Found with Bogonghazy whilst spending a week away in the area. Loads of tiny insects make it challenging. Thanks The blind side for placing the geocache
Found with LittleBoss2 as we headed down to Shepp for the day. Parked the car on the opposite side of the gulley and decided to do this little circuit on foot. Quick find here, thanks CraigBut of a stretch to reach down for us shorties
Out exploring the area and enjoying a walk along the river. Totally amazed by the evidence of how high the flood must have been.
After the Tatura event, I took the deadly treadly to The Flats in Shepparton-Mooroopna.I had ridden some of these when they first came out, but had not come back for the newer ones.Today was the day. A lovely mild day for a ride. All the tracks and trails were dry, although the thistles were head high.I initially park the car near Little and Cemetery Roads intersection and unloaded the bike.I ride clockwise around to #47, then went back to the car for lunch. In the afternoon I moved down to the other end of Cemetery Road to try the eastern caches.A lot of walking to get to some of the caches. Thanks for this series, Robmc.
14:25A couple of days in Shepparton, gave the caravan a run & put us close to the Central Victorian Annual Get Together on Thursday. We spent a couple of days searching for the hidden Moor-Shepp gems, mostly by bike & we will return for those we missed, perhaps the water will be gone. It was good to find those with fresh logs this time. Perhaps the difficulty level deserved to be a tad higher here.A BIG thank you to the CO who placed this series of caches.36904

Had to use TOTT to grab this cache. Time to head back to the van I underestimated this walk and how long it would take. I will have to return another day.
Saw some kangaroos on the way, probably plotting against us to find the cache first. Luckily we found it before they did.
With the floodwaters between Shepparton and Mooroopna beginning to recede I expect most if not all of the Moor-Shepp Hidden Gem Series caches to either be washed away or full of water so I am disabling all until I've had the opportunity to inspect and replace. This may take some months as the area is still not accessible and there are 48 to check.
Have a 50th Birthday in Shepp so decided to make a weekend o it and grab some caches. The wetness of the day didn't stop us from finding this cache. It seems I need to grow longer arms. TFTC
This is my 2nd bite at this "Moor-Shepp Hidden Gem" Series during my stay at Shepparton with a Life-Long Bestie for about 6 weeks. 17 hides added to my grab in a planned loop, today
The day was still and cool not icy and windy
I love this tree-forest walk as it is a pleasant way to build up my daily step-count with no Muggles to be a hinderance, if you don't count the birds
I started at M-SHG #27 through to #39 then across to #23 - #26.
Pls note: all caches were in good condition and their log books were dry
Cache #23 was found and logged at 12:13 on Thursday the 28th of July 2022.

Stretch…Awesome! Out and about on trusty treadles aka the MTB exploring the trails and the impressive river red gum forest. Chipping away at a few caches with each trip to Shep visiting daughter who now lives here. Trails in good nic given it’s winter. TFTC and the fun!
Headed out to do some geocaching after dropping geoboy @pokemon card game in shepparton. This geomum is on here own and I'm not complaining. Ut was a big stretch to reach this one dor this shorty. Cache and log in good order. TFTC off to the next one.
The weekend brings lots of muggles, muggles on foot, muggles on wheels but they’re happy doing their own thing

Staying overnight with a friend in Shepparton but it seemed a good idea to visit this area beforehand. Drove in via Little Road and then walked as I wasn’t too sure if the road conditions with the recent rains. On foot it was easy to dodge the puddles and savour the scenery. All caches were easily found Cache very deep down TFTC The Blind Side
Found 5 of these caches back last year on the 24.7.21. Nice little hides hopefully will find more today tftc
Spending the public holiday afternoon out for a walk in this beautiful weather TFTC

We were in the Shepparton area today, spending quality caching time with Liz & Bruce and Hans & Linda. This area has changed a lot since we were last in the area, a lot rougher indeed. SL TFTC
TFTC. We are staying on the are for a few days prior to the mega in Wangaratta. Teaming up with Liz and Bruce and muff1 we spent the day exploring around the area caching as we went.
We stayed flexible with our caching plans. We headed down to the flats to,try our luck we were driving. Parts of the track were ok but some were not passable in the car. We did what we could without damaging anything.

Thanks for arranging and hiding. We are enjoying exploring the area and completing the series. The track along here is less damaged.
Spotted the cache, but gz is at the moment a factory for producing Flies. Tried to extract using 2 sticks whilst being swarmed but in the end couldn't do it.
Having scooped up the first 8 in this series with Beavar earlier in the year, we were well overdue for a re-visit to collect a few more. Today the five of us collected numbers 9-23 taking it in turns to drive and walk along the many tracks. We have to say that the mountain bike tracks are in excellent condition and the driving tracks are a little worse for wear after all the rains. Luckily Mr Harrowang had the longest arm to retrieve this one. So busy chatting we almost walked right past! SL. Found a few hidden gems as we walked towards the rest of the group who started at #16. We met up at #19 and walked back to the GeoCruiser (near 23) together. A great way to spend the afternoon with family and add to our caching numbers in the process. SL #8276 TFTC The Blind Side - we will be back to complete the series another day.
Found almost by accident - walking along chatting and I said that looked like a great spot for a cache, looked in and bingo!! Hahahaha - perfect and now we’ve got the next one in to get to! TFTC
Easy find, the hardest thing was playing the slap mozzie game while logging and signing.
Well, this started off as an interesting day to say the least. It was the first day out of lockdown and dalerious and I took the opportunity to escape work for the day and head off on an adventure that did not start the way we would have liked, but ended up extra special with a ftf out at Pine Lodge and then cleaning up some in our back yard. Thank you so much The Blind Side for making it a very memorable day. I have a wonderful photo of you assisting Cybergran V and locus cache on achieving their booty of ftf'nds. I hope your suit survived the experience.
Found with catnap777 on our first day out of lockdown.
Coming down from the high of a FTF out Pine Lodge way, cat' and I headed into the forest here to tidy up a few of this series that had been left behind by one or both of us for one reason or another.
Well aware of her "lack-of-altitude sickness" (otherwise known as Duck's Disease) cat' and I were left wondering how on earth locus cache managed to access this cache that night after we pulled her out of her bog. We figure she either had a fishing pole and a big lump of bubble gum on the end of it tucked away in the back of the Carola, or she has taught Rex how to fetch geocaches.
TFTC and seriesThe Blind Side. We are loving your contributions to the game.

International Dog Day so Rex and I found a cache together
However we had to call our good friend dalerious out before we got to the cache as somehow the Corolla slipped and ended up stuck where the damned P plater idiots have chewed up the main track with their 4 WDs
To add insult to injury: some imbeciles decided to flatten their car as they passed the stuck Corolla and my windows were down The whole front inside of the Corolla, and the outside too, were covered in muddy water spray from the (insert LOTS of bad swear words here)!!!
Anyway dalerious and Catnap777 rescued us and then Rex and I continued on his daily run through the forest, stopping to find one cache
The cache was an easy find but since I have duck's disease it was NOT an easy retrieve
That's one way to spend an evening and all within 5km of home

Joint ftf with WeAreGleesos.
Having had a lovely arvo catch up. it was far too tempting when these new ftfs popped up.
A mad dash to get there in the dark was fruitful!
Thanks for adding these to your series Blindside! We have enjoyed the hunt!
