Found this cache 'Thrill rides Denmark' at 2:39pm TFTC last one to find in this fun series. Ps log book is getting damp.
Out in the Bendigo area in the ever trusty PueGEOt to find some caches. All four of my children and now my granddaughter has the joy and thinking that Lego brings. I'm sure it had a great part in leading my son to becoming an engineer as he told me that over 80% of engineers grew up playing with Lego.TFTC
We very much enjoyed exploring this area. So nice to see the active regeneration efforts in effect here. Would like to return in the future to see how these new planting have taken off.Our GeoKids (not along on this adventure) LOVE Lego, they have a whole lounge room dedicated to building Lego creations. We've all but given up on keeping it clean. They know Lego is not to travel to other areas of the house or it gets dismantled and returned the brick box.TFTC
We have set off on our annual winter escape but with no real plans other than a set of ideas. Our first stop is Bendigo, a place we haven't visited for any length of time in the past. There appears to be much to see and a good variety of caches to keep us entertained. We met up with our caching buddies Rebel Acts and Omegaman for a few days as well which added to the laughs and fun.Caches logged as RASPOM or SKI Pair if they had already found them. This is one of the caches we have found to date.Thank you for your efforts in creating and maintaining the cache BettaGeo.**SKI Pair****
Found with Grubbs1337 and ITWimdy. ??A great day out with Dad and his mate. Thanks for the cache ??
Caching around Bendigo I decided to go for a walk around this area to grab these caches. I love roller coasters and thrill rides but I didnt check out the QR codes on these. Super cool containers. TFTC
Visiting family near by, so a walk was in order on this beautiful Autumn day. Enjoyed our walk around this area. Thanks BettaGeo for this series.
Found on open ground about 15 meters away from gps location, re located to where we think it should have been
TFTC SL - Early morning stroll to catch some caches . Loving the Thrill series Cache is in great condition

A weekend in Bendigo for a concert at The Capital, but with plenty of time to spare I headed out to grab a few caches...while the wife was shopping...and this series, as well the THRILL rides, were the go-to.
Now onto the second of the two series and this was another neat little walk. Couple of well positioned seats, with one utilised to sit and take in the view. Didn't take long and I was back at the start and heading into town.
Thanks for the fun BettaGeo...still liked the containers.

I'm doing the O'Keefe RT between Loganlea and the highway crossing today. Took a wee detour to do this loop - my original plan was to go straight along the RT but yet here I am!! I've scanned the QR but will watch it later - probably with my teenager who loves all of these types of rides. Many thanks for bringing me to an area that I had no knowledge of. I adore the container too. Many thanks for this series.

Back in Bendigo with Rebel Acts for a few days of caching fun, It's great to see so many new caches around town.
The weather wasn't the kindest ,sun was absolutely baking but still had a great day of caching.

Overall Experience: we ha a great walk around the area today. As our first area for the day after a great road trip, it was great to grab 6 in less than an hour! Noticed someone in the area seems to be cleaning it up. Here is hoping they don't find these caches, as we suspect they did with one!
Hide: Well hidden but easily spotted when you know what to look for!
Cache Condition: Cache is in good condition with a dry log!

Took a little bit to find this one due to clouds and mobile phones bouncing the gps signal around. Enjoyed listening to "heros" as we signed the log

And this brings us to the best Australian entrant so far. Also went to his concert 2 nights ago.

Noticed this little group of caches when I was looking for somewhere pleasant to stop for lunch. Perfect. A small, patch of bush AND several caches. Which is first? Linch or caches? The caches won so boots on geovehicle locked and off to find some caches. I’ve never watched Eurovision but they make a lovely series and trust it will be expanded annually and . TFTC BettaGeo
Caching with my brother! First of 7
Never explored here, thanks for getting us out and about

Woohoo found all 7 caches, what an adventure! Time to let the dogos go for a paddle.
Left a bit early for my Astronomy weekend so I could do a bit of caching on the way up.
I probably could have done a bit more as I don't think I will see any stars tonight!
Another series for the deadly treadly.
Can't say I have ever paid much attention to the Eurovision contest, but I really enjoyed the ride around the Honeyeater Reserve. (event though I didn't see any!)
I hunted down all these familiar containers.
Thanks for another enjoyable series.
Thanks, Robmc.

WOW - The olympics of the voice! It was fascinating to learn some of the background to Eurovision as we wandered through the Aussie bush, with pauses to add our name to the logs of neatly hidden caches, with accurate co'ordinates and a listen in as we walked to the next cache.
Thanks BettaGeo for placing such an interesting series on the gameboard.

Took the geodog for a walk before it got too hot, was already quite warm though so he thoroughly enjoyed a dip in the dam at the end. All coordinates spot on and a quick find at each TFTC
Collected the MTB after a service and clean and thought may as well go for a quick spin around this reserve. All hides were spot on.

Nice walking track and good hides with accurate coordinates too.
This is the first done.
Thanks BettaGeo

Last day of our first family holiday in our caravan so I decided to get some caches before we pack up and head home.
Found this cache but it is missing its lid and contents. I have written a message to the owner.

A trip to Bendigo to get our points for the 'Denali Peak'. Went in the van, Geodog Penny came with us and so did FUF009.
First up we done the Eurovision Trail. We were surprised that it only took us thirty minutes to complete. We then had a picnic lunch in the bush nearby before continuing on.
Next on our list was the 'THRILL Rides' trail, which was in a more populated area. Although we were in the bush we were also close to houses. Came across some muggles on the way as this area seemed popular for walkers and bicycle riders.
All caches on both trails were quick and easy finds.
After completing the two trails we still had to find a couple more caches to get the points needed to complete this months challenge.
A great day was had by all of us, plus we managed to get the points we needed all in one day.
Geodog Penny enjoyed her walks but was disappointed that she couldn't go swimming in the dam we came across on the first trail. She loves swimming but we didn't want a soaking wet dog in the van to take home with us.
