Well we are definitely Vegemite people, and dont like Promite or Marmite. Many years ago we left our 2 kids and our miniature fox terrier with my parents while we went away for a week . By the time we got back Flea ( our dog ) was addicted to weetbix buttered with Vegemite. Who would have thought. Thanks for the fun Tftc
Travelling with richlink as part of our Annual Caravan Geocaching Trip.We are staying in Murray Bridge for a few days and doing a bit of sightseeing around the area using geocaching as our guide.A special thank you must go to CPwanderer who has placed so many quality, hides along kilometres if walking tracks in this area. Well done.
Travelling with iluvtrekking from our home state WA. Spending a few days in Murray Bridge to cache the surrounds. Loving the scenery that we pass as we move through the caches - this is our preferred caching - not suburbs. Bit chilly but not raining. Thanks CPwanderer
Found it! Today after finishing work early I headed to Monarto to continue cleaning the sea of unfound caches in this area. Definitely not a fan of said food item! TFTC!
In all our travels we would not have even thought to travel to this location.
(HaHa). In your dreams, these cachers do.
[:(!] Thanks for an awesome effort.
Devilish
Brilliant and Clever
I like it
Another one off the list

On account of the glorious weather, I decided to take a three day weekend and do some camping and geocaching around Murray Bridge.
Today I concentrated on the Callington and Monarto area in the morning and then spent the afternoon exploring Murray Bridge.
An enjoyable day with lots of great caches.
Thanks for the cache CPwanderer.

The penultimate day to finish filling my calendar to loop 11. Today I only needed to find two caches but I have left three of the gourmet series..just in case. [^]
Woo hoo, I got what I needed and now it was just back to geomobile via a bonus cache to complete the series. [^] A nice quick find here without any cache guardians buzzing about.
Only one of the three goals from last year achieved. So once again trying and fill my calendar with multi-caches and complete loop 11 again this year. [^] For my third goal I will try and get my DNF numbers from over fifty to single digits. That should keep me busy again this year! [:o)]
***Thanks CPwanderer for putting out this cache and maintaining it for our enjoyment. ***

A day out with Featherwaite.
We went to Charlston and Monarto and picked up any others we came across.
We had a pleasant walk around the park picking up caches as we went.
All up probably took just a little over an hour.

Found with Team Waldron during a visit to Charleston Conservation Park, Kanmantoo and Monarto Woodlands. Thanks for the cache CPwanderer!
Got the munchies for a bit of geocaching today. Has been a while. Good to be out again. Cache and contents are all good-Thanks for the cache CP
Found with hevwalker, Freddo and Laighside Legends. Headed off from event with hevwalker and Freddo to find the new caches in the area, I grabbed a couple extras along the way as I hadn't ever been here before....I will return to complete the rest at some stage. During the walk our group grew and then shrunk as we met up with others and then went on our own directions again. Great to catchup with everyone and enjoy the cache hunting. Glad we had wet weather gear on as when it rained it wasn't too inconvenient for us, as we stayed dry and warm. Thanks for the excerise and great caches CP.
Visited the area for the CO's event today...after signing the log, a hello to friends, grabbing a lamington & recieving my doggie bag gifts I headed off with scramping & freddo to grab the first few caches of the series...along the way we were joined by other cachers looking for the same smilies
Nicely themed set of caches...
Thanks CPwanderer for placing them

Not sure what I was expecting, but not what I found, not really being a fan.
My guess would of been a can of coke, potato chips or perhaps a can of beer...
Another interesting walk through the monarto woodlands,
despite the weather, the birds still love this place.
Thanks for bringing me here again, CPwanderer

After missing these 3 caches of the new series a few weeks ago with Freddo parked up and made the short walk to them. All 3 nice and easy finds
Today I headed to Monarto/Murray Bridge region for CP’s Two cents worth event, so decided to leave early in the morning to collect a chunk of caches in the area before the event then do a few after, unfortunately the rain changed my plans throughout the day as limited walking could be done. Still managed to get 54 finds for the day.
Thanks for the cache

One of quite a few found while taking a wander in CPwanderland before and after Cps weather challenged Two Cents Worth event.
I must admit I favour a different manufacturer of this Australian Ambrosia and, according to the labels, was made first and is slightly lower in sodium content and has never been owned by overseas interests and according to me is much easier to spread
Thanks to CPwanderer for putting out this cache for all to find.

Rub some behind your ears to save you from drop bears.
I have driven past the factory in Melbourne and the smell is in the air.
I will apologize right now, because everything from here on is here solely for the purpose of padding the word count.
The cache was found in the last place we looked, which as usual was not the first place we looked. Thanks for placing a fun cache guys. We do love your work. We signed the logbook. Of course we did that is way we play this game. Cache in pretty good condition for the cache age.

Easter 2020 was supposed to see South Australia Geocaching hosting the next Easter big MEGA event, GeoVenture 2020 at Millicent. GC82DAN. Due to COVID restrictions the event is now postponed to early October 2021. Check out the event page and our website for new details. We would love to see you at this four day event. Mega event sponsored by Wattle Range Council, Geocaching.com and many other supporters. Lots of caches to find with two classic geo art trails including the famous animated bottle and glass.

If you can see the bread through it, you haven’t applied it thick enough.

An enjoyable trail of many bushcaches and dog friendly too - our favourite type of caching!
After a drizzly start we headed off to attempt the Gourmet Geocaching series.
A nice walk around the woodlands with just two hares spotted. All caches in great condition and easily found.
Many thanks for another interesting series CPwanderer

Another Monday caching, starting at the woods. A nice walk today. Thanks CP.

13 is my lucky number, I was born on a Friday 13th, and I had just finished eating some Australian Ambrosia when I got wind of this latest addition to the series. Everything is telling me to go.
So off I go. Drizzly and grey at home at Gumeracha, but into the rain shadow and it's a glorious day (see photo). Folks on Highland Road sure have nice views.
No cars at the parking waypoint, an easy find and a blank log book, I told you 13 is lucky.
Bit pressed for time today - big geocaching adventure happening tomorrow - so I'll leave the other unfound gourmet items for another day.
Thank you yet again CPwanderer.
