Searched here then moved away a little, then came back. Kicked ourselves a little once the cache was in hand as we should have spotted that in the first search. TFTC and the great day out here walking the tracks and looking for orchids.

Find 2 of 13 on our ride back from Pickering Brook to Kalamunda. We rode out from Kalamunda in one hit to enjoy the trail at full speed, then after a mid-ride stop for coffee at Bean2Brook we stopped to smell the roses (and find some caches) on the way back. With a bit of rain during the ride out the under-tyre conditions were perfect - grippy, fast and fun. Took a bit more looking, a few surfaces to choose from. Good photo op location.TFTC Fernandogirls!

Touched base with Tiger777 this morning to get out of the house for some caching. We were on our way out to Darlington and pulled off Ridge Hill Rd briefly to see if there were caches nearby, when I noticed there was an FTF in Carmel. We quickly changed plans and met up with others in Carmel once we got there.

Hidden quite obviously. Tiger777 made the find here. Cheers Fernandogirls! Big Grin

Big GrinBig GrinBig Grin Woohoo!!! FTF @ 4:00pm Big GrinBig GrinBig Grin

Saw this one come up around lunch time and didn't hold much hope of it remaining unfound till the afternoon. Although it's a pretty shocker of a day so that might keep the all but the diehards away.

Still no online logs at knock-off time so I hightailed it up the hill in the hope of keeping the streak alive. Parked up about 120 meters from GZ and the weather seemed to clear up a bit, not totally, but at least it wasn't hosing down like it was earlier.

Rummaged around the very impressive stump for a while before reading the description again which made me focus my efforts somewhat and viola, the cache was revealed. Opened it up to find a blank log and gave a little fist-pump. The streak continues, now standing at 84 consecutive months with a FTF. (Wow, that's 7 years) Smile Gotta have a favourite for that.

I'm not really a pathtag person but I kept this one as it didn't really fit into the container properly, (had to get it out with my teeth). Big Grin

Fernandogirls I found your cache at 4:00pm, this was the 1st of 1 finds for me today and brings my total find count to 6925. The cache was in good order and I replaced it as found.
