Reperio 07:04Up early this morning for a full day of caching around the Yass and Goulburn area, and the rain that was predicted the day before well and truly arrived. In and out of the car in short bursts carried on throughout most of the day until later in the evening when things settled down. Most of the caches were found in good order today. After searching hopelessly, I then spotted the cache on the ground. Unlike the previous version of this I found, there was no bison tube and it was tricky to get the log out, but manage I did. I signed GW. Fortunately as I found that earlier version of this, I knew where it went and returned it to GZ. TFTC Sui_001.
A quick find after following the GPSr past the usual spot. Thanks for the cache Sui_001
Full time Nomads, travelling around Australia since 2014. Staying a week or so in Yass, today we headed out late morning. Fantastic warm weather today, woo hoo! Headed south today looking for caches as we head towards a major milestone.TFTC Sui_001
Found on a cool Autumn cloudy day. In the area after the Mega and a few more caches of course. Not many muggles around and another good find, thankfully. . Thanks for the cache Sui_001, ***Roostaman***
Found while attending the mega in Canberra. I had a great time caching and catching up with friends. This is one of the caches found today. Thanks Sui_001 for the cache.
Found okay today, although previous ones of these have had an inner container, this was just the log inserted. Its dry though so works. We had a change in our weekend plans, opting instead for a bit of local caching. Yass holds a large choice, and with a few new, yet to be found caches offered an extra incentive. With Flintstone's we made our way north, we missed the first new cache but caught up the the FTF team and continued with them for a few more. A lovely afternoon in the country caching the many trails, certainly there we were spoilt for choice of caches.
Long and boring drive home after two great days at the mega in Rutherglen. Would have loved to stay longer but work is calling Easter Sunday. Grabbed whatever I could on the way.

Shared the find here with goingplaces2 and had no problem with this one. All was good with the container and log, which was quickly signed. TFTC.
Decided to go on a bit of a cache hunt today with ilook4geo even though it promised to be a hot day. We found a good selection with some being very easy to find and some taking more time. This was a nice quick and easy one and the log soon had two more names on the list. Thanks go to Sui_001 for this cache placement.
Out and about with FFLL#1 and ALL7 to pick up some countryside caches. Was nice weather today and we managed to get our names in all the caches we attempted. There were a couple we didnt attempt due to their placements but thats all good. Logs signed as FAR (FurfacesLL, ALL7 and Rapidlywild) for those which we all needed, otherwise it was individual names.
No issues with this one, signed and replaced as found.
Thanks for the cache placement Sui_001 and thanks for a nice day out FFLL and ALL7.

Last minute change of plans meant Saturday was now free. So plans were made with ALL7 and Rapidlywild to go and collect a few caches that had popped up on the map. Actually there are heaps to do but getting the time to do them is rare.
Weather was ideal for caching which made for a pleasant day out in the countryside.
All caches we attempted we found including a couple we could see but valued life a little more to attempt. So no DNF's for us today which was nice. All caches that were found were signed with either FAR (FurfacesLL, ALL7 Rapidlywild) or individual names.
Thanks for the hide Sui_001 and thanks for the fun and laughs ALL7 and Rapidlywild.

A trip to check out some of the awesome places in NSW & ACT and grab some old caches. TFTC.
I added a new log sheet as the current one is gone.

Found the cache, very creative, but no log inside. Not sure what’s happened but needs a new log I suppose?
Found with Tankengine and Youban.
A bit of a wet day, but still ok to cache in. Tftc!!!

Another well crafted Sui_001 creation, unlike most of caches hidden in this sort of place. Quick find, signed log and replaced. TFTC Sui_001
Cache had been moved 25 meters so I returned it to the correct cords and notified the CO.

On a nice winters day with a cold breeze in the air me and IamCoust did a geocaching run around Yass and Murrambateman, driving on quiet unsealed roads picking up parts of the snake, lizard and frog series which dot the landscape out here. Most caches were easy to find so it was mainly a numbers game which was both pleasing and tiring at the same time.
Some caches we considered very near peoples properties so it was a quick get in, get out before being spotted or interrogated. Overall a very enjoyable day. TFTC

An early start to a cool and windy day with Green-Martian tackling a few of the recently published caches out and around the Murrumbateman/Yass area. We targeted a mixture of finds, following a basic route weaving back and forth along the back country roads. Most finds came without issue but the odd one here and there presented a challenge in one way or another. In that regard, any interesting or specific details relating to the find are added to the end of log. Regardless, at the end of the day there were about 60 successful finds, 1 DNF and 1 other we were not well enough prepared to tackle.
As the morning went on the numbers grew, and so did the surrounding clouds. In the end, after a solid 6 hours of caching, as the rain began to fall, we called it quits for the day.
Thanks again GM for a great day out, and the CO’s for all their hard work and effort. TNLNSL TFTC

A tour around Murrumbateman and Yass via the backroads to knock off a few caches. TFTC.
I was heading this way to attend the 'Better Blokes Conference' held at Murrumbateman this weekend and of course, I needed to leave early for caching. I attacked some of the newer and better quality hides by Sui_001 and some fun hides by Darksidedan. I ended up with 7 finds and one DNF . Thanks to both of them for bringing me joy while on my trip over. Also, before you ask, yes I am planning to cache along the way back home on Monday. TFTC's
#14464 - 9:12:00 AM; Another run to the southern outskirts of Yass with Sol de lune for some more in the Lizards/Snakes/Frogs series, along with a few other caches to top up our daily finds. Couldn't find this one to start with, but after a bit of a hunt, spotted a familiar item on the ground close to where the GPSr was taking us. It lacked the usual contents, but some careful removal of debris and the log was located as well and we signed L.L10n & Sdl. Cache was returned to its correct position and we set off further down the road for another of the CO's caches. TFTC Sui_001
Another run with LuckyL10n out around Yass and this was our next stop. Couldn't find this one for a while, and then LL notice it in the grass, obviously not where it should be.....and without the log. Another search in the grass and the log container was found, so all was good. Log was signed and the cache returned to spot where the GPS thought it should be.
Thanks for another SUI.....glad we knew what we were looking for.

Out in Yass today with some extra time to kill!
Only had 3 unfound caches in Yass itself, and I found them all today. What am I going to do next time I am here with too much time to spare
---
Huge amounts of space to pull off the road here, despite being on a corner! Got to love that! A familiar container was soon revealed and I had the log in hand.
P.S This particular one isn't a puzzle that needs to be reset, which is why it is a D2 compared to the other one down the road!
Thanks Sui_001

This weekend has long been down as a Wagga Wagga camping trip for a Community Celebration event at Oura Beach. I was determined to use the time to have a good bite at the remaining caches in the region as well as catch up with plenty of great friends. Day 1. I jumped in the car after work and headed off. I stopped for two caches on the outskirts of Yass and one in Gundagai, but otherwise drove straight to Oura Beach. A smooth trip, but the same could not be said for dinner.
Thanks for the cache Sui_001

Headed out to Yass with fitzy_1965, Death Killer & my_name_jeff_1 for an afternoon of caching.
All caches were found quickly and easily unless otherwise mentioned.
Thanks to Sui_001 for some great cache placement.

Found with minniek and two geo-kids on a glorious Sunday afternoon's caching.
We are very much loving being able to get out and about again finally after quite a while under stay ay home orders. There are still plenty of caches available for us around the Yass region, so once again we headed out west . After finishing the ones along Lucernvale Road, we arrived at this one. A nice quick. We are getting use to these types now ! Signed the log, replaced the cache as found, then headed off to the next one.
Thanks Sui_001 !!

After spending 4 hours on the mower this afternoon, I decided to stretch my legs down Kirkton Road. Picked up a couple of new caches as I went - a well-rounded afternoon!
