Logs
I am regretfully archiving this cache since unfortunately there has been no action to restore it, or any communication from the cache owner, Harperjay13, requesting additional time.
An ample opportunity has been provided for the Cache Owner to respond, but since this opportunity has been ignored, I can only conclude that the cache has been abandoned.
Caches archived under these circumstances are unable to be Unarchived, and this location is now available for the placement of a new cache, by somebody else.

###Cache Maintenance Visit Required please.###
This geocache has been brought to my attention as being in need of an Owner Maintenance visit, as the logs indicate that it is most likely missing, or else some other problem exists with the cache. See the [GCHQ Health Score](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=713) process.
I agree that it certainly seems necessary to have it checked by the Cache Owner.
The cache owner needs to:
* Take action to restore the cache or address any issues such as correcting the D/T rating.
* Re-enable the cache by posting an Enable log
* Post an Owner Maintenance log to advise what has been done, and to clear any Needs Maintenance attribute which is present.
Otherwise :
* Post a Note Log to request more time if necessary, or provide other information..
**Do not use an Owner Maintenance log for this, that is for use only **when you actually do something to repair the cache**.
Alternatively:
* Archive the cache, and remove any remaining geo-litter from the site.
In the meantime, I've temporarily disabled the cache page to await owner action by Harperjay13 and to take it off the playing board to prevent further geocaching community inconvenience.
[Please see the maintenance section of the Geocache Hiding Guidelines.](https://www.geocaching.com/play/guidelines?expand=1#cachemaintenance)
**I will check back in 30 days** to see that action has been by the CO.
If nothing has happened, I will assume that the cache has been abandoned and, unfortunately, I will need to Archive this cache.
*Caches archived because of lack of maintenance/abandonment will not be unarchived.*
The Geocaching Community needs to have a degree of certainty that a cache is there, and in good condition, waiting to be found, and the CO has a responsibility to maintain their caches.
Please see [my profile page](https://www.geocaching.com/p/default.aspx?u=Balayang) for additional information.
Thank you

I tried to find this cache today, but my luck was not good, or maybe it was my eyesight, or maybe it was not there.
Based to the previous log, and the fact the the co ordinates were not in the park but in fact indicating a house over the roads fenced off front yard, this cache needs to be checked.
This was my 1 DNF out of 3 DNFs and a total of 16 Finds on this outing.

Out exploring while staying locally for a few days. Thanks for the hide. Found 15m from listed coordinate and on the ground.
Another day out finding some cashes and getting some more points for the Summit challenge. Thanks to all the COs for placing and maintaining their caches for others to find , tftc
Down performing maintenance, happy to add some smilies along the way . Thanks for placing these caches. Sorry for the late log.
Found this with Geodog R on an arvo out and the hint didn't help as it was 15 metres out and saying in the middle of the road. Just common sense for this find. Tftc guys
Did my jobs in the morning - this means I can go and get some caches. This time to head down to Mandurah and back. Beautiful arvo for it - a quick find. Thanks for the hide.
With a few hours spare we decided to head down towards Mandurah to cleanup some of the recently published caches.
Had a good arvo with 11/11 finds and enjoying a bit of sunshine.

On my way home from Mandurah with Ooh Yeh today. Approached ground zero and found the cache on the floor. Have replaced where assume it should be hiding.

Excited to be 2nd to find this cache. Such a lovely little park. Thanks for hiding it here
Just joined premium membership on the weekend and up popped this email saying a new cache had been placed. Picking up my daughter from ADAPT musical theatre class, just down the road, we were surprised to find we were first to find ftf. Thanks for getting us out.
