Logged and looked after fishing in the area but we unlucky. We'll be back soon.

Container did not survive the great flood of December 2023 but GZ did. New container in place ready to be discovered.

Easy find

Out at the beaches for a coffee and called in to Machans to find a cache, followed the GPS straight to GZ and soon had the cache, the log is dry but falling to pieces, I was still able to sign and replace the cache as found, sorry I didn't have a spare log with me, thanks for placing and TFTC

Eventually, we found it on the sand in the grass, 15m away from the coordinates. Re-hidden it again at knee height.

Cairns Scuba Winter Escape
A trip to Qld wiith GrimRaider and albida33. We took the short walk to make this find. Found the cache exposed out on the ground, so returned it to fit the hint. Thanks for hiding this cache Mr_Coconut

Another beautiful spot we would never have found without geocaching. Container was in the open resembling rubbish, we put it a bit out of sight where we expect it belongs to.

i didn’t find it but it tried. looked in every crevice in the area and under leaves and everything. one person recently said they found it in a big tree, i found the tree but no cache

Nice and simple with a few items inside the cashe too! The the fact that it’s on a beach also adds a nice touch!

Great walk for an easy find. It's in good condition. Thanks for placing it.

The line up for the aquarium was long so we decided to go for a drive 1st. A lovely short walk for a quick find. Grabbed a TB and popped in 3 swag items. Thanks for the view. TFTC

What a beautiful spot. Estuarine waters on one side, and the coral sea on the other.
We were having a lazy afternoon, and decided to come for a drive here and we are so glad we did.

Great Northern escape 2022 Day 26. Cairns section Day 10. Having returned from my second dive trip, I had a whole day to dedicate to caching, so I went out to the northern parts of Cairns and did five for the day, then decided to go home for lunch and catch up on some logging while the rain seems to have stopped for the time being. Sunny but not too hot whilst out and about, just very humid.

After a great breakfast at Smittengranny's granddaughter's cafe, I headed to the northern beaches. This was first, and while there was a fisherman out on the sand bank, I could poke around in the bush till I found this cache along with lots of mozzies.

Visited this GZ this afternoon. We have never been down into this area so it was a worthwhile expedition.
A few fisherfolk nearby doing what they enjoy. An easy find in the obvious spot once we arrived.

I’m not one to be put on edge but the sign by the car park does make you slightly more cautious when heading to GZ.

No big lizards spotted this afternoon but great views all around from the beach just past GZ.
