Quick find on way home. To Toowoomba. We added another piece of paper for the log. Tftc
Log Full TFTC ... *Found with [Geooh GO](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mobiltal.geoohGO)*
Log is full. Oh I am so tired that I can't write individual logs for today's cache finds. Please forgive the generic logs but be happy that your cache has contributed to my having all the Queensland LGAs except the Whitsundays and the Aboriginal areas. I cached by myself and cherry picked the caches along a route that would cover the two required LGAs. This part of Australia is just beautiful. TFTC TNLN SL either as Smittengranny or SG.
Found during today's tourist drive after a busy day yesterday. Looked around at GZ and noted a lot of searching evident at ground level with grass disturbed. But found ok, signed the log in a spare space though the log book is well filled. Suggest replacement required. TFTC, Richmond Lad. Don't know why I logged the cache just north of here back in 2021, and didn't log this one then.
With an Event in Beaudesert today, it is a great opportunity to aid hatzofff in finding some Scenic Rim caches for a specific challenge. Of course, I am sure Imbunda and I will also collect a few along the way.Really, a nice quick find.Log signed and cache replaced as found at 6:13 PM on April 27, 2024. TFTC, Richmond Lad.
Today RoddyC, Hatzofff and I had an early start to cache our way to Beaudesert for an Event then cache after the Event too. Hatzofff was trying to get enough caches in the Scenic Rim for a certain Challenge.Found this cache and signed the log before replacing as found. TFTC
Home from our trip away and getting back into caching. An event in Beaudesert and a challenge to qualify for has brought us to the Scenic Rim.Nice find. Just turkeyed around a bit and there it was. Disturbed a toad.Caching with RoddyC and Imbunda.TFTCache Richmond Lad
Took the motorhome for its monthly spin in the country today. We started by visiting a dragon fruit farm out near brown plains and then headed out for a country pub lunch. Id been through this region last year and had it marked as somewhere to come for a day trip. Cache was quickly located and log signed. Returned to its hidey hole and off to find the next cache.A big thanks to the cache owner for making this cache available to be found.Cheers
It is Saturday morning, about 8 am, and I am out geocaching early. And the grass is, of course, still wet. My shoes are now soaked. Found after a short search this morning. Thanks for the cache.
A beautiful Saturday morning with no plans ... awesome! Geodoggo in the car we headed to Ipswich and beyond to collect some caches for a new challenge.
A quick find here.
Thanks Richmond Lad for the cache.

As I approached I thought the cache may be flooded. But all good!!
Coming back to the Goldie after visiting friends in Ipswich. Taking the back road home and of course caching.
I AM GUR.

Today we are returning from Kooralbyn and have taken the time to find a few caches, all were in good condition and well placed. SL TFTC
The two caches in this town were supposed to have been the first on the list this morning for NurseyJulie and I, but a slight error in navigation has us circle around through Kalbar and Boonah before heading up here on the return trip. Ah well, got there eventually.
At GZ another circle resulted in the cache being tracked down and our named added to the log.
Cheers Richmond Lad.

On our way home after a successful morning caching, we parked up nice and close to this one. Spotted easily and log signed. TFTC

Quick little weekend away, exploring the country side, with the ultimate goal to complete some of the Map of Australia Geo-Art on the Brisbane Valley Rail Trail.
First one for the day, nice easy find and the log was half full and surprisingly dry.
All the logs are in good condition unless specified otherwise, and they were all found with ease unless specified otherwise.
Cache logs are either stamped, signed with Rogersclan13 or just RC13 for space. Thanks for the cache and thank you for breaking the drive up **Richmond Lad**

This weekend, with a scheduled Mount Alford wedding, [@jesswrigley](http://coord.info/PRNW59T) and I used the occasion to base ourselves at Boonah for a long weekend exploring the Scenic Rim vicinity.
On Friday, we took a short stop in Ipswich before arriving in Boonah staying in an ex-church accommodation.
On Saturday, we explored Mount French, Boonah, Lake Wyaralong, and then returned via Kalbar completing the *Churches of the Scenic Rim !* Adventure Lab.
On Sunday, we took a hike up Mount Greville, and after checking out a few stops along Reynolds Creek, we returned to Boonah for showers, before driving back home.
Following our hike at Mount Greville followed by a Boonah refreshment and lunch, we then started to drive back to Brisbane, stopping at a few geocaches along the way, including this geocache. Once we were on the right side of the tree, it wasn't long before the cache was found, and the cache container and logbook were in good shape. Thanks Richmond Lad for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.
Note that this geocache was logged with the *Team Warren* Davidwazza/jesswrigley stamp.

A bit mushy in places after 3 days of flooding but nature is quick to restore itself indeed.
Wow!
There has obviously been quite a bit of water through here in recent days, well above cache height but all is good and the log is nice and dry.
Nice quick find.
Made our mark & replaced as found.

I had just bypassed this one due to a car at GZ. I knew I would be passing on the way back. My previous stop was also morning tea break, so the coast was clear on my return.
Heading home after a stop for coffee in Boonah.
Thank you for hiding this geocache Richmond Lad

I decided last night to visit the lovely Scenic Rim chasing a couple of attributes for a challenge or two…
So with 14 targets, including a FTF, I set off at 7am this morning… at Browns Plains I realised I’d left my day pack at home… so back I went which meant I was about an hour behind… oh well…
I’ve done a loop via Kooralbyn, Tamrookum Creek, Rathdowney, Tamrookum, Hillview, Kerry, Beaudesert, Rathdowney again, Maroonand finally Mt French and am finally making my way back to Brisbane… this was a nice quick find thanks to spot on co-ordinates… tftc…

Nice and quick find - log was dry but they must get a lot of water through this area when it rains!! TFTC!
Mrs. Herbz jumped out of the car to search for this one. As she disappeared behind a tree, another car pulled over in front of us and the lady got out. Walking past she pointed to the haystack across the road saying she was going to take a photo. We were so busy caching we hadn't even noticed it until then! Mrs Herbz thought it would be a good idea to get a photo too so she went over to to avoid suspicion. Meanwhile Mr Herbz snuck out of the car and made the find. There was a nice clean log sheet in there, not sure what happened to the previous wet one.TFTC
We were heading to the Dugandan Hotel for a gathering for dinner and picking up a few caches along the way.
I parked close and walked over and spotted the hiding spot straight away. I removed the cache and opened it to find it was full of water. I moved back to the car and delicately removed the soaked log and managed to put my name on the back sheet. It really needs a more waterproof container in this location.

Now that FTF has been claimed I am logging a find - was with CO when caches were placed in July.
This was a nice easy find out in an interesting part of the world on a perfect geocaching day. TFTC
Second on my list it was a short drive and fortunately a country road to stop off near the busy road. I had zeroed in on another spot but with no cache there I back tracked towards the car and found it in a more obvious spot . Log slightly damp but still useable. Tftc
This is another I had to get to the top of the summit with only a few hours to spare. The log was damp but I was able to sign it with PJT. Thanks for this one. Sometimes it would be good to have a few spare ones closer to home in these situations. Anyway thanks for this one.
Born and bread in the Scenic Rim i have been watching with interest as this series has emerged. In fact on a couple of occasions I have been driving past on the publication day but had more pressing issues to address as I prepare the family farm at Moogerah for sale in the not to distant future.
With local knowledge come local stories at each location. It is romoured that one younger version of a geocacher had an interest in a young lady up this very side road. Then that is another story. The strange thing about this road was one day riding up the road on a motor bike a sow and a group of piglets ran out in front of said motorcyclist. Survival instincts set in and a collision with the sow was avoided. Unfortunately one of the piglets did not fair well from this encounter.
Another stranger story in the Scenicn Bush.

*FTF* Out today grabbing a few caches around the Scenic Rim. This was a nice quick find; log was a bit damp signed and cache returned as found. TFTC
Out for a drive in the country. We stopped by this cache to check on it prior to publication. Log signed and everything returned as found. TFTC
