Found. This one took me a while. First I had to spot the cache, then I had to access the log. That took a while and was made more difficult by a tightly sealed cache. Glad I was able to tick it off today. TFTC
Came across some unlogged caches around Leongatha This was one of them.A clever hide so a favourite point TFTC kbucky
We searched for a fair while but finally had to concede that this one had beaten us.Thanks anyway kbucky.Chiefton!!!
Could find this one today. It was getting late and I was losing daylight so I will definitely be back - perhaps when there arent so many muggles around.
Sadly a DNF for this one.Decision was made last night to head down to Leongatha for some caching with gwd.aussie and Sharon14. Plenty of newer caches for us to find since my last visit. Thanks anyway kbucky
Had a look, found another golf ball, added it to the other two.Could still be there, just didn't find it.
Searched high and low with SnipsandCo..found 2 golf balls but nothing nano or cache like related...with so many possibilities we called time after about 15/20min
Wow, what an interesting cache! We found it quickly and in good condition! Thankfully, no scratches and no leaves TFTC kbucky
Grabbing a few different hides while passing through the area.Found after a bit of a search but thankfully no muggles about. Thanks kbucky for placing the cache and doing the maintenance needed, so we can find this cache.
A nice and easy find with a few scratches to go with it. An interesting "nano" cache, we have not seen this variant before. Another great cache still for yesterday. TFTC kbucky#132
After an early morning trip to Koonwarra, then shopping in town, I decided to scoot around and log a few more caches.Spotted something unusual lurking in the bushes TFTC kbucky
Out caching with nyochi. Was a tricky one to spot but we eventually had it. Tiny log, so just initialled my name
A quick 'nothing to see here' moment and the cache was in hand, cute camo thanks for the cache :3
Try this for the second time with Monica_is_evil. We'll must have come in from a different direction. Cache in hand and logged signed. Thanks for placing the cache.
Too many muggles around to search last time I was here. After a few mins of searching we spotted the nice camo. TFTC!
Cache checked today and all good although some cache creep. put back to appropriate spot. Please note, online logs without physical sign will be deleted.
While staying in Inverloch for a couple of days, we ventured to Leongatha for lunch. Very impressed with the town. Lovely lot of shops and quite busy. This one had us going for a long time and I was glad I read the last activity. Just about to give up. Widen our search and bingo. Thanks for the cache
We found the cache on ground and after reading a previous log, saw that it should be up , so after signing the log have replaced it at approx head height. We are only short people!
TFTC no issue with the log.

Tough one in the fading light but spotted something with a torch and managed to extract. Could only get the log half out so just made a mark. Thanks for the cache.
An evening text message last night evolved into a plan today to bundle five kids into two cars and tackle some of Leongatha's cache offerings. We began here, after a little false start where Team Gruidae said "parked at Build it and they will come" which Team Spider interpreted as the other cache with that same name. Once sorted, this one took a bit of bush-diving before Team Gruidae's fearless leader looked at just the right angle. TFTC kbucky
Unable to resist the lure of a stunning Autumn day, I put the text out to Mummy Short Legs and proposed a caching afternoon with the kids. To my delight she was very keen, and after I suggested the rail trail from Fish Creek, she thought Leongatha a more appropriate option with the opportunity for the five kids in tow to sample the playgrounds. This cache was right next to our meeting point, and after five bumbling boys crashed around the shrubbery for 15 minutes, I looked up to spy the obvious target. A favourite for the camo. Thankful that MSL brought her TOTT! TFTC
Here on a cold morning to watch my son play footy - Go Wests! - and grabbed this cache. Thank you!
FORE! Playing through. Into the rough!
Hoping not to have to drop a shot here today.
A methodical search, read a few past logs, found the blighter!

Took a bit of hunting, but eventually got my head to the right heighty, and there it was.
A hot weekend, so day1976 and I headed to a river and waterfall to camp near. The next day we drive the long drive through the plantations to find more caches, and then out into civilisation.
After lunch we continued caching.
I spotted it near day1976

Found with Bogonghazy. Very clever hide. Co-rods were spot on. Thanks for placing the geocache
Found with LittleBoss2 after a night at Fish Creek. On our way home via Leongatha. Thanks again kbucky, luckily lb2 made the quick find of the fresh log
TFTC had to wait for a few muggles to turn around before I dove into the bushes for a quick find
This was definitely a team effort here! I waited in the getaway vehicle while Gnome5580 spent way too long rummaging in the bushes almost giving up but then just as she was about to give up she spotted it out of the corner of her eye! TFTC!!
My back hurts and I'm fairly sure it looks like I've spent a week in the bush, but I found it!
Very nice hide!
Very nice hide!
Found with icw after a short search. As the description says, the perfect place for a wayward golf ball to hide. Tftc.
Another brilliant morning. Although we are Leongatha residents we have been a little tardy with our local caching so set out this morning to rectify that. Took us a while & a peek at the clue but got their in the end.
Found by David in company with pprass at 15:00. Mary and cprass took the day off to check out the local shops. This took us ages, and we weren't helped by the density and wetness of the foliage. In the end, David took a lower approach and spotted the cache attachment, then the container. Our thanks to kbucky.
Found at 3:01 PM GAFF5 in the company of maccamob.
An exceptionally tough cache as there were so many possible spots to place a micro - which turned out to be an nano. In the end however th co0ords were absolutely spot on!
Thanks kbucky.

In the park to grab some caches and this was next on the list. We had lost service but only has a direction and distance to go by . We concentrated on an area and needed to change positions a couple of times. Geowife eventually spotted the well concealed cache. Log signed and all back safe again.
Thanks.

It was Rebel's eagle eyes that spotted this one. A truly evil hide.
To quote CPwanderer, "A nano in the bush, good grief!"
It has been a while since we have neen able to get out caching. What with Covid lockdowns, then Mrs SKI breaking her ankle, and Rebel being out of action we have had quite a gap.
But today everything came together. The weather was lovely and everyone was available to head out.
We had noticed a number of new caches had popped up in the Leongatha area, so that added to a few high D/T rated caches in the area was enough to have us heading in that direction.
A successful day was had with only one DNF and as usual plenty of laughs and banter.
All logs either signed as SKI Pair or RASP (Rebel Acts & SKI Pair)
Thank you for your efforts in creating and maintaining the cachekbucky.

It had been awhile since we had been out caching with Latrobe area going back into lockdown for a week and Me spending six days in hospital. Richard of Ski pair offered to pick me up and take me out for a days caching as driving is a little hard on My current pain meds, the weather was great and we had a great day finding caches in the area.
This is one of the caches We found today. Well I did curse the CO on this one a nano in here was hard to find, I later found out later from the CO that part of the cache had been removed, that would have made a big differance to finding it.
Thanks kbucky for the cache.

Wow Kbucky .. I was running around trying to find GZ then was very confused we were crawling through branches and bushes and were about to give up and when discovered another spot we could squeeze through and had a little search and then I spotted something that shouldn’t be there. YES! That cache. Were careful handling the log making sure not too lose it.

The easing of Covid19 travel restrictions, gave us the perfect opportunity to team up with Suscoe and spend a couple of days caching in sunny South Gippsland, including this find on our mostly "Gatha Day" We were impressed at the development of so many recreational facilities around town.
Thanks kbucky for placing caches for everyone's enjoyment.

Suscoe and Phetlern were caching in the Leongatha area today.
It was a delightful day with plenty of sunshine.
We enjoyed finding a range of caches in a variety of locations.
Thanks to kbucky for this hide, no doubt about it, they do come once it is built.

Well that was a challenge and a half! Not what I expected at all! This is at least the third time I’ve searched for this. I took a garbage bag with me and removed quite a bit of rubbish from location this time. That will contribute to my GC8NEAT challenge.
I was led astray by CO as she had me looking for an item related to the nearby sporting facility it cache was supposed to be attached to. I almost gave up here but one last look and I saw something that might be attached to something I was looking for. I was right. Fiddly little nano was found signed and replaced as found. It’s very difficult to find!

Found it this time easily but no log so I grabbed a bit of paper from the car and placed in the cache signed and replaced...TFTC
We were lucky to find this one fairly quickly as there were a lot of cars in the car park. Thanks for the cache.
A chilly early morning followed by a lovely day of exploring Sth Gippsland with MrsPapi4506 & RoamingHowie, targetting LGAs, solved puzzles & good DTs.
With a lot of cars in the carpark, we were thankful to GT that she spotted it so quickly.
Thanks for bringing us here today by placing this cache, kbucky

The sun was forecast to shine today so we decided to head out South East to explore some uncached territory and maybe climb some trees as well.
GT37 spotted this one quickly so it fortunately didn’t take too long to grab and sign.
Thanks kbucky for the cache.

Very clever hide. Geohubby found it whilst bashing himself into branches! TFTC
We braved the direction the finding device’s directions indicated into the bushes to try to find this caches. We knew an approximate height to search , but didn’t discount other places. We emerged the other side unsuccessful. So we tried again. It had to be there. The CO had replaced it this morning. There was lots of rubbish in there. I wish I’d brought a rubbish bag with us to clear away all the empty bottles and other rubbish around the place. Two visits to the site were disappointedly unsuccessful. We will return- one day.
Sorry Kashbound just went to check and gc muggled before even being released! New one in place. Slightly off ground level
Yay! We came out to look for this on Sat when it was published, but crappy weather and a tricky hide eluded us. Back with the geokid today and a more thorough search revealed the clever camo. GPS was jumping around a lot and there were many possible hidey spots, but geosenses kicked in and we kept circling back to the same location. Eventually we found it! Thanks Kbucky for another great hide ️
