found. I remember coming here many years ago, under the towering high voltage power pylons, for the original version of the cache. TFTC Alephroom.Find #6840
Silly me for thinking I was just looking for a bison tube! A little digging got me there. The hound dogs were in full voice this morning. TFTC
Lived in North Rocks until my mid twenties and to this day, still drive past this spot every Sunday on the way to take the kiddos swimming. We parked next to the cemetery and headed in on foot past the electrical tower and over to GZ. Clued in by past logs, we used a stick to help us clear the hiding spot of the cache - it certainly did not belong there. Signed sealed and delivered back to hide. TFTC
12:41pm.
Cache is still in place…just well-covered with natural camouflage.
Cache on!
Kindest Regards,
- Alephroom.

Found the barking dog; but no sign of a cache... Searched every likely nook and crevice, and a few unlikely ones too.
Nill,zilch,nada...
Nill,zilch,nada...
i checked as many natural camp places as i could but still no luck, the barking dog didn’t make it any easier
OCW Oldmorty around Carlingford and distinctly remember visiting here before for original cache. Oldmorty cleared the natural camo to reveal the cache. TFTC!
The coords led morty8888 and I straight to gz where it was CIH. Probably just as well as a barking dog didn't like our presence. TFTC
Two types of hides came to mind here. Fortunately I guessed right the first time.
No bison in sight though...

Well I found the original almost 4 years ago and today's escapade is almost the same.
It was a Thursday, same as today, comp tennis in WPH was washed out due to a storm, same as today so I drove down here to make a find.
The park this cache is in is midway between two streets. I think I parked in the other street last time.
Last time I wanted a find to keep my streak going, today I want a find to help my calendar challenge reach 10 finds on each date.
So I walked to GZ through the long wet grass, this time I was more prepared and wore gum boots. At GZ I scratched around and got really dirty from all the tree debris that had covered the cache since its last find 4 months ago and eventually came up with the goods.
Is this the original container?
There's plenty of log sheets in the container but all too wet to even open let alone sign so I added some write in the rain paper with my mark on it. These days I carry that everywhere I go caching too.

On the way home from a night out stopped here. Walked to GZ, read the notes and soon after made the find. No bison, but another camo hide. SL on the damp log, ok so far. Then replaced. TFTC.
We quickly located the camo but there was no bison tube, just some very soggy log sheets, which we attempted to sign and did leave a bit of a mark.
Thanks Alephroom.
Thanks Alephroom.
We were in the area and noticed this one had been refreshed so we stopped to pick it up. Thanks Alephroom.
Yeah, your right, it doesn't belong here, but I signed the paperwork before leaving and "Walsh" smiley, thanks alephroom
Well I found the cache but it didn't contain a bison tube as described. Final one for the day, thanks Alephroom.

Headed west on an errand then decided to pick up a few of the caches on the edge of my 20km from home radius, this resulted in a nice big loop to get home.
i remember the original cache in this location. the area was deserted today so we were able to make a quick grab

Thanks for the caches around this suburb. They have been fun to find and a good walking conditions.
It definitely doesn’t belong there. Took a bit of scratching around to find it.

An afternoon of Covid safe caching in my own LGA. Not many traditionals left, only a few multi's and many hard-to-solve unknown caches.
A quick and easy find!

After doing a nearby bush walk I popped over to find this
I remember finding the last one. It was November 25th 2018, a nice warm long day, and I made the find around 3:30pm. It was find 9 of 12 until about 3 months ago was my record for most caches found in a day. Unfortunately the original is 1 of 4 my finds from that day that have been archived. My life was so different back then but I'm so greatful that caching has stayed a constant for me

The last finder for this cache has been advised to amend their log in a timely manner as it contains coarse/foul language that contravenes the family nature of Geocaching.
If they are remiss to do so, I shall be forced to delete the log in its entirety.

Glad to have a few locals left in wide open spaces this week. No hounds upset today. A 3/4 circumnavigation showed some suspicious covering. Very nice inner container. Thanks Alephroom.
A neighbor's dog started barking and GZ is right in front of another house. We just hope that the neighbours are geo-friendly, or even better geocachers. TFTC. The 4Rods.
Passing by with the team and called it to grab this cache - a quick park and grab before we moved on to our next target. With the cache in hand we signed the log before replacing as found. Both the cache and log are in good condition. Thanks for the cache Alephroom.

Was driving home a remembered that this replacement was here. I parked in the street across from the cemetery and crossed the busy road in a manner as not to qualify for entry unto that very cemetery. Finding the cache was easier than the crossing. TFTC
After a two and a half hour walk for a cache I made a quick park and grab here. Feeling revitalised.

After getting my first Covid jab at Westmead Hospital (thank you, science!) I decided to find some caches on the way home. I parked nearby and headed to a familiar place (I found the previous incarnation just before Covid hit) where I made a quick find of a familiar and appropriate container. TNLNSL TFTC

I feel revitalized after DNF on the previous musical rocks. OCW Brewmaker. TFTC Alephroom.
As I approached GZ, EH told me had found it. After the DNF on the previous version, it was good to grab this. TFTC

When I parked the car and made my way to GZ, I thought I have been here before.
I re read the Description and then worked out, that I had been here before.
Anyway another find is another smiley.

Another cache on our Sunday trip out west. Walked up to GZ, and soon spotted the cache.

Just the one today - shoehorned into a busy schedule.Usually I would leave anew cache like this, close to home, for a day when I really need it. Ironically, that is today. I actually need more calendar finds today, but regrettably, that isn't happening. But at least there is this one.
Remember it from the previous incarnation, so parked next to the cemetery and made my way to GZ.
Quick find in the obvious spot - with camo that makes it more, not less obvious. Ah well.
Took well away to complete signing duties, then back for the replace.
Time to head home so I can head out.
Thanks to the CO for this lifesaver.

FTF! Saw this new one pop up and didn’t immediately race to it as I just arrived at work, an hour later as I had to head out to a job site I realised this was still unfound so decided to head over on my way to site and to my delight I was greeted with a fresh log! Yay!! Thank you for a pleasant FTF where I wasn’t crawling through bushes stressing trying to find it before someone else came haha!

Oh bugger. I missed the FTF by 12 minutes.
A nice cool morning to be out caching.
After parking by the cemetery i made my way over to the GZ and made a quick find. I then discovered that the log wasn’t pristine and i had just missed meeting adventure-f0x.
Thanks for this new cache.
