Third find of the morning, targeting caches that StreetWalkerNZ had already found on solo missions. I had a bit of trouble spotting the entrance to the reserve and had to do a second drive by to spot it. In my defence, there were lots of cars parked here, blocking my view. The difficulty rating scared me, as I often find 1 rated caches more difficult than higher ratings. But this time, it was fine - a quick find. Not so quick retrieval, would have been impossible for me without tweezers. Nicely hidden, thanks for the effort and TFTC.
I had a work meeting nearby so when that was done, I went to find a couple of caches. This was the first one I came to. Wandered across the reserve and zero'd in on the cache location. A careful look around revealed the clever cache. TFTC, Biggles.
**20,436**Mr Geckoh did very well to spot this one as quickly as he did. Clever camo! TFTC
Another day on my trip to Christchurch with tmann421.Bit of a slower day today but still many fun hides found.Signed logs tm/ww NZThanks to cache owners for all their efforts
Down in the Christchurch area with woolwood9. Thank you for the reason to visit this cache and location SL *tm/ww NZ**Good find and hide.*
Back this way to pick up a header tank tray from Mico and this was just next door - excellent. A quick grab from a clever spot then onwards. Cheers
Glad that I was on my bike as parking is certainly at a premium on a week day afternoon! Soon spotted the well camouflaged cache. Gets a favourite. TFTC.
It took a while to spot this very sneaky little cache, definitely micro not small. Magnificently crafted so it gets a favourite from us. When we found it, the lid was wide open, and consequently the whole cache was at a funny angle. It was also empty, but we soon spotted the log on the ground, rather wet but still usable. We replaced the cache as we assume it was intended. We note the parking coordinates provided are quite impractical. TFTC
We're currently travelling New Zealand in search of adventures. Continuing to explore the South Island, with our last stop in Christchurch before we head to Canada.
20 March 2023 - Cache Number 2933
A quick find here, before we drop our car back and the cache is in good condition. Very good hide, and another "Month Hidden" square completed. TFTC

I found this little, tricky Cache during my after-dinner-walk. Nice place. And really lonely on a rainy sunday evening. TFTC and greetings from a german visitor!
Was about to mark this one as a dnf till I saw something that looked a little out of place. Great hide and TFTC!
Nicely crafted hide. FP. Interesting little spot, cheers for taking me here Thanks to all cache owners for taking the time to place and maintain your caches. Team Broadbent (signed TB on micros). Find # 2473
A random little hideaway indeed.
All quiet on the weekend
Fav point given for a well crafted, well placed and maintained hide
Thanks

A great day to bike around. All quiet today as it's a Saturday. This place is definitely a hideaway wouldn't have found it, if not geocaching. Love the craftmanship! TFTC
Hideaway is a great description for this one. This deserves a favourite. Found with OSC
Sneaky little hide. Kozjah found it straight away. Seems like it could be a higher D rating maybe? FP well earned.
#21466. I was keen to get a find today, and this cache was one of the closer unfound caches to work. The weather was ideal for a lunchtime bike ride and before long I was at GZ. I sussed out the hide some time back on a scouting mission, and had made some notes on the hide. However, I couldn't find anything that matched the notes. Eventually I glanced at the base of the tree, and there was the cache, just sitting on the ground (minus the thing that used to be on the top of the lid). The log was quickly signed, and I replaced the cache where I thought it should have been. It's quite easy to spot now given the lack of the lid attachment. TFTC.
After spending time solving some puzzles on this rainy afternoon, we decided it was time to brave the weather and go for a walk. This was an easy find in a nice reserve that we wouldn’t have found otherwise, TFTC!

This was so much easier to find than the Stark Raven Mad! I had the chance to find that one while it was still in place but that took me multiple visits over the course of a couple of years.
On OSM this is named "Waterloo Reserve No.2"
Unsure if that would be an official name, but I guess that's the only one we have.
Would be a nice place to have lunch at summertime if you work in one of the adjacent places.
I forgot my pen so did a bit of an improvised sign in.
Kia ora! Paldies!

I dropped by to find this one today (very clever, took 3 looks) but only had a pen with me. My caching bag was in the Prado!
I was unable to get the log out as it's so wet, even using thin sticks from nearby. I've sent the CO pics of both the cache AND my pen, hoping for permission to log as found. Failing that I'll have to go back with supplies to get the log out & replace it.
I would have replaced the log if I'd had my tweezers etc with me, promise!

As I mentioned in my previous note I dropped by to find this one yesterday (very clever, took 3 looks) but only had a pen with me. My caching bag was in the Prado!

A favourite point for a well done hide (should have been easy to see and yet it took more than a couple of looks to actually spot it).

This geocacher reported that there is a problem with this cache: the log is wet, cannot get it out of the container without tweezers or similar.
A good little walk in the unknown park. Register a bit wet so didn’t write on it. Might need a new register.
Awesome hide! Favourite from me The log was wet so I kind of signed it… IB. Sorry I had no replacement paper on me. Thanks very much.
Out with Greg, hoovering up some local Caches I've missed, or are pretty new. Great day for it. Cheers.
Out on a cyclocache ride around the SW suburbs of Christchurch. This is a very quiet reserve - I had it all to myself. Tricky little hide was not what I was expecting. TFTC sweetand sour.
I found this cache after doing some cache maintenance. A clever hide in a park in an area that I haven't explored before.
Thanks for hiding this cache sweetandsour I appreciate it.

TFTC great hide I thought I had an idear of what I was looking for and yep there it was. Always enjoy your caches
What a hidden park! Felt sure that I knew what I was looking for but still nearly missed it. Sweeeeeet. Tftc
The coordinates took us to the correct location straight away, and if we looked a bit harder we would have been on our way a bit quicker.
A nice hide in a quiet wee park, thanks. Fav Point for the hide.
Thanks to all CO's for publishing and maintaining their caches. Cheers.

What a beet wee hide, I didn't find it on my first sweep of GZ. But my Partner in Caching, who is taller, found it in his first look..... TFTC
The advantage of having found Stark Raven Mad is knowing what to look for. Another nicely crafted hide. Not a soul about on a Sunday so a perfect time to visit. Tjanks for the hide!

Very clever hide! Mrs coconuts3 came up with the goods on this beautiful labour day. A fav from me. TFTC
Out with busy paws to find some caches. What a lovely little unknown area would never of seen without caching. Enjoyed the walk here and the very clever cache. A fav from us. Thanks for this cache sweetandsour.
i had a 12.30 appointment in the city so decided to come up early and knock of a few around the area.... typical , phone not bringing up all the info so had to use my caching sense....all quite here on a saturday morning just wet feet from the dew on the grass the cache was a quick find tftf
The previous incarnation was our nemesis cache for many many months, which we eventually logged as find #2000 in celebration. Given this history, unlike before, today it was an easy find. (But its new location means it is not quite as tricky.) TFTC!
Another spot we didn't know existed and a really cool little hide. We were surprised at the hiding place as there seemed to be very few places where it could be placed. A chuckle when we spotted it. Loved the chase. Thank you.
Spent the afternoon with the family out at spencer park beach for a walk. On getting home late afternoon spotted this new cache in hornby. Family not keen so popped out by myself. Parked up by Air Liquide (we buy & pickup dry ice from there for work)....spotted a familiar looking car oarked up nearby so not surprised to see Meandpedro just walking away from gz as i approached....they hung around to watch me make the sneaky find. Nice one! Great to have a wee catch up with M&P too. Cheers.
FTF By a narrow whisker. Good to meet up with a friendly face and have a chat. TFTC
