I am regretfully archiving this cache since unfortunately there has been no action to restore it, or any communication from the cache owner, Zac_and_Martin_Chugg, requesting additional time.
An ample opportunity has been provided for the Cache Owner to respond, but since this opportunity has been ignored, I can only conclude that the cache has been abandoned.
Caches archived under these circumstances are unable to be Unarchived, and this location is now available for the placement of a new cache, by somebody else.

Back home we decided to tackle a few caches that have been published since our last time in Launceston and surrounds.
Cache and contents were in good condition.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment.

Out and about caching in the area with Tassie Trekkers and this was one we found.. Mrs W was pleased to turn this one into a smiley. TFTC
Just arrived in Launceston and the kids were desperate to do something fun. So a trip to the playground was on the cards. What an awesome playground, combined with a spot of caching, it is fun for all ages. TFTC
After a day on the road, we set up the van at Big 4 & brought the kids to the Riverbend Park to run off some energy. This cache was a quick find after a short walk. TFTC.
Given that we were staying less than 100m from this cache would have been criminal not to find it.
Found it took a bit scary to put hand under rock needs new log
Hi I like my salmon and sprinkles sand which with me at all times. I didn’t have it with me while searching but I have it now. It’s ok -Sydney
I found some crusty musty socks that I am now wearing, they smell interesting
-Karen
Met two other geocachers here sorry we found it first

Took a bit of searching to come up with this one.
Recent rain must have covered it with a bit of mud.
Eventually I had it out and was able to sign the log.

A lovely spot to sit and look at the water . Thanks for the cache tnln replaced as found sl
Found while entertaining geokids at the nearby playground. It’s obviously a seagull nesting area, they are out on the old dock sitting on little brown balls of fluff. They were annoyed at me for visiting. TFTC
When we came across the tent city we knew we had to be quick. We didn’t want to be the reason we spoil anyone’s fun. We have made it a life mission just to spoil our own kids fun.
It was time for a beer and walking back passed the hotel we saw a sign that shone out like it was an epiphany. Surely a place named “Woodys Bar” was going to welcome us in and maybe give us a few free beers. I haven’t had that nick name my whole life for no reason.
Unfortunately it wasn’t open for another 18 minutes and we were impatient. I was quite pizzed off so we went into the amazing park and then headed across the ditch to the mud bar to enjoy a cocktail to celebrate the day. tftc

TFTC!
Log was a bit torn so take care when extracting and be sure to roll up right when you're done

Couldn't find this one when we last cached in Launceston back in April. No problems today and it was found within seconds.
Then drove along to check out the camping set ups nearby - not sure how they're getting away with that there! Looks like they've been there a long time.
Thanks, good to finally cross this one off the list.

A quick find on my way to refuel the cache mobile.
Looking at Peppers Silo Hotel, I doubt anyone would be able to rappel off there anymore.
Thanks for the cache!

Looking for something to fill in time whilst not studying, it was suggested that I finally get around to logging THOSE caches long found but never logged. Some even have funny stories of being visited not only once or twice, but a few even have had a third or fourth visit before realising I've been there done that. The date is as near to the correct day the cache was found. So sorry for the generic and late log.JABs.
A nice quick find a few muggles around but that didn’t stop us getting the find!
Thanks for the find.
Thanks for the find.
Finally done it. I will have to drill a chain into the rock to keep it there next time, if I can do that.
I'll check on it tonight. It was never missing when there were all those dnf logs, they just didn't find it. It has gone missing before though because of muggles.
Not there, Thanks to everyone that suggested maintenance. It was definitely muggled because the geocache was opened and had the log book all ripped up with weird scribbles. The geocache was not in the original spot but under a rock that was half underwater.
Could not find it Zac. I see it was recently replaced. I was actually here awhile ago and didn’t find it but forgot to log a DNF. Had a really good look with Geo Maggie2 but it looks like it might be gone again.
Quick and easy find, cache was in good condition. Very muddy today. Left TB

Our only DNF during two days of caching in the Tamar and Launceston areas.
Pretty sure this one has disappeared.
Thanks.

Thanks.
Definitely not under the rock. Got a stick and reached right back. Nothing. Oh well. Moving on. Maybe another time it will be back.
have visited here many times, however, always many muggles about. Finally, in the wee small hours, got the place to myself, a quick and easy find.. thanks..!!
Out for a birthday dinner, a little quick caching after with gridge98. We quickly located this cache. TFTC ??
Found it! Nice little hide. The area is a bit gritty with litter but lovely view of the river.
Over in tassie for a few days, we went for dinner near by hear so made the short walk over to this one, thanks to the hint the cache was easily found and is all good.

Off to our next part, thought we'd grab this quick one, hard to tie shoelaces though when wearing thongs so had to pretend I'd dropped something and had to retrieve it. Thanks for this nice cache
Tftc, found with Aiden thurm and a few friends. We both didnt have a pen so here's a pic for proof
I grew up playing around this area in the '70s.
So much has changed.
No fuel depot, no sports fields, no timber mill, no wool sheds, no sheep loading ramp or pens, no wharf to speak of.
The seagull nesting area is part of the wharf I remember walking along as a child.
I came down hoping the cache had been reactivated (loaded on my GPSr) but it had not.
I had a look anyway and found what was left of the original cache.
I hope the CO replaces this one.
Thanks for bringing me back to this area and for the memories.

Checked today and we could only see a ripped up logbook and a plastic bag. We will replace it asap. Next time we put it there we will peg it down or somthing so it is secure. If this happens again this cache will be archived.
