Logs
Found in good condition. Pretty good easy finding not the best needs to be harder for a pro like me lol
Area is covered in trash. Kids hanging around house over the road, more kids watching from the tower. It's not a pretty place and not somewhere I was prepared to linger longer.
Great little hide! Was open when I found it and log was quite wet, but it's all back in and sealed up now
Checked on cache which was indeed missing so was reinstated today ready to be found again. Please treat cache with care and enjoy
We found this cache, but not at the coordinates given, it took a little searching. When found, it was noted as being in a state of disrepair, the logbook is missing and the lid is long gone. Owner has been messaged. Thanks for the cache.
barb2e and I were on our way to Ballarat, but picked up a few caches on the way. What an interesting area. If it wasn't so hot and if I wasn't limping after a knee operation and if I had more time, it would have been nice to get up on the tower with my binoculars and watch the area for a while. TFTCPS the cache is missing the lid and the log is getting fragile.
Another find on the trip to Ballarat with isopeda. Quick stop for a county or 2. Tftc
Fairly easy but creative, co-ordinates helped a lot. Would highly recommend to others
Easy found with accurate coordinates. Sadly the cache lid is damaged, and don't know how this is possible without very heavy hands. Log still dry, but cache needs maintenance.
We have got way behind in our logging and are trying to catch up and get our caching in order.Life has been pretty hectic this year, and a lot of it has gotten in the way of efficient logging of finds. We want to thank all the Cache owners for providing an array of caches for us around our countryside and in our cities. We apologise for the generic logs. We must do this to get through the backlog.Unless otherwise specified, all the caches we found were in good order.Thank you, deanside, for this Traditional cache.
Just in the area and thought we'd grab a cache. Stubbed my toe. Quick park and grab. Tftc
Well I was in the area today and had some time to fill in before I had to pick up my dad. So many choices but after a few looks I found the right spot. Great hide. TFTC
Me and my friends first time caching! I was gonna give up but she persisted. Had a bit of trouble getting the paper out but eventually got there ️
Found by Mary and David at 10:40. Took us way too long to find this one, but remember our old eyes are dim. Even after we found it, though, we didn't understand the hint. M now has real estate envy, too. Love your work. Our thanks to deanside.
Missing cache has been reinstated, apologies to cachers who may have tried to find it, but it is now awaiting some fresh signatures. Cachers please be stealthy and replace cache exactly how found. Happy trails, Deanside
Out and about on my weekly caching day, I am catching up on caches out my side of town. This cleverly hidden chap was found after a short search. This cache could have easily taken a lot longer to find, but I just happened to look in the right spot at the start of my search. Very inventive.
Was in the area to do a few things and thought I’d quickly stop by to grab this nearby cache. TFTC deanside
Wow, this was right in your face and you didn’t even notice until a good search! This was a good one
While staying in Melbourne we picked up a few caches in the area and this was one of them.
Cache and contents were in good condition.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment.

Sometimes you get lucky.
Thanks to the CO for some kind maintenance just in time for me to find it. Don't over think this one. You know there are only so many choices so don't sweat in your boots.
Found out and about on the 2023 trip for the Rutherglen Mega. Thanks to deanside and **clear skies** from TeamAstro. [^] Cache the planet! [^]

In the area for work so decided to take a quick detour and collect this cache!! I found it out in the open and not sure if this is where it should be. I have let the CO know
Thanks for the cache

No luck here.
Given the original location muggled numerous times, and now it's in front of houses...

The cache has once again been stolen but because I think this area is quite significant, I am looking at relocating to a location not so highly frequented by Muggles (or as I'd call these people, Thuggles), so Geocachers can still enjoy these Grasslands
Coordinates changed from:
S 37° 43.719 E 144° 44.129
Coordinates changed to:
S 37° 43.760 E 144° 44.152
Distance from original: 272.9 feet or 83.2 meters.
This cache has been stolen 3 times in its short history (having been first published on 22/10/2021. I have replaced it immediately but now may the time to relocate it to a position not so highly trafficked. I still want to highlight this area and have Geocachers visit and imagine what the area looked like before the land was changed into suburbia. Hence I'm hoping to have this cache republished at different coords, but still within the area. The original area was located near a tower that one could view the grasslands from, but unfortunately it has become a local hangout. Hopefully this new site will be more secure

Please note the change of coordinates due to the high theft of this cache. Hopefully it is now in a more secure spot
Checked cache this morning, still in situ waiting to be found. A previous cacher mentioned they'd found it years ago, must have been another one as this cache was only placed just over a year ago. Keep looking people...it is there!
Couldn’t find it searched everywhere - not sure if it’s been takin again or what
DNF, returned here after finding it several years ago. Be careful of wildlife while searching, spotted a brown snake.
Found while on a trip to Ballarat and beyond from Adelaide. The monkey was invited to the GF by her goal umpire brother who flew over. Her tix were going to be in excess of $800 so i offered to drive her over. As things do with 19yo, the car filled up with excited friends along for the ride. Hoping to grab a heap of LGAs, virtuals and letterboxes for challenges I’m working on.
As everyone else said Such a shame about all the rubbish. Great view and some bird life but not even a no was seen.
Thank you for placing this for us to find. Thank you for contributing to the geo map and maintaining when required. TFTC

Have been wanting to grab this one for sometime. I was searching all the typical spots given GZ until I read a previous log that changed by train of thought. Then it was a quick find.
Sneaky. Thanks deanside great first hide.
Sneaky. Thanks deanside great first hide.
Suscoe found this cache this afternoon.
Took a few looks before we twigged.
The mess around here is so sad.
Thanks to deanside for this hide.
Time to head home now.
A few light showers were starting to appear.

Had a bit of fun finding this, was fun to look at all the misspelling in the graffiti
Strange area, but why are people so terrible with leaving litter? Needs a CITO here.
There is an Augustus Gelatery in this suburb that I have yet to visit so given I needed a multi today I set off on a dual mission. I spent a bit of time searching for this one in all sorts of places I expected it to be. It was a few minutes later that I discovered something I had discounted earlier was actually the cache. Definitely not what I was expecting given GZ.
Lots of rubbish around this area .
Thanks deanside for adding this cache to the worldwide collection for us all to find.

We’ll what appears to be left of it. Maybe move slightly but turn into a Premium…. It’s a great location and a terrific urban viewing platform. T4TC
Have replaced 2nd cache, for those new cachers, sign the log and please replace cache as found. The coordinates are exactly the same, but a different hidey hole. Hopefully this lasts longer. Happy Caching, apologies to this who have visited whilst it was missing and thanks for visiting
This cache has been stolen for a second time. Will replace once more but if stolen again, given the short time the cache has been placed, will be disabled. Apologies to those cachers who have been culprits of the missing cache!
Gave it a quick look but the path gave me vertigo. Will come back with the fearless geokids
The cache has been replaced today after being taken. How does this happen when hidden, but perhaps be a little bit easier to locate now it's back. Please be aware of Muggles , the place was surrounded by rubbish when I visited , so clearly a local hangout. Try to replace cache back into it's hidey hole and hopefully it will last a bit longer at this location. Apologies to previous cachers who were unable to locate it, hopefully you'll return to get a Smiley!
We looked high, we looked low. Looked up and down. Looked in and out. Pulled, tugged, twisted, lifted. Searched with our eyes hands and cameras. This cache must be well concealed!
Found it! We thought it might be a tricky find after a DNF but happened to spot it relatively quickly. TFTC
Nice find, hopefully won't be stollen by teens around here at night. Accurate coordinates.
Found by caughtatwork at 16:10 on 7/11/2021
A tricky find as the GPS was just that little bit off and we searched all locations only finally come up with the cache in the last place we had to check. A nice area for a stroll anbd smack, bang in the middle of two Geocaching Australlia geocaches in the same reserve.
Took nothing, left nothing.
Thanks for this geocache here today.
