Great view, interesting information. Pity no camping anymore, we're looking for somewhere.
WA Big Trip Winter 2024. Day 79 - Mount Magnet to Yalgoo. I spent a relaxed morning in Mount Magnet doing the three town caches and visiting the museum. The museum covers a lot of stuff, but the heavy machinery is what makes it so impressive. A light snack, and I was on my way. Only two caches on the journey today, and one was an old DNF. The final was a short detour to the Joker Tunnel, an impressive joke ... I had a quiet afternoon at the caravan park in Yalgoo before cooking dinner in the van. The rest of the trip to Geraldton tomorrow. This was an amazing side trip. A short way off the highway and such an amazing feat of achieving not very much. The cache was found first, and then I went further up to check out the tunnel. I was a little spooked at first seeing legs at the other end, it felt like I was all alone, but I was not. In the end I only walked about half way, but you can see how much work was needed. Thanks for the cache Moneybox48496.5 TNLNVisited: World Traveling Gold GC A#6 & Townsville Sun A#484**Albida**
Great walk in the tunnel even though i had to crawl the last bit. Wasn't dug out for 6 for high people lol. Good hide

We are having a little bit of time off from helping our friends in Nanson we decided to head north to try and collect a few more LGA's and Lab caches and anything else that pops up on screen
Muggle friends had told us about this tunnel and then seeing that there was a cache here as well we weren't going to go passed without stopping for a look and we are really glad that we did.It is a fantastic area and happily the cache was found nice and quickly and our name was aded to the log and everything returned as it was,Then we headed up to check out the tunnel and get a bit more information and that was really worth the effort.
We only saw one bat here today but have been told there can be colonies of them at times
Thanks Moneybox for the cache.

Very interesting place. So glad we came up here to find a Geo and learn the history of jokers tunnel. Thank you for hiding this.
Taking some less travelled roads out here with axell33 as we make our way to Broome. It’s been a great trip picking up some of these outback caches. We covered a few k’s getting here after realising we took the wrong road but we’re soon at gz after changing our way. What a great place to explore. The cache was in good order and thank you for placing the cache here.
Caching our way to Broome we made this one so much harder than it should have been. We took the wrong road of the main road and after exploring a few options figured out we had made a mistake. Once on the right road we soon arrived at gz and made a nice quick find. Cool location. We signed your log and returned your cache back to where it resides. TFTC Moneybox
A late start heading to Three Springs on a Friday night to start a big weekend of driving with the goal of picking up the cache Rock B35 - located 100km north of Pindar.
We overnighted on Friday in Three Springs and then headed via a large number of backroads to Cue arriving late Saturday and a big trip planned home via Mount Magnet.
Had a great time seeing lots of sights and chasing down plenty of older and remote caches.
Thanks to the local COs for their hides.
Another must do cache - we never got here for the old team Beachbums cache here but glad to finally checkout the tunnel.

Outnabout during a lull in events whilst in Yalgoo.
Recent roadworks made for a pleasant drive in and the cache was easily found. Thanks Money Box for bringing me back here.

Came along here with goingplaces2 and made an easy find as the co-ords are good. Cache retrieved, log signed and all replaced. Job done! TFTC.
While travelling with ilook4geo we took a short detour off the main road to have a look for this cache. After checking out the tunnel, we checked out the cache for a quick find. All is good here with the container being in a nice well covered position. Thank you Moneybox for featuring a place that needed a lot of very hard work to complete.
What a ripper cache! Moneybox has some of the best caches going. Bats, crickets and great geology.

Day 63 of our West Coast Wander and our trip is coming to an abrupt end.
We are heading home earlier than expected so this is our last cache find and it is a goodie. We found the previous cache at this remarkable location on 3 October 2016, just over 5 years ago.
Thanks Moneybox, for enticing us to return today.

WOW!! We love where geocaching takes us. Nice quick find. Out and about on our 8th day of a nine day adventure TFTC
On an overnighter in the northern wheatbelt to check out the wildflowers with the muggle wife, fortunately I was able to grab a few smilies in the process.
Ducked out to get this one after staying at the Yalgoo Caravan Park. A quick find once at GZ, I noticed it's quickly racking up the smilies.
Moneybox I found your cache at 7:07am, this was the 1st of 4 finds for me today and brings my total find count to 7060. The cache was in good order and I replaced it as found.

With cmb212. We planned our wild flower trip at short notice and thought someone must get to this cache soon .Well they did, yesterday. A fun walk through the tunnel. Loved the bats and the cool moths.
Joint *FTF* with Vinesta @2.15pm. We had been keeping an eye this one after it popped up 4 hours after we left this area a few weeks ago. Couldn’t believe it remained a FTF all this time. Even noticed a friend cacher new to the hobby visit this attraction. We felt sure they would have seen the listing and had a go. Lucky for us that they didn’t. Enjoyed a walk through the tunnel (avoiding the bats and most head bumps thanks to the torch). Came out the other end and decided to walk around leaving the bats to their peace until the next load of tourists. Took pathtag & dropped one of our path tags for the next finder. Thanks Moneybox for bringing us to this very interesting place.
