I was so excited about finding the CO I failed to look at the information board for a map...so I set off deciding to choose my own path..only 1 spider web ️ in the face and by chance the way I exited was just the right angle to spy the cache from a distance..ok now there is a trail here the question is where does it go??

Spending the day out caching with @searchingformacca on the way home from weekend camping. Found this one by bush bashing rather than by the path we discovered once the cache was in hand. Not gonna lie. The path would have been a lot easier. Lol. Coordinates were spot on. Cache is in good condition. TFTC

We enjoyed our visit to the Glenmaggie Flora Reserve this afternoon despite the heat and March flies….hasn’t anyone told them it’s still February
A nice walk in the bush to find the cache with good coords.
Thanks pullw for the multi placement.

*Found on the 3 Dec 2022 @ 5:53 pm.*
*Cache find # 13730.*

Before heading out onto the lake for a bit of a paddle in the dark, I decided to head back to Heyfield to get some dinner but made a short detour to this one.
At the start, it did take a moment or two before I found what I was looking for and off I went looking for the track that others have talked about.
I ended up finding the track but a don't know if it is any better to straight out bush bashing as you seem to be doing that on the track anyway.
I arrived at GZ and had a look around one obvious spot was empty so I just kept on looking getting further away from the coordinates, eventually I spotted what I thought was a container lid just sitting on the ground, not really near anything but when I had a closer look it was the whole container which was the cache, something has certainly moved it a bit.
I signed the log but that was a bit wet and I replaced it back to where I thought it may have come from.

**Thanks to pullw for placing this cache.**

On the way up to glenmaggie we stopped for a nice little stroll through the bush. We read up on previous people's mistakes and actually found the path when we went the other direction. No bush bashing needed.
First and only cache of the day, as we wanted to make it to camp to claim a site.

Ilukaperi made short work of finding what was required at the first WP and I made the find at the final after taking some time working out which way to approach GZ.

We were staying at the nearby lake and decided to visit this cache.
We found what we needed to at WP1 but we made a bit of a mess getting to WP2.
Once we got there, we discovered a path which would have made it much easier.
Thanks pullw for providing us with this challenge.
Chiefton!!!

Found with gwd.aussie.
Google maps made this cache more difficult than it should have been but we were able to claim the find. The return to the car (thanks to finding the actual path) was a walk in the park or the Glenmaggie Flora Reserve in this instance.

Thanks pullw

Found the clue at start point, befoe D@geo arrived from the car.
And yes we didn't find the path and bush bashed to the cache.
Only to find the path on the way out.

Note to future finders, the map on the board is mis-leading, so is google satellite

Thank you for the hide pullw

Found by Rebel Acts

Another day out with Ski pair, this time We headed to the Sale area with a few detours along the way. We had a great time out finding caches and enjoying the scenery.

This is one of the caches we found on our travels of the area.

All logs signed as Rebel Acts & SKI Pair or RASP.

Thanks pullw for the cache.

Didn't know this reserve existed! We found the required information at WP1 very quickly, but couldn't find a path to GZ. Didn't look hard enough! In the end we went to as close as we could and then set out cross-country through the bush. The going wasn't too bad. It was only when we found the cache we spotted the actual path. The going back to the parking place was even easier then.

We managed to get our diaries to align with Rebel Acts once again and set out for a caching trip albeit a short day to Sale. A side trip to Heyfield allowed us to pick up a new multi and also visit the VicAsh retail outlet where they sell a range of solid timber benchtops and other timber articles.

On to Sale where we had some lunch and then tried some multis and traditionals. We came to the conclusion however that we need to return in the future with bikes to pick up many on the trails and the wetlands. The wetlands were far too full of water today anyway.

A beautiful day for caching and the short walks we did. Only wish I'd remembered to bring a hat!

Thank you for your efforts in creating and maintaining the cache pullw.

FTF @ 4.15 pm
After a week & half of clearing damaged and fallen trees from the recent storm & floods l finished work early today & decided to drive here for this ftf chance, after a recent bad run of ftf attempts lately this one also took a long time to find WP 1 but after that it was smooth sailing, it was so quiet & peaceful out here with the sound of frogs singing in the back ground helping me sign the log just what l needed...
