An easy find on a warm and blustery afternoon Just as the changes coming through.TFTC
Today's caching was around Minlaton with some of the Gone Fishn' and the CRAB series, as well as others along the way. Also did the Salt Lake and the Water Towers adventure labs, which was very enjoyable drive around. TFTC

Nice find with woolwood9 today. Another day down the Yorke Peninsular for us.Thanks for putting this cache out for us to visit. SL tm/ww NZSoon located. We enjoyed visiting the water towers.
Caching as team SPBINZ: Sidewaze, Paddlechick, Bullertrout, IsisNZ and Nanzie from Nelson, New Zealand. Having had one record day caching (430+) and then another quite full on (200+) were a bit more laid back today, taking our time for a good look around, several AdLabs some earthcaches and generally a more laid-back sort of a day.People sometimes ask how you can see much of the scenery when youre so busy caching but I find I see more than the average tourist who keeps to tar-sealed roads and drives from town to town. So, another awesome day exploring rural and small town South Australia.Greetings from the Shaky Isles across the ditch and many thanks for the hide.
We are now making our way back to Adelaide for the leap day mega tomorrow. Nice easy find here. Sidewaze, Paddle Chick, Bullertrout, IsisNZ and Nanzie are signing our logs as SPBINZ or sometimes SPINZ as BT has done a large number of caches on the Peninsula. TFTC earthlight#16041
Found as part of the SPBINZ team (Sidewaze, Paddle Chick, Bullertrout, IsisNZ, and Nanzie) however Bullertrout had found this on a previous visit. We're having a more relaxed start to the day today so had a pleasant wander down to the waterfront at Port Vincent from our motel before heading off towards Adelaide for the main event tomorrow. There will be quite a few caches to find between here and there so looking forward to where the day takes us. We found this one while walking to the nearby Ad Lab. These murals really are stunning. TFTC earthlight and kia ora from Aotearoa/New Zealand # 21,633tepoti/Dunedin is the place to be 26-27 October, 2024 for GCA7ZHD - Geo Toroa Mega! Please come and join in the fun, find heaps of caches and experience some wonderful Southern hospitality.
Visiting the area with NZ_B, Mr Mcgoo and Marchwood. Today Marchwood and I decided to explore the area further south of Port Vincent - and also pick up some caches along the way before heading up to Adelaide for the Great Leap Forward Mega tomorrow. Looks like the day will be a little cooler - yah. What a great area for geocaching - Really enjoyed visiting lots of seaside towns. Thanks to all the Co's for the caches and ad labs that we picked up on our way.thanks to earthlight for placing a cache here. Enjoyed to views
After attending the event in Port Vincent where the Aissies were outnumbered by the Kiwis I ventured out to make a few more finds.Stunning mural. We saw one earlier today on a huge water tank while doing the Crab series. Awesome.TFTC

A quick easy find after a short stroll, beautiful paintings on the water tower. Tftc
Found by Mary and David at 10:45. Our last day on the Yorke, after three days with a Victorian group doing Geoart caches. On our own today, so we decided to finish off the Ad Labs and pick up some other caches along the way, before returning to the Ardrossan CP. Easy find. A FP for the art work. Our thanks to earthlight.
Easy find while walking the trail.
Love the area encouraging people to paint a rock!

Making my way to the top of the trail to finish. Just having an easy day caching.
The JAMS team were heading over to Yorke Peninsula for a couple of days to complete the new geoart along with some more of the fishing line that some of us still needed. It was also a trip to help mogni get closer to a major milestone. We had a fun 2 days with lots of different caches found as well as the Fishing Hook and line, Crab and Seahorse and we performed maintenance where needed.
We had arrived in Pt Vincent after completing some of the geoart down the bottom of the fishing line and thought we would find a couple of caches before heading to our accommodation. A quick find here after a short walk.
Thanks for the cache earthlight.

Thanks

I am trying to hit a major milestone in April and this weekend was my chance to get closer to my goal. the JAMMS (JJ52, Allister W, me, michells&hound and sir_spectre) generously helped me find 300+ caches and all caches were replaced better than found.
Thanks to earthlight from mogni

found after doing some of the nearby geo art. quick find.
Found with JAMS ( JJ52, Allister w, Mogni, Mitchell&hound plus sir_spectre ) crew. Mogni wants to get to 20, 000 by the Rutherglen Mega in Victoria and make that event her 20, 000 th. Targeted so multi's on the way down to get me closer to 1000 multi's, under 15 to go and got another 8 this trip. So we went out to get some parts of the fishing line geo art that some of the JAMS members haven't completed plus the " Crab ", " The Hook " and the " Sea Horse " geo art series plus some extra caches along the way. By request of one of the members of the fishy tales we swapped the logs sheets for new log sheets ( at least 350 ) and we also removed the 10 mint tins we found and replaced them with preform tubes. All containers found eaten, creacked, broken or with out lids were also replaced with the caches supplied bt the fishy tales group. By the end of the trip we had filled 1 and 3/4 quartes of a standard sized medium bin liner bag with log sheets and broken containers ( some containers not of the geo art series ). Only sighted 2 snakes while doing the geo art but i think i walk though at least 3 dozen spider webs. I found a trackable on the ground about 2 meters from the cache while doing the crab geo art, some people need to be more careful when carrying trackables in their pockets while caching. We stayed in Port Vincent over night. I even got my 18, 000 cache find this weekend, that is probably less surprising since i got just under 400 finds for the weekend. A good weekend away was had by all and it wasn't to hot but i wouldn't have wanted it any hotter.

This was the first we saw on the art trail. Loved the little trail and the fairy garden. Was wishing we had our little granddaughter with us! Thanks
I was sure I got this one last time I was here but I have stamped it now perhaps for the 2nd time. Logging on the app isn’t always the best way to do it as sometimes it doesn’t go through
Found with Molly Squib and Clive Staples
TFTC and Merry Cache-mas!
Saw a different trail of hidden figurines and numbered rocks. I wonder what that is about?

Another beautiful mural of the area. TFTC out and about over the school holidays and thought we would some caching but had to pick only certain ones due to the warm weather and high grass with the likelihood of snakes.
Muggles having a picnic so we went for hot donuts and came back. Great little walk. TFTC
Loved the picture, thanks for bringing us here. Found with Northstar76 and superman_22
Out and about geocaching and Stacey learning h to drive. Found with superman_22, giselle_13. This is so cool thank you for this. I would have never stop and walked this trail.
Up early today but had a more leisurely morning than yesterday. A bit of a coastal walk and the. Down to Marion Bay. Needed to find a cache on its 9th birthday for a challenge I am working towards. Picked up a few others there to make the drive worth while.
Then finished the geoart did a little happy dance. Huge thank you to the team behind fishy tails really appreciate the effort that goes into maintaining such a mega series for all to enjoy. It’s taken me over 5 years to complete.
After the geoart was done picked up a few AL and meandered my way home. Still so many places to visit always love a trip to the YP.
Pretty mural on this water tower. TFTC Earthlight

Great spot to enjoy the water tower view. Geo grandkids loved the opportunity to tick a geocache off before heading back to Adelaide after a day in Port Vincent. Perfect way to top off a lovely day on the Yorke Peninsula!
