A big afternoon of caching with Col117. We needed to be in Beverley for him to attend a job but otherwise we cached Beverley and through to York. We maintained caches where needed and had a great day. There were some really rough hides that took ages to find; thankfully a few quicker finds too. Thanks for your contribution to a great day.

Great to be able to combine a quick work visit with an afternoon of caching. It was mainly tough going today, making me extra thankful when there was an occasional quick find. Thanks for adding to my enjoyment.

Another long trip around AU over the top end with lots of detours. Now heading back east across the Nullarbor.TFTC. A great day out with Aquilus1 to get the FOTT 4x4 geo art and some other local caches. An excellent day with lots of challenges including rain in the morning, sand, fallen trees, 4x4 erosion gullies, puddles and wildlife.Didn't start the day until 11am due to scattered showers, but then ended up caching until midnight.By midnight we had collected 204 caches with just 2 people and 1 car, breaking my old daily record of 131.The caches were all excellent in condition, accurate and fun to find. No DNFs for the whole day.I wonder how many we could have found if we had started at 12am?Excellent container.

Nice big ammo can. 200th cache found today!Basing ourselves in York for a few days gave us a great opportunity to head out in the forest for the 4WD FOTT series. We had a late start to the day, waiting out some early morning rain. Ending up a great day, despite the long day and my persistent headache, definitely a great series. We were lucky with mostly dry roads, still water about in places, but passed through some interesting roads of much variety. Lots of wildlife, wildflowers and a beautiful bush setting. A really enjoyable day tackling the many road types and their obstacles. We took 12 hours to complete the series in a relaxed time and caching on late to get as many caches in a day, stopping just before midnight on our way back to York. Thanks for the cache!

A plan was made in January for a caching day on the March long weekend. Today is the day! So here we are out tackling the 4WD FOTT trail and other caches in the area with Sir Fancy, Lachlan1.77, I C Nothing, Cirrus_WA and Geotrakka. Some logs signed SLICK Gs. TFTH!

Pleasant walk down to the cache from the parking spot.
Cache spotted soon after arriving and we headed back to the car for a bite waiting for the rest of the team to join us.

Spending the day out in the hills grabbing the FOTT GO BUSH 4WD series.
The planning started in December and this was the first weekend that was available and so the date was set.
Early in the morning the SLICK G’s (SirFancy, Lachlan1.77, I C Nothing, Kapelula, Geotrakka & myself) met up in Sawyers Valley and piled into the 4x4’s and headed in.
It was an amazing day out with all caches found without issues.

Thanks Allied Pranksters for placing Wandoo Serpentinite for me and others to find.
I added my name to the log at 15:26 on 5/3/2023.
This is find number 6878 for me.

The “SLICK G’s” hit up the FOTT trail for a long weekend adventure. Rendezvous was in Sawyers Valley at 6.30am. Team GLICKs was comprised of Geotrakka, Lachlan1.77, I C Nothing, Cirrus_WA and Kapelula. Thanks to all the COs, and in particular the FellowshipOfTheTrail, for today’s entertainment.

Love this style of cache. Found it while waiting for the other car to catch up before heading up the track to nab a few oldies. Cheers Allied Pranksters! Big Grin

Join me at the 10th anniversary of WAGB in Narrogin on Friday 2 June to Monday 5 June 2023. There’ll be plenty of geocaching fun to be had, I can’t wait to see you there!

Staying in Beverley and doing some caching with ilook4geo. Today was a day of glorious weather to go and find some of the Wandoo series. This was an easy find. After both names were added to the log, all was put back into place before we moved on.
Allied Pranksters gets our thanks for placing this fun series of caches.

Headed out east today on a little round trip mainly chasing the RLT series. Got a few lab caches and the odd cache on the way home too.
Great driving weather today and good to see some vintage cars on the roads heading to the York show tomorrow.
Nice big container here, opening in the silence of the bush is rather loud!

18-Sep-21
Headed east today with c10 to cleanup the latest Road Less Travelled caches and also a few stragglers we’ve missed on previous visits or published since we were last in the area. Managed a couple of labs whilst out this way too.

We enjoy caching along the backroads and the bush far away from civilisation so today was right up our alley. Had a few problems with a few co ordinates, but we managed to get there in the end.

Thanks to the COs for a great day out.

Catching up on a missing online log.

The Better Half and I had been planning to do the adventure labs in Toodyay when the new adventure lab starting in Mundaring was published so decided to go for a drive today and do them all.

After ending up in Beverley after doing the adventure lab and some other caches we decided to come this way home and find this cache on the way. Cache found without problems. Log signed and cache returned as we found it.

Thanks Allied Pranksters for placing this cache for us to find.

[^] *FTF* @ 3.15pm [^]

Its early close on Thursdays, so after collecting Master 9 from school I couldn't resist the chance of heading over to find this new AP Cache Cool Im not sure weather I was more excited to be going for an FTF, or the fact that the Allied Pranksters are alive WinkBig GrinWink

Anyway, we had a nice drive out to Wandoo territory, much to Master 9's disgust lol... He changed his tune when we got close & was soon running towards the cache Surprised I think he thought he would get home quicker if he found it, but when I caught up he was still looking haha Cool. We played a game of hotter/colder & he soon found the cache, how he missed it I dunno [B)]

TFTC Allied Pranksters, great cache full of old swag that Master 9 enjoyed rummaging through... Cheers, now hopefully we're not going to be late to footy training!
