Found as I made my way home from a 4-day caching jaunt around the Yorke Peninsula, Barossa, Adelaide Hills and nearby areas. With no fixed itinerary, I just followed the GPS from one cache of interest to the next, only targeting non-Traditional cache types. The weather has been just perfect for caching and camping and most of the caches were found without difficulty and in good order. Thanks Otter61 for the cache.
thanks Otter61 we found it, I can't believe I missed on the 3 other times, I visited it.Today out and about on 257 of 274 days to get my daily cacher Emerald Using my Garmin Etrex 22X, Garmin Montana 700 and MacBook Air!Thanks for the cacheTFTC
Cache checked after a DNF. Still in place despite GZ looking like a bit of a mess right now. At ground level.
Unfortunately we have had 2 DNFs in town so things arent going our way. A little bit of clearing in the area but the Im sure the hide is still there somewhere. Thanks anyway
A straight forward multi, log stampedIve done a couple of Bike SA events from here, a great place to start & finish TFTC
Found it! Solved and made my way to GZ where it took a lot longer than it should have to find the cache. Spent a while circling and looking up before making the find! TFTC.
Saturday caching day today, despite the weather with the odd shower or two to avoid also kept the muggles at bay making for a easier search at several locations throughout the day, enjoying some country back roads one of the pleasures of caching, collected the info made the calcs and headed off to GZ, soon had cache in hand and found in great condition

I’m visiting South Oz from Townsville for about a week. I’ve a few targets on my list and this more than likely was one of them.
This run sees me picking up one or two of the SFE series. Probably bitten off more than I can chew but will see how I go.
Now that’s done I’m likely going after some challenges and whatever else takes my fancy
Enjoying the interesting flora in the region and the local wildlife, the quaintly South Australia specific architecture and the friendly cachers shouting out
Thanks Otter61 for placing this Multi-Cache for our enjoyment and the ongoing use of your ladder. Something I will always be ever grateful for. You’re worth your weight in gold whether that be the metal or XXXX. You choose.

I was out with earthlight and LíB for the day driving around the hills and heading to Mannum and Murray Bridge. A fun day visiting some out of the way caches and stopping at a few others that needed maintenance. [^]
This was my first and as earthlight had worked out GZ we headed straight there where a quick find was made.
Thanks for the cache Otter61.

We watched the girls scoot past the corner at the pub for the TDU Stage 2 and then found this one.
Back in Adelaide for the Tour Down Under and adding a few new smiley faces along the way.
What a year Sandyofthesea and I have had. We kitted out the Prado and took off from Perth, Western Australia at the start of April 2022 to travel more of Australia using geocaching as a guide to see the sights. We started with the Nullabour, Eyre and York Peninsulas, the Riverlands, visited family in Victoria and then back in SA it got cold. Flinders and the Oodnadatta Track was amazing and we finally warmed up in Dalhousie Springs. The Alice beckoned and then a change of plan and we ended up tackling the Tanami Track to the Kimberley and Bungles Bungles. Territory Day in Darwin was unhinged - please try and do it! The Gulf, the coast and the car breaker ‘Old Tele Track’ to the top of Cape York. This is a must but it’s not easy! Eventually made it to Brisbane to get some fixes to the car….. let’s see where we end up.

Sorted the numbers, then walked over to GZ . TNLNSL.
Took a look a the Gummy oval while in the area and were quite amazed at the slope of the playing field from one side to the other .
Thanks Otter61.

Ttrogg Picked up the Rat from the Rat's Den.
We set off on a lovely sunny day, seeking sedate adventures and caches.
This has been sitting solved in the gps, taunting me.
Today was the time to find it.
A quickish find for a Rat today. Tftc

Checked, and the cache is still in place. However it looks like some work is about to happen in the adjacent area, and this might compromise the hide. I’ll check again in a few days time and take it off line or move it if need be.
The name we gave to today, while out caching with ilook4geo, was Mostly Multi Monday. This was because our focus was to be on multi caches again. The aim is to gather a collection of at least 1000 multi caches so we can log a challenge cache.
This multi was a nice easy one to locate and two more names were stamped on the log page.
Thanks go to Otter61 for placing this cache.

Had a run through the countryside today with goingplaces2 and found a good selection of mostly multi caches with some trads in the mix. All logs were signed and then put back into place. TFTC.
Following the colourful little marks on the map, slowly joining the dots and cleaning that map...
I used to love looking out for these things when I was young and travelling - which gives away my age a bit A quick find nearby.
Otter61 we thank you for locating and maintaining the cache on our ever growing SA geo-map

Hunting around - searching, spotting strange items and signing cache logs using some or all of the resources of GSAK (Geocaching Swiss Army Knife), Whereyougo, Garmin Montana 750i, Montana 680t, Etrex 35, Samsung S21u, Samsung S9, with Geocaching App, c:Geo, or Geooh Go, and Android Auto and other maps... or often with just a guyess or plain old dumb luck
Plenty of the luck stuff actually !!!
*All the online logs are composed and published with GSAK of course.*

Danger! Caching is a very hazardous activity!
Look out for sand, mud, snakes, surprise cliffs, roos, wombats, things falling from trees, bulldust, and floods, and try not to get tetanus from rusty mint tins and don't fall off your ladder...
-- -- -- -- -- -- -- and do watch out for bugs !!! . [xx(]
Make Travel Bugs the Only bugs you share and pass on (Covid cancels caching!)
Keep a safe distance - cache the countryside
Heaps good of all those placing quality caches out and about around the country areas,
in sensible safe places especially! - it keeps our game fun, and interesting
Much appreciate you reading all this extra addition to the log word count! There's a challenge somewhere out there, apparently! You win a virtual smiley for the effort and getting to the end of the log Maybe if I worked out where I could do it and go back to normal logs again ! If you find the challenge let me know and we can put an end to these long logs !!!

A nice day for caching to the North from home. A quick find after working out the co-ords. Thanks Otter61.
I stopped for a quick toilet break on my way to Mt Crawford forest trails so decided to have a go at this cache.
Coordinates worked out without problems and after a short walk, the cache was in hand.
Thanks for the cache Otter61.

Today I and J plus the little one travelled to the East, to watch stars, and take ferries in Walker Flat and Swan Reach. We planned to try some caches on the way, including traditional cache, multi-cache, mystery cache, Wherigo Cache, Earthcache, and adventure lab cache.
This was the first find for today.
We stopped there as the kid loves the playground.
A quick calculation at the listed location, and I calculated the final location.
While walking to final location, I took a photo for the creek crossing. See attachment.
At final location, cache has been found easily. Signed the log, and placed it back.
On the way to final location, I noticed at least 3 different kind of mushrooms.
Thanks for the simply multi cache, Otter61.

Dr Owl needed to do a maintenance run into the green hills and I was happy to tag along. First up we had conflicting ideas on which cache we were attempting. Then we had different interpretations of left to right top to bottom, one interpretation (mine) didn't work. After we got on the same path it was a case of finding the well secreted little sucker.
Thanks for the cache Otter61.
Thanks for the cache Otter61.
Sushilord was in town and happy to go with Owl on a maintenance run, provided there were other caches on the way. This one was though it did lead to some debate about whether they had found the right anachronism and then how to interpret it. Fortunately the find was relatively straightforward, though the many options had them searching for a while until the Fish spotted the correct hide.
An interesting post at the posted co ords, the numbers were soon had before off to GZ where a quick find was had
Today I headed to the hills to collect some caches in the area trying to dodge the rain as it fell across the afternoon.
Thanks for the cache

Found at 11:25 AM with XBRmob. Interesting information site. Calculations checked out OK, so off to GZ we went. Plenty of parking and shade. Find took a little longer than expected but OK.
Log book has been damp but dry now.

Always love a good mile post. Always.
After some confusion, I was able to get a GZ that made sense. So off I went. A brief search and a second look gave me the prize. Luckily no swords or catapults in sight!
Thanks to Otter61 and **clear skies** from TeamAstro. [^] Cache the planet! [^]
A little bit of internet and little bit of local knowledge. Answers and results at home. Started to wonder if I had made a mistake. I lost my mojo. The cache was found in the last place we looked, which as usual was not the first place we looked, but probably should have been the first place to look. Thanks for placing a fun cache guys. We do love your work. We signed the logbook. Of course we did that is way we play this game. Cache in pretty good condition for the cache age.
I will apologize right now, because everything from here on is here solely for the purpose of padding the word count.
This particular geocache was found using one of the following GPS enabled devices, Garmin GPSr, Montana 680t, Oregon 650 or Dakota 20 and a Samsung S8. Waypoints and paperless geocaching were downloaded via GSAK 9. Log prepared, checked and submitted using GSAK publish logs...
Warning, this hobby can be addictive. It can lead to exercise, meeting new people and finding interesting places you might not have known existed otherwise. Beware: you may have fun.

After a quick trip out to Nuriootpa for some supplies found a few multis on the way home, mainly from the Game Set and Match series.
Would have liked this one to be my FTF for the month but was still in bed when it was found after getting the FTF much earlier in the morning, so it was put on the list to do soon.
Soon ended up being today and after getting the numbers was soon parking near GZ. Spent far too long looking in all the wrong places before spotting the hide where I wasn't expecting it.
Thanks to Otter61 for placing this cache on the SA Geocaching map.

A big day out with little activity. A huge drive to do some required maintenance and luckily some finds did frequent my path along the way. I quickly looked at this one when it was published, but the camera man at google failed to get just the right angle to reveal the other 2 required numbers. I cruised into position and spied the numbers from the drivers seat. Checked the order, and put them into the formula. Perfect, looks like 170m from a GSM, that looks very plausible.
At GZ I did a few laps and missed it the first time. I looked at more obvious locations but in the end came back to GZ which was non-descript but good enough to hide the container. I really wished I grabbed the big fancy cut pipe near GZ, that would have made a super crafty container. Ah well.
Thanks for the cache and the challenge Otter61. Nicely worded and well spotted. I love those items, I hope it lasts and will look for it every time I pass by in the future.

After calculating the numbers I made my way to GZ. Not a person from the Middle Ages was anywhere in sight. TFTC
Third to find!
Interesting item to gather the information from. We weren't sure we had everything correct. Spent quite a while trying to find GZ. The coordinates were jumping around a bit. Found after about ten minutes.

A big sorry to all those FTF hounds out there. I don't usually bother but........
Today was a caching maintenance run for me - not a finding day. I also wanted to get to Nuri as the kind Snappy Tom Cats had brought back some stuff from the Mega when I was a last minute did not attend.
So As I went out the door bing went the phone and I saw a new cache at Gumeracha. Mr. Trogg is closer and probably wants to keep his streak going so on with my day. [^]
Maintenance done for two caches at Nairne, one at Hahndorf and one at Woodside.
Time to head to Nuri which as it turned out - from Hahndorf took me through Gumeracha.
I wonder..as I am literally passing straight by I stopped and there I found 4 digits and the letters ABCP. Looked at the page and it wants ABCD.
Do I want the numbers left to right or top to bottom. [?] Undecided I tried both. One worked out. So off I walked and found a likely spot that contained a cache with an empty log book. Hoot a FTF. And the streak continues....to 11. At least 1 per year since 2012.
Only one of the three goals from last year achieved. So once again I will trying to get the other two this year. [^] Should be easy as I only have to get two multi caches in July from the lockdown and couldn't get out. [:o)] The other was DNF's that came down from over 50 to the low teens before blowing out again to 22 but I really want to see only a single digit this year.
***Thanks Otter61 for putting out this cache and maintaining it for our enjoyment. ***

The weather has finally cooled off today so a perfect day for caching, checked my phone and saw this one had just been published, I threw the geo pup in the car and off we went enjoying the drive along the way, we got to the first waypoint and saw what was required to get the coords and with a little nudge from the CO, I was soon on my way to GZ - located the cache and found that someone had beaten me by just 30 minutes, well done Brisal so I was 2nd by 30 minutes logging in at 1139 Thank you for another great cache Otter61 such a lovely area to be in.
