Logs
I am regretfully archiving this cache since unfortunately there has been no action to restore it, or any communication from the cache owner, BnC2511, requesting additional time.
An ample opportunity has been provided for the Cache Owner to respond, but since this opportunity has been ignored, I can only conclude that the cache has been abandoned.
Caches archived under these circumstances are unable to be Unarchived, and this location is now available for the placement of a new cache, by somebody else.

###Cache Maintenance Visit Required please.###
This geocache has been brought to my attention as being in need of an Owner Maintenance visit, as the logs indicate that it is most likely missing, or else some other problem exists with the cache.
I agree that it certainly seems necessary to have it checked by the Cache Owner.
The cache owner needs to:
* Investigate the situation and either restore the cache, or address any other issues, such as correcting the D/T rating if necessary.
* Re-enable the cache by posting an Enable log
* Post an Owner Maintenance log to advise what has been done, and to clear any Needs Maintenance attribute which is present.
Otherwise :
* Post a Note Log to request more time if necessary, or provide other information..
**Do not use an Owner Maintenance log for this, that is for use only **when you actually do something to repair the cache**.
Alternatively:
* Archive the cache, and remove any remaining geo-litter from the site.
In the meantime, I've temporarily disabled the cache page to await owner action by BnC2511 and to take it off the playing board to prevent further geocaching community inconvenience.
[Please see the maintenance section of the Geocache Hiding Guidelines.](https://www.geocaching.com/play/guidelines?expand=1#cachemaintenance)
**I will check back in 30 days** to see that action has been by the CO.
If nothing has happened, I will assume that the cache has been abandoned and, unfortunately, I will need to Archive this cache.
*Caches archived because of lack of maintenance/abandonment will not be unarchived.*
The Geocaching Community needs to have a degree of certainty that a cache is there, and in good condition, waiting to be found, and the CO has a responsibility to maintain their caches.
Please see [my profile page](https://www.geocaching.com/p/default.aspx?u=Balayang) for additional information.
Thank you

Thanks for the cache BnC2511.
In the area today with RLD4963, tidying up a few areas where caches have popped up over the last year or so.
A nice quick find at GZ.

First time up here, even though we live quite close by.
Thanks for placing this cache. Swapped a few things.

Our 10th and final find for today. This one earned us our reach the peak souvenir. The fastest find for today. Tftc
I must admit this hide here with houses so nearby made me nervous. It reminded me of a hide from my former city of Adelaide SA.
It was found in about 1 minute so i was happy with that [^]

All is in A1 condition in the cache besides some pages coming loose in the log book. They are all dry which is the main thing

Accurate coordinates and the hint led to a quick find. The cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks BnC2511 for the cache and congratulations on your first hide.
While out and about today we found a few caches on the way and this was one of them.
Cache and contents were in good condition.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment.

In the area today and stopped to locate this cache. Gee, a lot of cringe factor here but found it. TFTC
Thanks for the cache. Luckily the streets were reasonably quiet and very luckily I made a quick find in the first place I looked after a quick scope of the area. Logbook is starting to fall apart, otherwise all is good at GZ.
Thanks BnC2511, for the adventure,
Cheers, EPs.

This cache has been on the radar since it came out a few weeks ago. So we took the opportunity to grab it this morning before heading up North for a long weekend.
Arrived near gz and parked up, the traffic was really quite busy due to suburban morning commuters. Waited patiently for a break in traffic then with stealth approached and looked around trying not to draw attention. After a few back and forths spotted a very likely spot. Waited another moment or two before grabbing it and taking it back to the car to sign. Once again with stealth waited for the right moment to replace it. TFTC

out and about by myself caching to gain height for the GC game Reach the Peak a pleasant day great for finding caches, no one out and about here they are all at work. TFTC TNLN log dry. an area I have never been to before, all new houses.
Well, annoyed it has taken me this long to get around to this cache. I believe it is within 500 metres of my house as the bird flys, so only a 10 minute walk away (given the walk around the streets required)
Called by today and found the cache after a short search
Thank you for the cache BnC2511 - great effort for your first hide. I look forward to more!!!!

Lovely sunny spot for a cache and as I look across the gully I see the house that I lived in for the first twenty years of my life in Pottery Road. Congrats nicely stocked with swag as well. Looking forward to your next hide.
Was not too impressed upon approaching GZ - oh no, how do you scramble around here in broad daylight lol luckily checked the right level without getting too weird before hand!!
Turned up at the same time as a delivery driver so had to loiter suspiciously in my car until he left.
Quick find as cache seemed to be out in the open. Put back with some cover.
TFTC.
