Kaimkillenbun, as the locals call it The Bun Day 2Today we mainly cached around BELL. A very tidy small town.There is lots of long grass at the many caches we visited.Some of the best hudes we have see for a long time,We went to mnany interesting location & found some very good caches. Thanks Speedmistress for hiding this cache.

While on my way from Goondiwindi to Kingaroy noticed there were some caches in Bell so checked into van park then off to find this and other caches. Enjoyed the hunt around town. Giving this one a fav point for the container .Thanks for this cache.

After slipping and sliding a bit on the road we decided to walk rather than rip up the road. So Mr SKI slipped and slid as he walked to GZ. Appreciate the effort that has gone into this hide so a favourite from us.

Yesterday's caching finished up because of coming showers, and after all the rain overnight we thought that might be it. But after lunch the rain stopped and although it was dark and overcast the wind came up and dried things out a bit. It was still quite wet underfoot and in places muddy so out we went with an open mind as to what we might find and be able to do.
In the end we got most left and broke it up with coffee and a scone at the cafe in town. Car and us both a bit muddy, but a successful afternoon, made all the better by well maintained and creative caches.

I stayed in the Pub overnight so the early morning walk around town and over the hill and far away gave me a chance to collect a few caches prior to grabbing a coffee and cake at another nearby coffee shop.

We are currently house sitting at Bell, with so many caches placed in this area how could we not go and find a few. All the caches we found are in good condition thanks to the CO's viglience with their maintenance. As per usual we have used geocaching as a tourist guide to the area. SL TFTC

Why are we staying in Bell[?] Oh because there are lots and lots of geocaches including puzzles that we solved ourselves! Yes Ourselves! Sadly this morning it was freezing so a late start then home for soup for lunch before heading back out hunting. Did I mention it didnt get over 10degrees until after 3pm!

Out and about on our first geocaching adventure in a few years as we have fallen in and out of love with caching over the years. ATM looks like were back in as we both had a ball today.

I was pleased I had brought my walking sitck with me for the power trail caches. I broke my ankle last year on flat ground, so was extra careful here. There were some spiders but thankfully no snakes in the long grass.

Heading home from the Wangaratta Mega and stopped in Bell for a couple of days. Solved nearly all of the unknowns and have passed through many times but unable to stop to collect. Hopefully we can grab a few over the two days.

Spending some time in Bunya Mountains and decided to visit Bell to collect some caches! TFTC!

Found this on the power trail while finding some caches. Beware of the super long grass on the trail - often it was above our heads with little visibility of the random cactus off the side of the road and would have no way of seeing any nasty critters on the ground. Great cache container! Found with graceygirl1234 after doing a 12km hike around Bunya Mountains. TFTC

Hi there Speedmistress, we found your cache Quadruple today.

We are slowly meandering towards Hervey Bay, and have stopped off in Bell for a few days. Well it’s day three and there’s still caches to find, we just might clean them up the remaining traditionals today.

Coordinate Accuracy: We found this cache near where the GPS said we should be looking.
Cache Condition: The container and log are in good shape.

Finally arrived in Bell, had a lovely morning tea and all geared up for an overnight stay.
Love this countryside and it is very rewarding visiting towns/places for the first time.
All finds in and around Bell were fantastic, found relatively quickly and to save room on the logs we signed as Something Catchy/Team DES (domsky, E_Smiley & Snickersallan)
Apologies CO for the generic logs, your caches are a real credit to you.

This was one obout of 4 I attempted today that had an extra bit to solve all were easy enough to add a bit of interest to the cache. TFTC.

A big day planned for today, heading north east to Bell to round up some smilies.
We are targeting about 60 or so over the next two days but we're flexible ... up & down!
A 3 hour drive then into it!
We managed 46 today before running out of daylight.

Nice size, sometimes size does matter & a nice boxed set.

Left a TB & a few 'characters' to boost the population.
Made our mark & replaced as found.

Final morning of caching before heading home to Brisbane. Weather was slowing turning to showers later in the morning but we got thru all the caches we had planned before the showers came heavier. Cache found and log signed. TFTC

Wah Hoo! FTF at 8:20am. A nice cache that was a delight to find today. Found in good condition. We drove here from Nanango in the tiny car to save petrol money. It’s rained the last two days and we discovered this cache was on a dirt road. A little bit muddy but the little car managed fine. We happily signed the log. Thanks heaps Speedmistress for hiding these caches to coincide with your event. Wish we’d known about it we would have come. Only saw it about 4:30pm yesterday when looking for where we might cache today. Sorry we missed it.
