Reperio 07:07Day 3 of my little escapade down to Albury, and it was up early this morning to tackle some caches along Nail Can before the sunand the snakes were up. After enjoying a nice run back down the hill, I veered off to grab this one. Really enjoyed the morning out here.Gratias Thewins5As a well spent day brings happy sleep, a well spent life brings happy death - LDV

Annual leave time again. An awesome day for a walk, I decided on Nail Can as I haven't been up here in a while and have a few solved puzzles to collect. Felt like I had the hill to myself today, no one around at all. I was about a foot off standing on a small red belly black snake here! As I approached GZ I was too focused on the hide and missed spotting him. Luckily, he moved away quick. Lesson #1 pay attention to where your walking. Signed the log as I watched him from a distance. TFTC!

The youngest Ez boy wanted to do some MTB riding today so we decided to have a wander around Nail Can, a wander that turned into 6km and 6 caches later.
A nice easy puzzle that had been on the to do list for a while. I probably started complaining at this point as the promise from hubby that it was flattering out was not happening! Ha!
Onwards and upwards.
TFTP and cache. Cheers

A nice easy puzzle, quickly solved, combined with a lovely walk today led us to this appropriately themed cache today.
A nice find and all dry.
TFTC and the fun.

Hike day today with geosister klbooth - Nailcan Hill. Next door to our Mum's place and ever looming physically and geocachingly, so time to get up here. We left home at oh-silly-hundred hours (thanks Mum) and came up the hill in the dark from the west side. A couple of caches and then this one which we hit a bit after dawn.

This was a puzzle I contributed to the mix today, one that I found easy (a surpise to all involved, not the least me). A great spot and fitting hide.

Thanks Thewins5 for entertaining me at this location.
Cool *{Overall find #10438}* Cool

Out visiting family from the UK and doing some caching with big brother Pprime. Today was our Nail Can Hill day. We had done some puzzle solving so had a few to collect although sadly a couple we could not crack. We had convinced the geomum to get up before the birds and drop us the other side of the hill with the plan being to come down Range Rd when we were done which leads us right to home. I am not a fan of up and very slow so we set off on the hike while still dark to get to the top then walked north to the Isolation cache where we started the hunt with the early morning light and then moved south and to the east.

This was another straight forward cache. I went straight to it for once and then had a little laugh at the container. Very apt!

All in good order, log signed and replaced as found. Thanks for placing this cache for us to find!!Big Grin

Was on a mission to conquer the final peak today (this cache was perfect for it - plenty of huffing & puffing), but I've somehow miscalculated and fallen short by 49 points...Will have to wait for twosday 22022022! Tftc Thewins5

Not caught between a rock and hard place on this puzzle, a nice simple one for a change...unlike the walk with the geopooch on a hot and steamy day, not a great idea and the geopooch was looking for shade, lots of butterflies, birds, spiders and rocks about, did not take too long to find the themed cache container, TFTC Thewins5, surprisingly a 3TF !!!

We’ll rock my sox - it’s a rollicking good morning up here and not a soul to be seen. Lucky me had an unplanned overnighter in Albury so this looked like a good destination for this gal on her trusty peddly treadly before heading home. Plenty of fine little spiders weaving large webs between trees so apologies for any work destroyed. Also plenty of rocky features for the geology buff and beginner earth cacher! I recognised the likely resource needed and calculated GZ quickly. TFTC and the FUN.

FTF. Arrived home from work to discover that a puzzle cache had been published nearly to home and so it was a quick change of clothes then off for a search.
Another informative Thewins5 cache, which provided a source of knowledge about a topic that I should be keen to study up on as I have a passing interest in geology.
A beautiful day out to enjoy the surrounding scenery, and after catching up with the CO along the route I moved towards the final destination.
SL at 2.30pm. A well hidden cache and the hide was replaced as found. A good spot for a cache here also. TFTC Thewins5. Enjoyed the journey.
