We decided to get out and about today as Lady membsec was feeling pretty good today, however she may regret that later.Had worked out this multi many, many months ago but hadnt ventured back down south until today. Been here a few times now!TFTC
Questions updated for Dover and Port Huon due to changes in structures at these locations.
Hello S_38 thank you for the cache
Well wasn't this an experience.
As a general rule I don't enjoy multi caches and this was no exemption.
On the first day I wasn't too sure of a questions.
On day two some of the locations had missing information. but I was very grateful for you getting back to me with the information needed.
Once we had worked out the cords I wasn't sure if I had worked it out properly.
On the way to the cords I had worked out I stopped to find another cache and fell down a bank covering myself in a slimy mud.
Well that was the end of that for another day.
Day three and after you getting back a second time your cache was easily found in good condition.
This was one of many caches found on our way back home from Newcastle seeing our grand children.

The last cache of a great day out caching in the area. This cache has been a work in progress, chipping away at the waypoints gradually since it was first published. Today we found ourselves in the general area and decided to finally get around to finishing it off. It's always a good day out driving around here with great views and plenty of roadside produce. It was good to come across new spots we haven't visited before too. Thanks too to the CO for getting back quickly with the info for the missing signs. TFTC!
Cheers,

Out and about with the Rafa family for the castle maze or just because it was a nice day. TFTC TNLN log dry.
Thank you so much for this multi.
RLD4963, the two GeoGSP's and I decided to have a daytrip down the channel today - with the main aim to see if we could complete this multi. We did a few other caches along the way, but we really wanted to get this one done.
Firstly, a big shout out to the CO for this one - a couple of things had changed at a couple of waypoints, and they responded very quickly to messages that were sent. Often before we had left the waypoint we were visiting. I also appreciate the sentiment behind the cache - I had no idea what the title referred to, but I checked it out online and after visiting the waypoints today, like that this highlights this initiative.
The weather wasn't always favourable today, but we both agreed that we preferred these conditions than yesterdays heat. After gathering all the required info, we made our way to GZ. It was a nice quick find at GZ. Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache.
Overall, really enjoyed this multi - recommend this one as a daytrip down the channel to be enjoyed leisurely. A favourite from me.

For an unplanned day out it was a good job well done with all of us having a smashing time completing this one. thanks for the hard work.
After a impromptu offer of a caching trip from budgie on a public holiday turned out not to be an invitation after all and just a statement of fact the goose flew round and picked me up and we drove down South to meet Budgie and Old Saint for a bit of a catch up.
Thanks for the caches.

Budgie mentioned 'a little jaunt' in his log. This final part was but the whole cache took quite a few more hours, many of them online as well as driving. I love the area so a jaunt or two down this way is no hardship, especially if I can dangle a non-caching carrot for the family to come along. eg Post Office 6985 does great pizzas in Dover, there's plenty of interesting family distractions in Cygnet (and coffee) and fantastic scenery all around.
I love a multi, enjoy a drive and the produce is damn good down this way too.
Thanks S_38 @ Lekker_Ding

A public holiday and I needed to get out of the house before going back to work tomorrow.
So the few new caches around the Huonville area was a target, and this allowed me to catch up with Oldsaint, who I had talked to but not seen for quite a while
Caught up with Goose and Rat as well for this little jaunt
TFTC
Well this cache had finally been finished after doing a lot of work to work out the final location for this cache. Great concept and interesting bins they have provided for this

Worked out some of the multi from the couch (amazing what you can find when you look hard - driving would have been quicker haha but it was pouring with rain that day) and also knowing where it finished and a question change (from the cache page) also helped narrow some answers down. So today after being "boosted" we headed south to find the remaining numbers needed as geocaching is great to get you out and about in the outdoors away from the covid crowds! What a beautiful drive. An enjoyable day. Deserves a favourite. 2nd to find 12 months after publication, perhaps a typo? TFTM
Hi S_38
This was an interesting tour of the Channel and the Huon area
The views from the waypoints were brilliant
However, my first attempt at finding this cache; due to two mistakes in the calculation, had me looking in the wrong but very interesting location
Today, those errors were corrected and a quick find was had
Sainted and logged the cache at 0750 hours, gaining a *FTF*
Thanks for a great hunt and find - favourites point given
Cheers OldSaint
