After some scrounging around, finally put our hands on it!! Log and cache are a little damp so tried to dry it out a little but otherwise all good tftc
In Perth for a couple of days and put grabbing some finds close to our accommodation. Quick find. Never heard of Dayton as a suburb until today! Well covered. Thanks neva2old
WA Big Trip Winter 2024. Day 63 - Swan Valley Perth Day 8. I went on a longish day trip yesterday, so today I stayed a bit more local and did caches around the nearby suburbs. There was a huge sports facility and many small suburban parks. I only missed one of the caches today, but several gave me a very difficult hunt. For once I was home for lunch, but the plan is to find somewhere to have dinner tonight before doing the near city Counties of Subiaco and Victoria Park tomorrow. This may be a regular, but it still manages to hide very well in its spot. I ended up revisiting the spot a few times before I got deep enough in the leaf litter to find the good sized cache. A little water in the container, but the bag had kept the log dry so far. Thanks for the cache neva2old48084.7 TNLNVisited: World Traveling Gold GC A#6 & October 2017 Celebrate A#366**Albida**
Out with BJA3 on an impromptu caching day. This one was full of water so we dried it out, popped in a couple of TB's and binned the destroyed swag.TFTC neva2old!
This is my 4815 find.
Thank you neva2old for placing and maintaining this cache.
Geology rocks but Geography is where it’s at!
(I’m not a geologist I just like puns)
SirFancy got into the middle of it and dug down deep and found the cache after a few minutes.
Water has got into the container and we drained it as well as we could, unfortunately most of the contents have been well and truely water damaged, the log book however remains in great condition thanks to the zip lock protection.
Thanks neva2old for placing Home amongst the GUM TREE for me and others to find.
I added my name to the log at 18:44 on 16/6/2023.
This is find number 7367 for me.

We joined forces with FelixII & E.V. for a spot of caching, and this is one of the caches we visited today. Thank you Neva2old.
Back in WA after being on the road travelling since early 2014.
This morning was a chance for us to catch up with our buddy Everlasting. Soon enough joined by iluvtrekking so surprise we were off caching before we knew it. With 3 of the top 20 finders in Australia you would think DNF's were few and far between ..... Nope [B)] With a sluggish start we were pleased to actually find a cache before it was time for us to part.
The afternoon didn't get alot better still 50/50 with our vs But we found your cache today.

Been a few months since last found, leaf matter has significant build up around supposed cache area. Unable to scratch through it to find catch although I did try.
Out and about with Mr CONVERTING greens to yellow .. weather is beautiful love that grey sky ️ TFTC
Went to Scarbs for chilli muscles and even tho we were both full of chilli tomato soup, we decided to stop off and block out some of Dayton with smiley's, quick find for us here this afternoon, TFTC
Taking the opportunity to pick up a few caches in the area after attending the Blue Switch Day event in Whiteman Park. This was one that I stopped off at. Parked up and headed off on foot for a lap of this nice parkland - no-one else here today either which was a bonus Wandered off the path to GZ and made a very quick find of the cache. No problems here today - TFTC
No trouble finding this one, though it was the second place I searched. Cache in great condition. TFTC

Third of 11 finds and no DNFs before being asked to dash back home and become a PSP commuter for the TV news.... don't ask.... I'd had another 9 on my to do list and it was such a nice day in the end. With a retracing of steps to find lost sunnies it was also a 19km ride.
Well hidden despite it being in the obvious place.

Yay, found his one after a quick heads up from a fellow cacher who did not have the staminer to remain with the search. Nice hide with a keen eye required (and long sleeves). Thanks for the FTF gem.
