No luck here today. Lots of sand has been blown around, possibly covering the cache.

No luck with this one I think the sand drift over the last 12 months may have buried it.TFTC

Another slight detour on the way South after an incredible trip up and down the coast.
Still can't get over the beauty of the coastline, colour of the water, and variety of land and water-based critters along the way!!
After chekcing out the memorials, the hunt began, with cache soon spotted, log signed and everything replaced as found.
A muggle nearby was having some lunch and appraoched afterwards - 'is there something up there?'
Quick decision to give the speil on caching, how it all worked, and what the go was. They seemed genuinely interested in this amazing game of ours and seemed excited to learn more about it and give it a go.
Hoping to have added another cacher to this worldwide network!
Thanks for placing this cache for finding and a reason to visit this beautiful spot. TFTC

Heading north on a road trip with richlink enjoying the varied locations and grabbing some caches along the way.
This cache was missing, so with the permission of the CO, we replaced it with a rather poor facsimile, I suspect. Great location, pity you can't camp here anymore. Thanks Moidya

Did not even know this little spot was here. My 6 year old loved the cache itself as was have found so many small ones. The log book was great at the effort in making it was very much appreciated. TFTC

Found it. TFTC Moidya. I can imagine this place could be muggle central at times. Very well hidden. Took me a while. Replaced as found.

Headed up to Geraldton for a couple of days of geocaching with Lachlan177, Geotrakka and Cravo10.

Venturing up through the towns along Indian Ocean Drive, we collected caches on the way up and then ventured around town cleaning up all of the latest placements before eventually retiring to our accomodation, dinner and then even more caching.

Enjoyed the variety of sizes, walks, park and grabs, labs of the caches which always makes for a good day out. Thanks to the local COs for the days fun.

Up at the Farm for Xmas - its been a scorcher! Today its only 35 so Im happy to get out and grab some smilies while Im up. Still sporting a broken arm but cast is off which gives me a bit more movement solo caching. Thanks to the COs for placing and maintaining these caches.
What a refreshing place to ponder and look out to sea. Took a bit to find this - even PAF but after a bit of digging it revealed itself where I was looking all along. The sea winds will move the sand so it may end up buried again but right now its above ground again

After finishing our morning training session Ian was trying to get enthusiastic about working on our retaining wall rebuild and Mac was wanting to go out for his morning walkies. I had intended to walk along the river trail and fix one of our geocaches and then remembered this new geocache down the road which still hadn’t been found.

I suggested to Ian we go down and attempt a first to find, assuming Helen hadn’t already beat us. Hmm…. Aussie Pastries is on the way so why not pack a coffee and buy ourselves some cake and make a morning tea out of this adventure? Ian was quick to agree! I couldn’t decided between black Forrest slice or cherry slice, bought both, back into sunny Subaru and off we drove. What a great idea this turned out to be! I had forgotten how truely beautiful Flat Rocks is on a nice morning, the water running over the reef was so very clear.

The geocache was found in quite a likely spot BUT the surprise was the size. Love what you have done with the container too, a lot of effort must have gone into getting it looking so nice. We sat on the bench admiring the scenery and serenity, I wrote our log in the book. So good to be able to relive memories of geocaching days gone by back when sitting enjoying the scene and writing logs at the cache were the go. If I could give more than one favorite point for this one I would.

Wow….. what a great cache idea! Thanks for providing the inspiration for such a wonderful morning.
