(10 of 12 today)Like **Jackscruff**, I should have been up this way for that lunch yesterday. Unlike her I waited an extra day to plunder the area for some finds.I was after five for my calendar - and for the rest of the year all my calendar needs are only a single cache on eight days, except for December 20 when I need four. I'm looking good, then to meet my goal of 25 by the end of 25 - I'll only have a handful of days to grab next year!So today I managed 12 finds (and one DNF) around Morisett - seven more than I need. Well, I got to keep overall find numbers up for the year too. ###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###Decided I'd better do something OTHER than a Park& Grab, and this seemed reasonable given the lowering skies.Parked at the trailhead on Morisset Park Road (what an appropriate name) and followed the main track until I decided it was time to go bush. Not so much a bush bash as a scrub back, really.Once at GZ it looked around for a few minutes before I spotted something worthy of closer inspection. Gotcha!Signed, replaced and took a random way out - which got my back to the main track close to where I left it - as well as taking me past a twirly tree!SLTNLNTFTC
After a few wrong tracks by car we finally decided to bush bash on foot off Morisset Park Road. Nice walk and found GZ, logged cache. Log is wet. TFTC
Out for a day of Caching on my own there is not many days left until my ankle surgery which will stop me caching for a few months maybe until next year. but today was great I found all I was looking for. To the CO. Thank you for placing the caches and maintaining them.
Great walk through the bush. Saw some beautiful wildflowers. A little bit of water in cache but log ok to sign. TFTC
Really wet log book, otherwise in ok condition. My first find in the area, greetings from
A fun bash through the bush with the 5 year old! Log a bit moist but ok. Swag swapped. TY!
Well, I must say I was pretty Trepid about looking for this one at this time of year so much bush, so many possible critters! My car GPS took me to a possible entry point, and Off I went down a fairly good looking track. Closest I could get Was 130 m away, and that all through the bush. decided to have a go and actually got there fairly easily the way back was much easier (isnt it always this way?) Found the prize, signed it and out. And I only saw one critter, And that was riding a trail bike. TFTC

At GZ I thought I could see where others had climbed up - but when I did so I couldn't find the cache.
A quick dash to grab this one. A pleasant little walk, but no Bush bash for me. TFTC
Found today while out on a cache drive down to the Dora Creek area. Had an amazing time looking for a bunch of caches down here!

Despite the poor weather forecast, we headed out caching anyway - we tend to have pretty good days out if we leave under dubious forecasts..... and literally had maybe a dozen drops hit us all day. We did a lap of Lake Macquarie, mopping up unfounds here and there, for a grand total of 10 finds (including 3 trigs). It's hard to not have a good day when lakeside....
Samuel groaned at the name..... We haven't done any P&Gs today - every cache has been a decent walk, including a 2km walk for a trig point. But this wasn't really a bushbash, just a firetrail, then a short geotrail. Cache is in great condition, up high presumably where TeamEdwards6722 put it. We grabbed the trackables.... TFTC!

Found a track in , right near where I parked the car and enjoyed the stroll down to GZ . Then it was a quick find and retrieval but it took me a little while to replace the cache, I had to find some natural thing to help and then the cache was replaced exactly as found. Thanks for the cache FireBlade800 tnln replaced as found sl

We were passing here and despite the light rain looked for and found a likely trail. Not long after we were getting close and I walked through very light bush to a most likely GZ, then logged the find. Thanks for a good walk and hide, the track in was interesting, the coordinates were spot on and you would have to be very unlucky for a non-cacher to find this cache. A shame the locals are using the area as a dump.
Needing a cache today to fill another day on my 366 day matrix, I through the bike on the train to Morissette and rode the pushie to grab this. A quick find. Now some more riding to see what else I can find. TFTC FireBlade800.
A fun little wander in the bush and a quick find. Thanks for the exercise. TNLN TFTC
With the sun on its way down, and no torch, I ventured down the ever darkening track.
I eventually got to GZ, and was lucky to be able to reach the cache.

Yay for FTF. Followed a rough bunch of tracks in. Disturbed a couple of Eastern Greys on the way. Nice to have this bit of bush here. TFTC
